I I went to eat here late at night at 11 o’clock. The service seems friendly at first, but then they got my order wrong, completely wrong. I got home by the time i noticed the problem. Instead of the two $ 5 burgers I ordered, I got two weak chicken sandwiches. When I went back to rectify the issue, the lady took the chicken sandwiches, and said they will make my order and shut the window. Did not apologize, instead said you’re welcome when I never said thank you. Why would I? Then when they finally made my order she was just going to hand me the two sandwiches and not even say sorry, or give me anything to make up for wasting my time. Then when I told her I wasn’t satisfied with that, she wanted to give me some fries to make up for it. And said you’re welcome again. I ended up with an extra cheesecake, and tired of fighting with this insufferable woman I drove off. No one should ever go to this location, I know I wont!

Sad day for yack in the box. Honestly i lived off jack in the box for so long i even remember the blue straws and how i liked them so much. Even when they were in the news for putting the customers in the hospital they never messed up this bad. I went with my mom and brother it was nice to feel like a kid fit a moment. The sadness started hitting right after we ordered. I don’t know why they don’t clean the lobby but they don’t, putting a wet floor sign up ontop of a soad puddle doses nothing to the puddle it’s self. Moving on once we found the only“cleanish” table we looked at the receipt the feeling of dread and confusion nothing we ordered at all was on it in fact it looked like it must have been an old one. We took it to the counter waited for Simone to come to the counter. Informed them that it looks like our order was wrong. We talked about it they said they would fix it. now 23min in to are visit and the receipt confiscated are order is ready they call are number. We pick up are food this is a happy time. Sit down and the order is wrong and cold. Now fully frustrated we have to go back up to have them fix it to hear them complain about it for another 10min get are fixed food still cold we each had a few bites and threw it out this visit cost us 43min and $ 23 then 3 extremely loud trips to the bathroom. I can’t say what my brother or mother will do but this customer better feel better by morning of I’m calling the health department.(Side note to stafe don’t eat in food prep areas)

messed up my order and shift manager(young Mexican guy) and all he kees saying is «we didn’t charge you» trying to explain that drive thru guy repeated order and still got it wrong and sorted half our order. it wouldn’t have been a big deal. just charge me the difference and lets move forward but he was too busy arguing with me about it not being their fault instead of correcting the problem. I was willing to pay but he wanted to argue… all I could think of was that my food was getting cold while he fixed the problem. So I asked for all my money back and then he says nothing, turns around grabs the tacos that were missing in my order, puts them in a bag hands them to me and closes his drive thru window as we sit there trying to pay him. honked, knocked on window. no one ever came so we left, I’m guessing he gave them to us for messing up order but I might have stolen them cause I left without paying for part of my order. he was very rude and dry. not once did he say he was sorry, thank you or here you go no charge or nothing… left there feeling a bit upset because I was not trying to get anything free but he just shut the window and walked away like telling me to get the hell out of there… I love jack in the box… I go there about 3 times a week between breakfast and dinner… not anymore, not for a good while. don’t want to see that shift leader again… normally everyone there is pretty nice. but not this guy

I normally do not eat fast food unless it’s P Terry’s or Whataburger, but we were doing some shopping in the area and I wanted a burger. For one it was not very busy and the service was absolutely horrible. I then asked the manager Alfredo I think was his name a question and he looked at me and did the following. 1 rolled his eyes 2 asked me what the hell do you want I am busy. 3 tren he just ignored me and walked away. Shortly after the regular cashier came by with my messed up order. I told her to cancel it and said very loudly it’s because your manager was an asshole– I said it loud enough so he can hear as he coward to the back hopefully realizing he was extremely rude for no reason. I asked for a refund and left. I would give this place a negative star review if that option was available on Unilocal. Two thumbs down and a strong warning to all to find somewhere better. Note to franchise owner. Fire that horrible manager Alfredo, Southpark meadows location.

RESTAURANTINSPECTIONSCORE: 100(5÷31÷2011) Not one of the better JITB’s on the South side, but it will do in a pinch. I’ve been here three times, once in drive-thru and twice inside. Both times the inside service was very slow. I waited at least ten minutes for my walk-up to-go order to arrive the last time, so this time I dined in. Today there were only about 12 people seated in the restaurant in total across four tables and it took 10 minutes once again, so I’m not sure what’s slowing things down. The first time(drive-thru), I had an excellent Jumbo Breakfast Platter. The second time I had a very good salad made fresh – because they had run out. Today I had a so-so Ultimate Cheeseburger with very good fries. The tricked-out Coke dispenser featured by all JITBs allows great selection, but can be a pain to operate compared to the simplicity of a traditional soda fountain. The condiment bar is cramped, and the tables for two in the dining area are small, about as wide as the tray. I should also mention for those dining in that it’s fly city in here. I whacked one of the little buggars against the front plate glass window with the back of my hand on the very first try. It seemed to be an effective deterrent against his brother Marty Mac, who kept a safe separation from me after harrassing another table of four in the distance. The food is variable from OK to great, but the wait times are excruciatingly long at this location for some reason. Drive-thru does seem to get priority, so I’d recommend that over dine in if it works for your circumstance. Otherwise, if I have time to wait this long, I’d greatly prefer to spend that time waiting for Steak n Shake or Whataburger.
