Little Caesars

Pizza was very nasty and undercooked. After one slice we threw it away. Afterwards my kids got sick. Will never go back again.

When I walked into Little Caesars three of the employees looked at me and then went back to dividing up there dinner «Whataburger» after they were done one of the girls basically walked over to me and gave me a blank stair. I guess this was supposed to be like a silent evil «what the fuck you want» so I got my shitty services pizza. And then the pizza was even fucking worse.. cheese was all uneven pepperoni’s weren’t even on the Damn pizza right. service was awful and the food sucked I guess next time I will also just go to whatbuger.

I will admit first that I go here from time to time when I’m not feeling like cooking since it’s not far from my place, and I like pizza. That being said, I had an amazing experience here not too long ago. I had placed an order for a stuffed crust pizza and called ahead since they don’t have those hot and ready usually. I arrived a bit later than when they said it’d be ready, and when I got to the counter, the guy looked around, didn’t find our order and found our ticket had fallen on the floor. Now ordinarily, I’m sure this guy would have gotten screamed at by most customers, but I’ve worked at pizza joints before and that sort of thing happens sometimes.
This could have been the end. I could have had to wait for them to remake it, but no. The guy behind the counter offered us a replacement of anything they had hot and ready with crazy bread and a drink. That all seemed okay to me since I was pretty hungry at this point, but when I went to pay, he shook his head and said it was on the house for their mistake!
I’ve seen this guy working there a few times before, but I’m not sure if he knew I was a semi-​regular or not when he made that call. What I do know though is that he went WAY above and beyond that night. He turned what could have been a bad situation into an amazing one. That is great customer service, and why I will continue happily giving them my business and 5 stars.
As we left the parking lot, my fiancé and I snuck a crazy bread out of the package and unlike most of the time where the photos on the menu look nothing like the mangled things you end up with, these must have been some kind of karma bread, because they looked and tasted perfect.

Decided to go and get a couple «Hot and Ready» pizzas for a quick dinner option. When we asked for the two we wanted they said they only had cheese. After that we asked how long till the next ones were ready to which they replied 15 – 20 minutes as all the employees were just standing around. This is the second Little Caesars that does not keep the so called Hot and Ready pizzas in stock.

For budget pizza, this Little Caesars is pretty good. Has always been descent, but it seems to have gotten better. Looks to have hired a lot of different employees, which is good. Ordered a Beef pizza and Italian cheese bread. Both were very good and fresh.
Note: The Italian cheese bread is always good, don’t have to stuff the center with
more cheese like other pizza places I won’t mention ;)
