McDonald’s

After Monday I REFUSE to buy food from this place. I was a regular customer here the times I would go to Walmart (since it’s inside Walmart) and if I was craving a Mocha or Chocolate Chip Frappé I would stop in and order one and maybe a small frie. They have this new girl working the register named Ana and she is one rude and nasty individual! I told her my order TWICE that I wanted a medium Frappé and a large frie. She acted like she couldn’t understand what I was saying and since I don’t like repeating myself I said it slowly the second time she asked. She rung me up and it came out to be $ 6 which I knew wasn’t right and when I looked at my receipt she charged me for a medium coke. I ordered a medium Frappé why in the hell would I want a medium coke also??? I politely said to her «you charged me for a coke and I didn’t want that». She immediately became nasty and irritated saying «well I asked you and you said yes» and I said no I told you I wanted a medium Frappé and then she rudely cut me off, rolled her eyes, and said «well I’ll give you your money back». I thought B**** don’t get an attitude with me when YOU were the incompetent one that screwed up my order. Well I called the corporate office and made a complaint about her and then I called her manager and complained.
The manager gave me a free meal which was nice of her. It would be nice if they would fire her because one should NOT be able to treat a customer that way especially when the customer was nice to her before and after SHE screwed up. Then when I came to pick up my free meal she was still rude and nasty which I’m sure she knew I complained about her. I don’t even like McDonald’s food anyway and the only reason I go there is for the Frappes and I’ve actually started going to Burger King for their Frappes. I prefer Burger King anyway. They have a better quality of food and you get your money’s worth. These establishments need US. We don’t need them and if it wasn’t for us little airheads like that cashier wouldn’t be getting paid the little $ 7 or $ 8 dollars she get’s probably going towards her 10+ kids and she is bitter, angry, and taking it out on customers. I am SICK of going to these establishments and you have all these barely English speaking people or foreign people with nasty attitudes and curt expressions. Give these jobs to English speaking Americans that deserve them and can do them RIGHT! I can see why people snap on people in customer service and attack them because of people like Ana that are behind the register.

Review solely on dollar burger. There’s nothing that tops the simplicity of that bun with single patty, with just the right amount of diced onions, little but of ketchup and you are in heaven, for a few calories. Nothing beats the small hamburger that hits all the right spots in a single bite. Aw www makes me so happy.
