Very nice as I walked in. Have never been here before so that was nice to be acknowledged so soon after walking in. The process was a little different than I’m used to but I found it to be very easy and efficient! I’m indecisive at times, especially in a new restaurant, so it allowed me to take my time to really get what i wanted and not feel like I was taking up too much time ordering. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the wait. A little longer than I wanted too & it wasn’t very busy at all. Nevertheless the food was really good and the staff was friendly, and for those reasons we will be back!

Terrible terrible employees… Takes forever– even when you are only person in line. Busy chatting amongst themselves… Move at snail’s pace. Defeats the purpose of ‘fast food’. Update: I see that several people shared the same experience: 1. Slow as molasses 2. Busy chatting among themselves… ignoring customers Does this place not have a manager?

Ok I must first say I am not one to leave bad reviews. I typically give most places benefit of doubt and I’ve worked in retail/restaurants etc. also I’d like to add the employees were super friendly. My experience was solely based on quality of product and lack of knowledge. I have been to other locations and ordered a lettuce wrap and had an exceptional meal, today was not the case. I am GF and I can’t have bread due to health issues. My first wrap was I guess ready after about 20 minutes of waiting nobody mentioned my name so I needed to go ask and idk how long it was sitting. As I was dying to eat(I am 7 months pregnant) I opened it and the lettuce was brownish/soggy/falling apart. Main thing was just old lettuce. I politely apologized for taking it back, but I couldn’t eat it. They took it back and said they would remake. Waited another 15 minutes and yea not much better, even more poorly wrapped. I felt like I was 3 years old just learning how to eat trying to eat it like an actual wrap and it was still yucky lettuce. Not impressed and definitely not going to order any more from here. It just wasn’t worth the wait. Lastly Cheetos are actually GF as they do not have any wheat in it and is safe to eat. The cashier should take note of that when someone asks«do you have any GF chips»

I can say I’ve been coming here since it first opened a few years ago and fell in love with the club – im a pretty simple guy. Since having left my last job I hadn’t been in this area of town for the last year or so. I was at flying threads ealier and decided to stop in for nostalgia and was pleasantly surprised at what had to be at least 3 or 4 entire new categories(read: brown bags). Quality was still the same great sandwich and portions were generous as usual, the addition of the extra sandwich sizes was nice and lunch was definitely up to par. My only complaint was that the lins had grown exponentially since the days I used to frequent here and it took a little while to get our sandwiches – though to be fair their system has things down to a science and while it was much longer than it used to be for me, it was still reasonably quick. Plus more business is good for them. One other thing I did notice though is the Staff seems to never be the same week to week. I understand that being a fast food industry turnover is typically high but this example is noticeable here and It makes me wonder why?

Super friendly staff, didn’t have to wait long, sandwich is always exactly what I order. Place is clean, location is great. Only complaint is that the charge shows up on my card as like… BTJ corp or something. Not Which Wich. I wish they’d change that –_–

Slow as molasses should be this store’s motto. Apparently I am also ordering the wrong sandwiches because the few I have tried have been mediocre at best. There are never any kids bags available and the employees like to hide in back when they are not moving as slowly as humanly possible preparing my order. I never get my order all at once either. Not fast food, not good food, just worthless. This place sucks.

I like the variety of sandwiches with high quality bread(bread is important) or lettuce wrap option, and how I could really invent any sandwich I want on a paper bag. I have made a wonderful marriage of crab salad with avacado, oil, salt and pepper and veggies on wheat. However, I don’t recommend the Hula which sounds good at first with«pork and pineapple» but really it is just boring ham and too much salt. They have a couple of new sandwich specials that are unique and fun and I look forward to trying them. In closing, I really enjoy the staff at this Which Wich. They are super friendly and efficient. I always leave a tip.

On the plus side, the hot cookies are really good. It would be nice if they came out a few minutes after my sandwich instead of at the same time. I find the sandwiches at Subway, Quiznos, and here to be roughly equal. In the Arboretum area, Newks and Blue Baker are a step up. The cost of a turkey sandwich meal is $ 9 here and $ 6 at Subway for a very similar amount of food.

So it was my first time here and as soon as I walked in the door, I didn’t know what the hell to think. The gentleman who worked there asked if we needed help. We both said yes and he explained the entire thing to us in a calm and cheerful way. He was so helpful. When we ordered the food is a bit pricey but in the end we got our sammiches and devoured them. They were so good. I’m definitely going back.

