I have enjoyed several experiences from this local taco food truck and there are many more visits in my future! Being a vegetarian I just get a bean taco with some frills on top but my friends have had the meat tacos and raved about them. Prices are a tiny bit high but worth it, I really enjoy my tacos and chips with queso from one taco!

Today i went by this little truck to try the tacos. Which let me tell you were amazing I mean really some delicious tacos. I had a steak taco and a chicken taco and were beyond compare. So why 1 star? Let me tell you, the cashier was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Rude and belligerent I dont know how you can operate with such a rude cashier, my kudos to the cook, great job. Get a new cashier or you wont ever have my business again. Until then no matter how good the tacos are i wont be back

They closed the truck at 2.10 am, 20 minutes before their supposed closing time of 2.30, while I was INTHEMIDDLEOFORDERING. As I was placing my order, they shut the lights off and the guy taking my order shut his iPad and walked away. Then as we asked if we could finish taking our order they IGNOREDUS. Which is ridiculous. At least apologize and tell us you are closing or are out of food, don’t just shut the window in my face and expect me to accept that. I thoroughly enjoyed their food previously and would have told everyone I know to try them out, but their customer service is less than a zero. I wish I didn’t have to even give 1 star on this review. They don’t even deserve the one.

I’d have to say its a good little taco truck to go to when your on 6th street. Al pastor tacos reminds me of Mexico.

Says they close at 2:30 but don’t listen to that. Literally was ordering a taco at 2:15 and in the middle of saying my order and them writing it down, they shut off the lights and said no more orders… ??? Then I nicely asked, «oh I was just placing my order, can i finish the order?» And the guy ignored me. It was just really bad customer service. They could have said they were out of stuff, sorry, or sorry that they’re closing… But instead they ignored me. It was offensive. Never going back.

Literally the worst experience! I wouldn’t recommend this food truck due to poor service, lack of cleanliness and availability of utensils, not to mention poor food quality! Do yourself a favor and go to the food truck across the street at Star Bar!

Nothing to write home about. I ordered bean, cheese and potato tacos and when unraveling the tacos, it was 95% beans. The potatoes and cheese were non existent. The salsa tasted like a mix between standard salsa and bbq sauce. I’m not sure how that works as salsa but it was the non spicy option I was told. It was tangy like bbq sauce, not really my thing. I will say they were quick but that is all they have going for them. sigh.

Solid tacos that are tasty and filling. The Norte is especially well done. It’s easy to over do chorizo, but this one is a great balance with the steak and with the green sauce, adds the right heat!

We’ve been here twice: once at 9pm when we were starved and wanted tacos, and once for a late lunch and a beer from Woodrow’s next door. The guy in the One Taco truck invited us to take a seat at the bar and he’d deliver our tacos to us, he said. And true to his word!!! I’ve had the same pair of tacos twice now – one Steak, one«Relax,» which is One’s veggie-and-refried-bean option – and I really enjoy both! The steak is scrumptious, but that veggie option is also tasty and filling. One of my dining partners, visiting from NYC, heartily recommended the al pastor after trying it, and my husband confirms it’s now his fave as well. The tacos themselves are priced to move, and the folks in the truck are friendly and courteous. We live nearby, so I’m stoked to try their breakfast tacos too!

Food was outstanding! Service was fast and friendly! Plenty of room to sit and eat in front of truck and you can have a beer at bar which is connected. Serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Definitely give it a shot for a quick bite.

One Taco is a food truck/taco stand that has counter service only. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The service is fast. You will not wait long for a taco. They also have non alcoholic drinks. There is some seating nearby. If you want something fermented, there is a bar next door. The tacos are corn, flour, or wheat tortillas. They are standard street taco size. A meal is at least two and maybe three. That being said, they are fairly inexpensive. I find the chicken tacos quite tasty. The breakfast tacos are also great for a quick bite. In short, fast service and great tacos. What more do you want?

Sooooo good! I retract my last review… I can’t get enough of this place! The tacos are full of flavor and each one is completely different.

Really awesome; I asked for a meat quesadilla, and the guy just charged the price of the meat on a taco; only $ 3.75. Delicious and warm, and it didn’t take long at all. I’d eat here again if I’m hankering for tacos.

Vegetarians beware! I ordered the VEGETARIAN quesadilla and found a hearty piece of steak in it. The queso was good and my boyfriend had the tacos that were alright. There’s plenty better to be had in Austin though.

Not a fan. I got some beef tacos and there was some inedible«meat» in my taco. Very tough meat for the edible portions. Queso was meh at best. It was quite a disappointing experience. The bar it’s connected to is great though!

Had a Steak, Mexican sausage, pork, and cilatnro taco. Pretty good, but didn’t wow me or make me want to come here over a bunch of other great taco places in town. Worth a try though.

Very tasty. The Big Kahuna is a good classic breakfast taco. It doesn’t really live up to the name but tasty nonetheless. If you want quick trailer fare, this is a good choice.

Had the taco with queso flameado, chorizo, steak and pico de gallo. VERYTASTY 3.75 tax included Also had the chips and salsa which were tasty. The salsa was not runny, which was great. And had great heat
