Im a stranger to this part of town and was here on errands, and needed some breakfast for my kids because we were out earlier than usual. This place seems like an unseeming location, but the service was AMAZING. I didn’t realize there were breakfast kids meals! So I began ordering little things separately like I usually do, and the lady realized I must be ordering for kids and recommended the kids meals. Saved me money! I’ve never noticed it on a menu. Everyone at the register was all smiles and very friendly! And the food was fresh too. It was a pleasant way to begin my day! Thanks for the great service. When I’m back in the area, I’ll return!

Early morning/late nights on the weekend they routinely have only 1 person working. Last weekend from time I ordered to the time I got my good was 23 mins. These are very busy times and more than 1 person is necessary. Also, their window decals state that their entire menu is available all day, but they refuse to serve anything their late night meals during the day. Get your advertising right!

Takes way too long to get your food here if you dine in. After the food, ordered 4 milkshakes and took 10 minutes for them to even get started on them. Eat somewhere else. Not worth coming here.

I think this is the right location i went to. The service was excellent and the employee was very nice. I ordered the 2 tacos and a medium fries and drink the drink was great the fries were fare little cold but maybe that was because i got it togo but the tacos were not good. I had better tacos at other restaurants

Accurate order-taking with correctly filled orders as well as the new seasoned burgers make for a four-star fast food dining experience. It’s not Uchi or Sullivan’s, but it’s good for… fast food. Besides, I have an addiction to Jack in the Box tacos and that awesome Freestyle drink machine.

Again, I stopped by and ordered a «Supreme Croissant» waited for near to 5 minutes. When I got back to the office it was a «Sausage Croissant» I was not going to waste my gas going back but I was very disappointed with the staff for making this error. Maria took the order; I do not know who made the sandwich. I don’t go often because it is so far from my office so it is a treat that was a letdown. Just thought you should know,

The Event! I was getting thirsty and a little hungry and saw the Jack in the Box on the corner. I zipped in and ordered two cheeseburgers with special sauce instead of mustard and ketchup and a drink from the drive thru window. I then drove around the back and parked to eat my goods. You may think that was an event in itself but it wasn’t the event. As I was eating a small pickup truck pulled up in an open space just in front and to the side of the Batmobile and I noticed that a young couple was inside. The pickup was one that was modified so the cab was about three feet higher than the tires which made the pickup about four to five feet from the ground. The passenger side of the pickup door opened and a really cute/sexy Asian girl slid across the seat and jumped to the ground. At that instant her sun dress caught on something in the seat and when her feet hit the ground her dress was up to her neck and almost over her head. Whoops there it is!!! Not a stitch of underwear top or below, DOH! Well I am guessing my face was now three shades of red and my tongue was hanging out of my mouth and heading down my chin. For what seemed like minutes but I am guessing less than five seconds she regained herself and pulled the dress loose and back in place. She then noticed me and looked at me right in the eyes and smiled and politely walked around the pickup and took her guys hand and headed into the Jack in the Box. Now I will have this image(The Event!) in my mind for years to come. I am guessing I was at the right place at the right time or was it the wrong place at the wrong time. Only the reader can decide. Anyway I finished by cheeseburgers and drink and drove away. I like the cheeseburgers and have eating them many times over the years but only with the special sauce. I know this was a onetime event but I can always hope for a repeat. Would I go back? Yes every now and then I crave a cheeseburger with the special sauce. BTW; Did I mention I like the special sauce?

This location has really gotten its act together. Every time I visited in the last few months I’m greeted with friendly service and the correct food. Yeah– maybe someone reads Unilocal

Am I really giving Jack in the Box 4 stars??? Heck ya. It is kind of scary that the staff has always been super friendly and smiles at you. Hey Olivia staff, take note! My food is always hot and well delicious. I love their cheeseburger… cheese is always melted perfectly and good meat to bread ratio and curly fries. Oh the curly fries. I know it is not someplace to frequent, but I really relish in my precious time with Jack.

