WOW… Super friendly staff, extra clean dinning area and the bathrooms looked as if they where professional detailed!!! Best Subway experience ever! I highly recommend this location to anyone in north Austin. It’s tucked away inside a strip mall easy to miss so keep your eyes wide open!

Friendly Staff at this location and there isn’t much of a wait as they are rather quick but still prepare a well made sandwich. Better than other Subways I have been to

I was up North which rarely happens and couldn’t find anything to eat so I stopped here. I’m not a huge subway fan, I feel like the food is very blah overall. This particular location was very clean, well stocked and the employees were nice and appeared to be happy with their environment. It was really refreshing to see.

I love this Subway! It’s close to my house, the employees are super friendly, and they always put coupons in my bag. The employees work super quick and there is always unsweet tea ready to go!(I’ve noticed both of these things to be issues at other locations). So yeah, five stars!!!

I really can’t go wrong with a place 2 doors down from my office. I mean finding something with some nutritional value for under $ 6 is getting pretty hard to do these days. I do however have a HUGE problem watching my sammich go in to the Incredible Hulk of microwaves. I always wonder if the thing is ever going to come out alive and attack the«sandwich artist» which they choose to be called the days. Sometimes I go cold just in case it does happen AND depending on who the artist is.

New Subway! I have to admit, it has been a little weird driving 2 miles from 183 to Parmer without passing a Subway, so I’m glad they’ve added another one here. First impressions: Minimal traffic, perhaps because many people have not realized it is here. The«Subway» sign discreetly made its way onto the shopping center a few weeks ago, but for those who have been passing the HEB and other places in this shopping center for years, it will take a little time to sink in. Immaculate store, as it should be since it’s brand new. They looked light on the staffing: I only saw one employee there at 10am today. She was in the back working on something and didn’t know I came in, so I did end up waiting a minute before being helped. But she was courteous, the sandwich came out great, and I suspect this will become a more regular morning stop for me. It may also have the added benefit of reducing wait times at the Subway farther north on Parmer, which is more convenient for me during lunch.