The Service was great and the cashier was great and on explaining to other customers how to order. the only thing is Not sure if they rang up the price correctly for a large drink they rang it up as 1.70 I thought a large drink was 1.95? but either than that the service was great and the food was good.

Tasty and quick like all the other locations. Definitely prefer this over jimmy johns or all those other sub par sandwich shops.

Not only is the food delicious(and the chocolate malts pretty perfect) but the people who work here are SO incredibly nice. They remember my name and always ask how my day is going. And they seem interested in what you say, it’s not just something they have to ask. I always find myself coming back to this location mainly because of the people who work here. Which Wich promote all of them and give them raises!

Love this location. I’m always up for the Wicked. My favorite and their signature sandwich. This location usually has cool people who stack it up.

I only just recently got around to checking out Which Wich and I came to this location. I really enjoyed their sandwiches, its great if you’re craving an oven toasted sandwich! The Wicked is particularly intense if you’re REALLY hungry. I absolutely LOVE the concept of writing your sandwich on the paper bag, anyone who doesn’t eat mayo can attest that all too often special requests are overlooked, but I’ve honestly never felt more secure that my sandwich would not be slathered with disgusting mayo than when I order at Which Wich. The location is small, but doesn’t feel crammed, and the staff is very friendly.

I am a HUGE fan of the Wicked, their signature sandwich. I am also a big fan of their ordering process. How often have you placed an order at a sandwich shop only to have sandwich screwed up by the person who couldn’t accurately write down what you wanted? That’s not possible at Which Wich, unless you forget to add something yourself! That’s because you are responsible for filling out your own sandwich request. every sandwich variety has its own paper bag on which are printed the options available. You check off what you want and give it to the cashier. Pay your bill and watch the bag float its way down the line. Which Wich has great sandwiches, great service and the most customer-friendly ordering system I’ve ever seen. My 4 year old daughter also loves to go there since they have grilled cheese, PB&J and milkshakes. She also likes to feel like a big girl by «filling out» her own sandwich bag. It’s more like a piece of modern art when she’s done, but she loves it.

There are certain places that I frequent when I am in a hurry, since I know the service will be quick and efficient. Unfortunately, Which Wich is not that place. You would think that with a system so efficient-seeming, it would be. Nope. One of the best parts of WW is writing on your bag with a Sharpie. You can write all of your sandwich preferences down. Or, you can even doodle! WOW! The sandwiches are tasty, so I just come on days when my patience is at an all-time high. Usually on a «Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday. Which Wich will I chooooooooooose?»

Yikes. First off, Chris B.‘s description of this place as «slower than a turtle drowning in a vat of molasses» is spot on. Aside from that, we had some kind of epic mixup going on where the person in front of us got the wrong sandwich and the person behind us got his sandwich before we did. In between the slowness and the mixup, we were in there 20+ minutes for two sandwiches to go. That was annoying enough — then we get home and I realize that they didn’t put any mayo at ALL on my sandwich, and my husband’s sandwich had the toppings distributed really weirdly on it — the cheese was stuck on the outside of the sandwich, clinging to the lettuce for dear life. The actual ingredients were good quality(and my sandwich tasted fine after I put mayonnaise on it my damn self), the price wasn’t bad, but the level of service was totally unacceptable. Go to a different location!

I really like this place. Tons of options, and each version of a turkey sandwich I’ve gotten here has been just about epically good. Also, the website has a great nutritionals section where you can customize your sandwich and know what you’re getting into before you order(peppers are like 100 calories? for peppers? wtf…). I have yet to branch out from the turkey, or try anything beside a sammich, like their house chips or a shake, but it’s definitely close to the top of my «best place to grab a turkey sammich within a mile of my house» list which is a highly coveted spot because there are at least 20 options!

I was happy when a Which Wich opened near my work. I was thinking it would be great when I need to grab a quick lunch. Boy was I wrong. This location is slower than a turtle drowning in a vat of molasses. One register + one slow girl working the register = 20+ minutes of standing around waiting to be fed. For a ‘quick service’ style eatery, this is unacceptable. On the other hand, my sandwich was serviceable(hence the 2 stars instead of 1), so at least they have that going for them, which is nice. If you want to wait around for 20 minutes to get a perfectly ‘average’ sandwich, then this is the place for you!‘ Pros: Build Your Own Sandwich, You Can Draw Stupid Pictures on Your Order Bag for Everyone to See(yay?) Cons: Service is Very Slllooooooooow