This Jack-in-the-Box holds a special place in my heart. The employees are friendly. Like all Jack-in-the-Box locations, they are cheap and often have specials displayed in posters hung on their windows. I’ve never gotten sick eating here before. It has a 24-hour drive-through window but the indoor-dining closes at midnight. They have free refills, too(since the drink fountain is located next to the ordering counter). This Jack-in-the-Box location is spotlessly clean, fast, and conveniently-located. They have a driveway off Burnet Rd and another off Anderson Ln. They are located on the Northeast corner of Burnet Rd @ Anderson Ln. For a fast food place, it definitely deserves five stars.

Sense a theme here on the service? I’ve never had a problem with the staff not speaking English. Now, I’ve had the staff on their cellphones, both in the drive thru and the dining room. And I’ve had orders butchered on numerous occasions, even though I never ask for anything out of the ordinary. But damnit the ultimate cheeseburger is awesome. Just take the extra time to open your bag and make sure it’s what it’s supposed to be. The jerks behind you in the drive thru can deal with it, and heck they’ll probably do the same thing.

Jack in the Box… How does one properly review a jack in the box, does one review it on its merits of food quality, or does one review it on its merits of service, or speed, or even just against other jack in the boxes one has been to. I think I have been to a faster JitB, and I think I have been to an easier to get in and out of JitB. This is the closest JitB I have ever lived near, and it also is the most recently remodeled JitB I have been too. It is very clean now after the remodel, but before, going in was bad. It has the JitB odor, that others who live near JitB’s will understand. Just before and during certain rush hours, the steam and smoke that billows out of the top smells like rancid YUK. That is unless you have had a few to drink, then it just drives you mad that you can not walk up to the drive through window.

Wow!!! How do I start. This place has recently been remodeled so i thought I would give it a try. After a long day at ACL Music Festival 2008 my girlfriend and I decided that we wanted to get some Jack In the Crack $ 1 tacos. We pull up to the drive-thru menu and wait to place our order… no one says anything… I say I’m ready to place my order… no response. We then pull up to the window and no one is there. The restaurant is clearly not closed and the hours are posted right on the window 24hrs. We waited for a minute and a fat white trash mid 40’s women opens the window and says«What do you want» very rudely. I say, very nicely, «We would just like to have some tacos.» She looked so confused like she didn’t know why we were at her fast food drive-thru window. Her still standing there clueless I hand her a coupon for free $ 1 tacos that I have used at several other locations. She looked at it perplexed like a monkey looking at its own shit not knowing what it was. She says«sorry this doesn’t work here.» Very rudely. I tell her«Well I have used it at several other locations.» It says at the bottom of the coupon good at all locations and the coupon hadn’t expired. She still looks puzzled so I say«Whatever!» And speed off. What a dumb bitch but what do you expect from Jack in the Crack.

This is one of the better JitB’s I’ve been to, because they’ve never mucked up my order and seem to be faster than most(but not as fast a McDonald’s.) I have to review them because I received a 25 dollar giftcard there for my birthday and I’ve been living off of chicken sandwiches and tacos for a week now, without incident. Try the $ 1 chicken sandwich with some of the salsa that comes with the Chicken Pita. Just ask for the salsa and you shall receive. They’ve been very good to me on this front, AND I always get napkins and enough condiments. This is not always a given, so — 4 stars for this JitB The four stars are granted on the fast-food scale — obviously this is no Clay Pit. Hell, it’s not even the Olive Garden. It IS what we THOUGHT it was!

every visit… every employee… everytime is slow, wrong and a ridiculous experience. I know I know. it is at a busy intersection Burnet and Anderson. there might be slim pickins for hirees at such a busy location. Hells bells can English be the drive-thru persons. say 2 nd language? Ah well, when in the mood for quick meal, and quicker digestion of that meal. you will for sure get one out of 2 here… grnted it will be the latter of them but. ok as you were.
