Wow — what an experience! Yeah, I know they’re supposed to keep you in the store as long as possible, but it was well worth it. John was very helpful and he made sure we had all of the information we needed. After he got an idea of what we were looking for, we laid on a smart (?) bed that recorded our measurements, pressure points, etc. and then suggested what mattresses would work best for us. We proceeded to spend time laying on multiple beds until we found the one that was just right ;). We didn’t break the bank and we still got a bed that we’re very happy with and that should last for a long time. The customer service was so, so good. Also, the delivery guys were super nice, I’m told.

Our mattresses needed to be replaced due to smoke damage from a house fire. It was a very stressful month of dealing with insurance agencies, adjusters, restoration services etc and in the midst of it all we had to replace several items that could not be salvaged. I stopped by Sleep Experts to check out their mattresses. Justin offered us a very good package that was unbeatable. After browsing through several other stores, we decided to purchase from Sleep Experts. We needed the mattresses ASAP and Nathan at Sleep Experts handled the entire process with the utmost urgency. The mattresses were delivered to our doorstop within 60 mins of placing the order.- now that’s what I call Customer Service. Mind Blowing!!! Purchasing a mattress was the easiest and best experiences over the past month. Huge thanks to everyone at Sleep experts for such a fantastic experience.

The best one and a half hours ever spent lying on beds. Seriously.
It was time to give the old mattress and topper the boot, so lucky for us, the Sleep Experts were right across the street from where we live.
You know those furniture store commercials you see where the customers are always smiling because the salespeople gave them excellence service and helped them find what they need? Yeah, that was us today.
Our sleep expert, Nathan, was informative, patient, and not the least bit pushy, which explains why we hung out for an hour and a half testing out beds from Simmons, Beautyrest, Comfur Pedic, Kingwood, Spring Air, etc. (He even had positive things to say about one of their competitors (Mattress Firm.) I momentarily forgot I was in a bed store, and when my husband and I found the perfect mattress, I made myself at home by lying on my stomach with my legs up. That is how comfortable the atmosphere and customer service is.
All the mattresses we tried out were great, but it was when we tried the one that we had skipped over earlier that we found the winner. A memory foam Beautyrest Pomeroy PT. It was a bit pricey, but with the Labor Day sale and a discount Nathan was generous to offer, it is well worth the purchase.
Furniture shopping isn’t always easy or pleasant, but if you absolutely need a new bed, and you’re in the Circle C area, you have to come here. You will end up having more fun than you think you can have at a mattress store.

It’s no fun shopping for and buying a mattress, but this is about as good as it gets. We purchased out first mattress and were not loving it, so we traded in for another model.
They have made this whole process very easy and are determined to make us happy customers.
Quick delivery is also a plus!

Bed shopping can be worse than car shopping. Most places are all about the sale the second you step through the door. Linna and the staff at Sleep Experts asked the most important question — what price were we comfortable with. And then worked with us to keep everything budget friendly. They are friendly, smart, and really know their stuff. I felt like I made a smart purchase and not a pressured purchase. Would recommend then to anyone.

Having need of a new mattress, my wife and I first called The Sleep Experts to ask if they sold the Sleep number beds. They do not, but asked if we would try out the sleep number and then come see them. We agreed and I’m so glad we did. We went in kind of late, there was one sales-​person on the floor and three customers. She handled each one of us with courtesy and professionalism. There was no push to buy bigger. No push to buy at all… in fact, the sale was more like talking with a friend than to a corporate sales person. We felt comfortable and secure that the bed we were choosing was right for us. We were given ample time to test all they had to offer and make a sound decision on really is an investment rather than a purchase. We made the purchase around 7:30 or 8:00 PM and the bed was delivered the next day at noon! We are so very pleased with this store and the staff that works there! We will recommend this store to our friends and family!
