Local print shop closed earlier than they said for the holiday — left me in a lurch (without a printed bus ticket half an hour before boarding).
Manny at FedEx to the rescue! Both stores had the same holiday hours, but FedEx’s were legitimate.
1. While my Lyft drove me, I called the store to verify hours and get their email address.
2. I used my phone to email the PDF to the store.
3. I called the store; Manny had already printed it and had it ready. I asked him for the total.
4. I tore into the building, dropped a few quarters on the desk and was back in my ride inside of 30 seconds.
Thanks to these guys, my parents get me on Christmas Eve after all! Seven thumbs up! :D

DO NOT COME HERE TO SCAN DOCUMENTS! The scanner takes forever to warm up for each page while charging you by the minute to use it. Really old hardware. The whole ordeal ended costing me $ 17 to scan 8 pages and send as PDF. I feel robbed.

I came here after to work to send a purchased item back to a vendor. The place was almost empty (i.e., only one other customer) so I thought I’d be out of there in a jiffy. It took a surprisingly long time for somebody to finally help me, but sometimes that happens, so no big deal. But then the guy helping me prolonged the experience by being very slow, mis-​entering information, and then not knowing how to handle the coupon that I presented. He had to call over another employee who was trying to leave for the day – perhaps a manager – who ended up having to re-​do pretty much the entire transaction because he had done it wrong. She seemed frustrated with him, so I imagine this wasn’t the first time something like this had happened. I finally got out of there, but what should’ve been an in-​and-​out experience became something of a minor ordeal.

For an incredibly busy place, the underpaid staff are great. I’ve used this location for a bunch of small jobs and service has always been pretty darn good considering how busy they usually are. Bassam particularly really knows his stuff.

Worst experience. Some lady named Melissa gave the worst service I have ever experience with a printing service. Lady was not friendly and rolled her eyes. Didn’t talk to me how I wanted my documents printed. Did not let me overview how the docs printed before it was binded. Color prints were really bad quality. Overall experience sucked.

Uhhhhh… this place is SUPER WEIRD. I used to come here all the time but just picking up envelopes. I never dealt with anybody there. A few months ago I had to ship something via FedEx and came here. The person working here was so passive aggressive and just seemed to hate life that day. She even took a call while dealing with me and when the person was talking to her, she just put the phone down/​away without even listening. She probably had one of the worst attitudes I’ve encountered in a really long time. I asked how she was doing and she feigned «Great!». I laughed. Whatever. Mostly, this place is vastly understaffed. Be prepared to wait upwards to 30 minutes depending on how many people are currently in there. I’ve seen 2 people working max, 1 usually.

PLEASE avoid this FedEx at all costs. You will thank me. This place is literally the worst. THE WORST! The service is terrible, and don’t even think about asking a question about print size and scale! You will be treated like the scum of the earth and the idiot you are for asking such stupid questions. Terrible attitudes and SO RUDE!!! Also, this is the first bad review I’ve ever given if that means anything. That is how terrible this place is.

These guys are awesome! They are always super helpful and quick to get rushed orders for us done asap. Been doing business with them for a few months and I always use this location for work and personal printing. The team there is on their A game!

Do NOT go to this location!!! The service is terrible! The lady who helped us was on her phone surfing facebook the whole time, then she went in the back while our documents were printing … the printer ran out of paper right in front of the manager and he just stood there. I had to point it out to him! She then came back about 15 minutes later and proceeded to be rude to us while she was taking personal phone calls on the business phone. They will get the job done but their customer service could use some improvement.

Horriable! There is one person working the counter and answering the phones. There are employees who keep coming out of the back and looking at the line then going back without helping anyone. I use fedex office services daily. If I’d known how bad this one was I would have skipped it and went elsewhere.

I’m not sure if everyone else came in at a bad time or if I was just lucky!
I had to return an item that was received damaged at our office and I walked in at 6:00 p.m. and there was a couple other customers.
I had a mobile shipping label from the company I needed to make the return to so the first guy was a bit confused but then Chyna came over and helped him in a prompt fashion.
I observed Chyna speaking on the phone and she was very professional and seemed to go out of her way to connect the person with customer service personally instead of just telling them to call another number. I liked the level of customer service and was in and out if 5 minutes!

I hate giving bad reviews but I’m at the counter right now have been for over 15 mins waiting for this guy with broken english to type in the information. I felt bad for the line of 5 people behind me but the only other person I saw waited until I left to come up and help out. To send 2 t shirts with 2 envelopes costing 1.80 each totaled $ 32.50 !!! needless to say I canceled the order went straight to the post office and paid$ 6.79 in under 5 minutes.
