This McDonald’s sucks. The employees are so rude! One person in particular, possibly a manager who works at night. Hispanic girl with purple hair. She’s rude every time I come through the line later at night. They forgot my fries and when I came back around she got such an attitude and bothered that I was asking for the food I already paid for.

No stars if I had the choice. Never go to this location at night time the girl that works drive through is terrible. every time I go there they mess up at least one thing and if you happen to notice it before you leave they just hand you the same food a couple minutes later. Terrible customer service will not be returning.

I’m not expecting too much; just a little consistency. I ordered breakfast at 2:30 in the afternoon (off of their breakfast all day menu). Not only was the service here slow as can be but the meal I ordered tasted like it had been sitting there since breakfast. Although not cold, the hash brown and sandwich were both room temperature and hard as a rock. As for service? I’d say more but I never got to see the party who handed me my food. They were too busy conversing with others at the drive thru window. The only thing on point was my soda. It was the first time I had ever ordered breakfast midday from McDonald’s and probably the last thanks to this location.

The customer service here is absolutely excellent. I usually only go through the drive thru and every single time I get such a hardworking, friendly window attendant. I also love that they close early for Thanksgiving. How nice for the employees.

The bathroom at this location has been «DESTROYED» for at least 2 days. The tables are sticky. There is food on the floor. Corporate must not inspect this location.

Yeah I get it. It is McDonalds and the employees are minimum wage kids but seriously. Get yo shit together! The place is horrible I can’t believe there’s still a long line wrapped around building fairly often. Fatties with their chubby kids.

I wish i could give it less than a star.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Austin hands down. Last time the smell of puke was so prevalent inside the restaurant that we ended up leaving before ordering any food (this was the last straw). When I have been thru the drive thru my fries are always cold and greasy and the burger smells old. I know this isn’t a gourmet restaurant by any means but sometimes I just want those hot fries I remember from childhood. If thats what’s your looking for don’t go here.

Never go after 9pm. Fries are always old or cold. Orders I place are wrong about 50% of the time. Have even called and complained on two occasions. Store manager says they are working on retraining to fix these issues. But somehow it still happens. Either terrible training, or just hiring the wrong people, or both! Will say that this is, for the most part, an overnight issue. Service in the morning and afternoon are usually much better. But, I’m only giving two stars since I mostly frequent this McDonald’s after work.

Can’t complete a basic order to save their lives! The manager doing the hiring needs to be fired! Cashier once argued with me about the change that I was supposed to get! Order was $ 7.09, I gave her $ 10.10 and she asked if I would take all quarters for my change! Ugh no I gave you 10 cent to keep from getting change! She ended up putting $ 10.01 in the register but the sad part is she couldn’t do basic math in her head!

Worst service. Move on this location does not care. I never made an order as they never acknowledged my existence. I will not return to this location. Everything in my review is my opinion based on my experience.

Not a big fan of the food. I only go for the kids, however the customer service is always very nice and friendly. Also, the restaurant is always very clean.

Do I have to give this place a star? I work long late hours as a photographer and have limited options for late night grub in South Austin close to home. There are no words that can describe the substandard operation of this internationally renowned food chain after hours. The «food» was so sub-​par that the employees admitted that they would not even try it! So why sell it to paying customers? The responsibility falls upon the shoulders of the operating manger. If the grease in the fryer is broken down to the point that the food (chicken nuggets) is so super saturated in oil, that squeezing it will produce a drip… it’s time to 86 that product until the problem is solved. Instead, the shift manager of this location proceeded to remake the same disgusting food over three times with the same result each time until he finally gave up and said «that’s the best I can do» then turned and walked away. When asked to try the «nuggets» said manager stated that he was allergic to that product! When suggested to the manager that the oil in the fryer should be changed he stated that he was not authorized to make that decision and furthermore had no knowledge of the process required to perform that task!!! ok WTF? How is this guy a manager when he can not taste the product and has limited kitchen know how? Extremely dissatisfied with the food and more so the poor/​weak performance of the so called «manager» I will never return to this pathetic shit-​hole.

Poor service, cold food and awkward drive thru line. I know McDonald’s is not ment to be a 5 star restaurant but this location just plain sucks.

Can you believe that some people are trying to get rid of Ronald McDonald?

Although the employees are barely fluent in English and have to ask you three or four times if your order is what you want, patience will be your reward in the end.
Fries are almost always piping hot. I love licking the salt off my fingers as my teeth crunch into the golden, crispy goodness of McDonald’s fries.
The beef is original and fresh. Put it in a bun and add crispy bacon, melted cheese, delicious pickles and onions, and there you have the Angus Bacon and Cheese burger. Yum!
I don’t know what it is with my fascination with bacon in burgers, but the Angus is not the only good thing on the menu. Yes, it’s a McDonald’s, but I think it’s better than most that I’ve encountered, thus deserving four stars.
If you don’t believe me, let your taste buds be the judge.
