One of the best Subways I have been to in the State. The staff was friendly, they made eye contact when talking with me and smiled. The bread and veggies were fresh — sub made to order and tasted great.
Staff was on top of their game — the person in front of me had a 3 sub order but she had to ask all the questions via text and wait for an answer before moving forward — cheese, toast or not, which veggies — I kid you not. While she was waiting for an answer during a prolonged wait, the clerk got my order going — as he was putting my order in the oven to toast it, Ashley (the manager) aware of the holdup came down the line to make sure they had got my order started. They never talked ugly about the problem customer, only focused on serving each customer with excellence .
The only problem with this location is the parking. Very limited but you can park in the strip center and walk… It’s not that bad.

Won’t be eating at any Subway until the company prohibits open carry in Texas. Although I like the food at Subway and have eaten hundreds of meals there, Thundercloud Subs now prohibits open carry, so I will be eating there until Subway appears on the list.

Great Subway, staff is friendly, service is good. Food is always excellent.
The place is always very clean and it’s never very crowded. The only downside is the parking is tight. Tricky to get in and out at times. Price is typical for sandwiches. Solid sub shop. A good choice for lunch.

Long day at the office, left work feeling very hungry, went to this location on the way home at 8:45p.m. Ashley, the manager who had been there since 6a.m. was nice, thorough, tentative, quick, remembered each promotion, was tactful, and was just the sort of interaction I needed. I have much respect for her. This service makes me want to go back.

Very nice Subway franchise. Clean, and always pleasant staff. Open till midnight apparently too. My only complaint is they do not offer Swiss cheese as some locations do. Please change this!
I was in there a few months ago and this old lady was going on and on about the menu or advertising or staff being «deceiving». I didn’t know what the hell she was talking about. She hadn’t even ordered yet. Then she ordered with language like «give me» and lacking «please». And complaining that «is that bread hard? I don’t want the old bread. They usually get the bread from other there vs. there.»
The female employee tolerating her crappy attitude was being pleasant and overly respectful. The dude making my sandwiches was smiling and clearly unfazed by the accusations of deception, with bemused quiet mutterings to himself of the word «deceiving». Water off a duck’s back. lol

Ok. So. I made a Unilocal just to write this review! There is gentleman there that wears glasses and works from 3-​closing and is just awesome!!! Long long day at work and this guy made it all worth it. Not only did my boyfriend and I have a great chat with him but he also put up with all my pickiness, and perfected the sandwich with his suggestions. I gave this guy a $ 5 tip and wished I had more to give him. It’s very rare to get awesome customer service that makes you want to come back. And this guy nailed it! Awesome night, awesome sub, awesome guy. :D

One of the most pleasant Subways that I have been to. The staff is friendly and they are even open until midnight, 7 days a week! I also like that they have the soup half off after 9pm. I’m not sure if that is this location only but I have been definitely been taking advantage of the broccoli and cheddar soup.
The location is right near my house, which is another bonus. It is usually never all that busy either, but this is usually because I go at night but also because it is tucked away a bit when you are driving south on Burnet. Every time I go here I have a good experience thus I have decided to give it the ultimate rating.

Sometimes only a Subway will do. Don’t ask why — I dont know. But the fresh baked goodness of the SF Deli or the happy hot subs from Hog Island Deli are pushed from your mind as you contemplate that special Subway taste. Vaguely plastic-​y with their delicious smelling bread and a bag of Harvest Cheddar.
This location is just fine — same as all the others as you might imagine. I asked for extra olives and got them! They have diet coke and a new flavor of sun chip (jalapeño jack.) The employee was less than impressed, despite the fact that I was wearing my newest red lipstick but then, he’s a subway dude. He gets really tired of uppity chicks requesting turkey on wheat no cheese hold the mayo.

LOVE THIS SUBWAY LOCATION! It is always super clean and the staff is very nice and very helpful! It is never super busy so you can get in and out quickly! The produce is always fresh and they are NEVER out of anything. I am so happy I live down the street from this location because it truly renewed my love for Subway!

The service is slow sometimes, but the people there are rude! they have bad attitudes half the time!
Me and my 3 friends went here yesterday and me and one friend got turkey and the others didnt. Well, a few hours later, me and my friend got verrry sick!!!
It had to be the turkey that me and her had because the others were completly fine!
We both got sick at the same time.
VERY bad. Change out that meat or something!!!

This Subway is great — the employees are very friendly and they make the sandwiches well – you ask for LOTS of something. you get it… :)
They’re really funny — one of the girls (she often has different colors in her hair) is especially humorous.
I mean, it’s Subway – so it’s not gourmet– but it IS fast, fit, and friendly… what more can you ask for?

It’s subway. I have avoided this chain since I moved to Austin. I mean, there are so many awesome places to get a sub — why even bother? However, the other day I started craving a meatball sandwich, and I knew I could get a good one that wasn’t 5000 calories here.
The fiancé picked it up and brought it home (so I can’t speak for the staff or location) and we sat around the kitchen table mowing down on that familiar taste of yummy. I’m pretty sure I can find a better sub next time I’m craving such a thing, but the truth is it’s an adequate sammich and usually my fallback meal while on road trips. However — with a schlotzky’s, a jimmy johns, a thundercloud, a firehouse, a jason’s deli, and probably 10 more sammich shops close, I doubt it will become a regular stop on the lunch rotation.
