I was quite happy with my first OBGYN appointment at CommunityCare East Austin. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go because it seemed like getting them on the phone and making the appointment took forever. I was a first time patient so I came 15 mins early to fill out paperwork and the wait was not long at all. The nurse was efficient and friendly. The doctor was personable, professional, and I felt confident that she knew what she was doing. Both the nurse and doctor took the time to learn about my personal situation and more than just questions on a form. I would definitely recommend CommunityCare East Austin based on my first appointment.

The wait TOO was long (dunno if it had something to do with the fact that I was a new patient), but the staff was very professional and informative. Usually I don’t walk out of a Gyno appointment in a good mood, but thanks to NP Zander (she gave me a LOT of well-​needed info about planning for a baby) I felt a sense of calm for once!
