Well, not really sure what to say positive except that the food was up to MCD par. Outside of that, service was soooo sloooooooow. The crew was courteous and kept apologizing to everyone, but I saw at least 2 families walk out after waiting 15 mins. And this was a short line. Did not see any evidence that a manger was actually engaged at all. Clearly a major management fail here at all levels. Staffing is clearly broken and lack of presence at the counter is definitely bad. I won’t be back given there is another one just down Parmer and service levels there are 180 better than this one. UPDATE: came back to see things got better. They got WORSE. 40 mins to complete ordering and get food. People in line are also complaining and hopefully they Unilocal so it doesn’t look like it’s just me. One recommendation: hire managers who care.

I would give this location a –0 if it was an option. When I’m in the area I may stop in on my way home(with reserve) and I should go with my gut feeling. EVERYTIME the order is wrong. I can’t say PLAIN any other way. Today I ordered a PLAIN Qtr Pounder and got a dry with everything on it burger. I can’t eat onions so I AWLAYS order plain burgers. I some people will say«it’s mcdonalds. what do you expect?» Well I’ve been to some that were exceptional but they are not in my area. I tried calling over 10 times and no one answered the phone. Needless to say I had to throw the meal away because I can’t eat onions. Today I realized that my expectations of this store are to high and am making a conscious choice of never eating there again! My advice is to keeping driving past if you’re in the area unless you like disappointment.

It’s a little ridiculous to review a fast food chain, but I was so irritated I’m going to anyway. Serves me right for deciding to get fast food, but I never did get someone to take my money here. I waited in the drive through for six minutes before I got to the menu and then the person made me wait another couple minutes to order. After I finally did, to a rude employee, I waited in line five more minutes. I was really craving fries so I went inside, thinking they could just finish my order there. There was a guy behind the counter but he said he’d be right back, he had some thousand-calorie coffee drinks to deliver. Sure, fine. But he didn’t come back to the counter, and when he started wiping down basically the whole restaurant, I left. It wasn’t even busy. If I’m going to wait this long for grease, I’m going to get better food AND service at the Whataburger down the street.

Yuck! I’m NOT lovin’ it. Id put zero if I could. I ordered the #8 meal and asked about the free kids meal promo. When I got home to eat the #8 and give my wife the free kids meal I was shocked to see what I found in my sandwich, or rather what wasn’t there. There were two small stale chicken patties hardly any mayo and the«vegetables» where two limp lettuce leaves. I called and asked to speak to a manager and I was told that there wasn’t one and that the manger will be back on Tuesday(two days later) I asked to speak with the assistant manager and I was told that there’s only a shift leader working. I explained to the girl that what I received was horrible she said that they can replace my order but they can’t refund me. I was hoping I could inform them in order to prevent other meals going out like that. I’m highly disappointed in the service! I then mentioned thaT we pretty much had to reorder at the window because the guy forgot ours. Then forgot our drinks. Then we also had to remind him about the ice cream. I get it if your new, but he was just clearly high. This was the worst McDonald’s experiences ever!!!

I ordered a pretty simple happy meal McDouble plain and dry with no cheese for my son… The first time it was wrong it had ketchup and pickles on it and then the second time they gave me a hamburger that was dry with cheese! The ticket showed what I ordered and the manager wanted to argue with me about

Terrible. Unsupervised crew or something today. They couldn’t get my order right and it took forever. The Mexican chick at the drive through window was pretending she didn’t understand English. The puny gross 1 junky piece of chicken mc wrap was so bad we tossed it in the trash. This used to be my fav location. The last few times has sucked

Like I’ve said before, you don’t need a review of McDonald’s on Unilocal to know what the food is about. The service on the other hand is very different from one location to another. This one is adequate. They do a fair job getting your order out to you in a timely fashion. The only complaint I seem to have as with most Mcdonald’s is that you have to make sure they include the ketchup with your meal. If I’m going thru the drive thru, I am usually in a rush and cannot always remember to tell them how to do their job(and yes MCdonald’s management, your employees should be making sure all condiments are included as part of their job.)

Eat this very rarely. In a rush for a quick bite, so drove thru. Fish burger and fries were quite fresh and hot. I like the nice leaf lettuce they have. Service was accurate and friendly. Wouldn’t eat there on a regular basis, but definitely edible in a pinch.

I asked for one extra BBQ sauce for my Chicken McNuggets and she wanted to charge me. I didn’t know McDonald’s was hurting for money. I pass a Wendy’s, Sonic, and What-a-Burger on the way to Mickey«D». I’ll go there, they don’t charge

It’s good and it’s McDonalds… It is what you expect when you want McD’s fast food. I don’t prefer to eat here, but I will say that the service is fast when you need it and you get what you order. Each time I have been here… no problems. I also appreciate that they have recently remodeled the Play Palace area. it has BETTER ventilation now and a local restroom to keep the kiddies close when you are watching multiple kids.(Good move on their part)

I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in ages. Let’s just say, one night this week a… situation arose… where the sound of shoveling two – count ‘em – two Big Macs straight down my gullet washed down with fries and a soft drink sounded like the absolute best and most natural thing in the world for me to have done at that time. So I did. And it was good. And it was beautiful. And now I despise myself.

Yeah… I know it’s McDonalds and all, and I know much of their menu isn’t all that healthy… but dang it… I just returned from a 2 month motorcycle road trip from Austin out West and back. To save money, I ate a lot of dollar menu McDonald’s along the way and discovered ALL McDonald’s staff are not the same. Some really do like their jobs and care about their customers. Some don’t. This one certainly does. High marks for excellent, consistent service at this location.

Note: Unilocal map is wrong, this is the one at the corner of Parmer & McNeil. Google Maps shows the right location when you enter the address, which is odd because I thought Unilocal used Google Maps. This is a combined McDonald’s/Exxon station — it has a McCafe inside, a drivethrough, all in addition to the regular gas station convenience store. There is also a playscape outside It was, surprisingly, very nice. And… I was shocked… the service was awesome! We had a vanilla soft cone, Oreo McFlurries, and small fries. The fries weren’t ready when we ordered, but the cashier(manager? had a headset on) brought it to us as promised… not only that, he thanked us when we left. I nearly had a heart attack. Though that might have been the food.(j/k). The fries were better than I remembered, though of course not as good as when they fried them in beef fat. They must have reformulated them since I had them last. The ice cream cone was good(and tall!), the McFlurry well made with plenty of Oreo bits. If you have to have fast food, this wouldn’t be a bad place to get some. And when you’re done you can buy some dreams(they sell lottery tickets in the store) and gas as well!
