How have I not rated Gentry Custom Frames before? I love this place! David Gentry and crew do gorgeous work. I had a set of three unusual pieces that I didn’t know how to frame and he came up with ideas that make them a real standout. Actually I have — maybe 7 or more pieces of art that he has framed and each one is just gorgeous and unique looking. Some are pretty modern and one in particular looks like it came out of an old French museum. Not cheap — totally worth the money. Go check it out and see for yourself. Awesome place!

David Gentry is a craftsman. His frames are not the typical. I collect mid-​century Texas art and looked for a long time for someone who could do custom frame finishes .On occasion, I come across a piece that both requires and warrants a traditional «custom» frame. Gentry can do custom frame finishes that employ centuries-​old techniques and make for a frame that is often as much of a piece of art as the object they surround.
Gentry is not what you would call inexpensive, but then craftsmanship of this caliber never is. I recommend them completely. Discover what the collectors and museums already know– Gentry Custom Frames are superior.
