Its not a chain or a buffet, its better than average for the area, and it delivers to Buda. That earns a solid 3.5 in my book but ill bump it to a 4 to make up for some of the more finicky reviewers ;)

Egg rolls were cold. The guy taking the orders is a jerk. The won ton soup wasn’t hot. My order wasn’t over 5 dollars so be was yelling«you get Coke!» I couldn’t understand him then eventually learned he was demanding I buy a Coke otherwise I wouldn’t be getting my food because I didn’t have cash and they had a 5 dollar limit on debit cards. This guy is an ass.

The is is a great Asian restaurant if you ordered for take out or delivery. If you want to eat at the restaurant, not so much. The décor and atmosphere are really bad and the staff doesn’t really speak English well. But so far, the food has been really good. The portions are generous and the prices are really reasonable. Especially the lunch menu. I’ve had the Broccoli Joy with Chicken and the white sauce. Super delicious. The chicken friend rice tastes really fresh.

I don’t know how this place has any bad reviews. My boyfriend and I order here about twice and month and the delivery is super fast and the food arrives super hot! They forgot my egg roll once, which would be my only complaint. But I always make sure to ask twice to make sure they get it and I haven’t had a problem since. The egg drop soup is awesome because it’s not salty like most places, and I love every entrée I’ve tried so far. The mandarin beef, teriyaki chicken, and egg rolls are awesome. They use lots of veggies in the entrees and the lunch specials are super affordable. We love this place!

On the way into Austin I decided to stop at Panda 2 Go on Onion Creek Pkwy. I’ve been there before and was pleased with their product. I placed my order on line with no issues. When I arrived I stood at the front counter no less than fifteen minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When he finally came to the counter he verified my phone number and went for my food. He returned with just one bag? I could not believe that was my order but he assured me it was so I took it and left. When we opened the bag to start dinner what a bummer! We ordered two entrées. Sesame chicken and Lemon chicken with vegetables. Two steamed rice, a large Hot & Sour soup, a small Egg drop soup and three egg rolls. The entrees came in their own three compartment To Go box. There was only ONE rice when there should have been TWO! There wasn’t enough of the entrees to even fill up the larger compartment. My entrée(the Lemon Chicken) had NO lemon sauce on it nor anywhere else that we could find. Everything about our dining experience with Panda 2 Go was just terrible and here’s the best part. It only cost me $ 31.00 to learn my lesson. We went today to Hays County Chinese in Kyle and ordered the EXACT same thing. Look at the picture. It’s FABULOUS and cost $ 4.00 less. I will pass on Chinese food if I have to eat Panda 2 Go again anytime in the near future. The two of us won’t still be hungry after today’s meal like we were after eating P2G’s tuff, dry, poor Portioned food from the other day.

Set up a pick up order. First try they forgot an entire bag so we had to go back. Second try they forgot the lemon glaze for the lemon chicken and part of one combo. The cashier was a total airhead and had no urgency to fix the situation. I’d recommend that if you order from here you check all of the items, albeit hard to do in a tied bag full of closed containers.

Negative stars! Cold, dry, «said» I ordered«extra» shrimp. I had not. Not napkins, utensils, one piece of broccoli and 2 peppers in General Tso chicken. Worst thing was there were shrimp TAILS. I almost choked on one. When I called the guy barely spoke English and was VERY rude! Just kept saying I ordered extra shrimp and shrimp is expensive. I finally just hung up. I got no where. I can’t afford to waste money that way.

They are under new management now, so, their business has changed slightly; hopefully for the better! Their delivery is super fast and I love the food. I like the chef’s specials most, and exchange my soup for crab puffs as those are the !

My Wife ordered Mu Shu Chicken for pick up and we got mushroom chicken instead, no big right… it happens. she goes back and the guy argues with her about what she ordered… Made her pay for the Mu Shu Chicken(came with flour tortillas?) reorder and kept the Mushroom Chicken we returned. NOREFUND… how does that work? We have tried them in the past and its kinda the same thing, blah food, and poo poo platter service. for better service and quality ill stick with Mimis just down the road. Later Panda… no mas

Ordered delivery yesterday and mostly no complaints. The complaints: the General Tso and Orange chicken were so over cooked that it was like chewing jerky. A couple pieces were completely inedible. My jaw was sore by the time I finished half. The two entrees tasted exactly the same except for some deep fried battered orange peels that I bit into(yuck, bitter!) in the Orange chicken. I can’t believe I paid so much for what you gave my family. Eating out is a real treat on our finances, and what you served disrespected us. No chopsticks, no utensils at all, no napkins. The rest was good! Surprisingly good egg drop soup, egg rolls, and I really liked the lettuce wraps. The delivery arrived in reasonable time(an hour during peak dinner hours).

My team at work ordered from Panda 2 Go and I originally was going to order the Lemon Zest with the shrimp that was on their menu, but they didn’t have it, so I decided to go with the Orange Shrimp. Huge mistake. At first blush, it looked good, nice big pieces of shrimp, or so I thought. One thing looked odd immediately. The broccoli was RAW! If that was the worst thing about it, I wouldn’t be giving them a 1 star(which should really be a 0). The first bite into the shrimp freaked me out! The shell was still on the shrimp!!! And half of the piece of shrimp was the tail, which was still left on inside the batter!!! With the shell and tail removed, the pieces of shrimp were very tiny, about the size of salad shrimp.(See my photo for a comparison of the tiny piece of shrimp next to the batter). I CAN’T BELIEVETHATTHEYLEFTTHETAILANDSHELLONTHESHRIMPINSIDETHEBATTER!!! Forgive the caps, but I just wanted to emphasize that. Totally unbelievable. As the shrimp was so tiny, there really wasn’t a shrimp taste or an orange taste. It just tasted like caramelized batter. Yuck! I will never order from them again. I really can’t get over it. The whole dish is laughable.

Well let’s see. I would have given 4 stars if the delivery wasn’t 25 minutes later than what I was quoted. I ordered chicken lo mein and egg drop soup. The soup was really good, it was surprisingly really hot still when I opened it. The lo mein was OK, the portions are HUGE but the actual flavor of it was pretty much the same as any other place. Pretty good but I’ll have to try more stuff on the menu. Today was my first time ordering there.

I wanted to update my review from two years ago. I have ordered from Panda 2 Go at least once every couple months and have always been happy. They have always gotten my order right and have usually been able to deliver my food in less than the estimated time. They are my go to spot for Chinese food delivery!

We’re new in town and wanted to try some local Chinese food, this was nearby and had good ratings so we went with it. The online order process was easy, the service was polite and the food was ready when I arrived to pick it up. Why the 1 star? It’s completely based on the taste of the food. We ordered 3 different things– the Sesame Chicken, The General’s Chicken and the Teriyaki Chicken. All 3 looked and tasted exactly the same, except one had sesame seeds sprinkled on it. Sadly the food was completely lacking in flavor. Unfortunately, Panda Express get’s it better than this restaurant.

What happened Panda 2 Go?! I used to regularly order delivery from here and always LOVED it. My most recent experience, very sub par. After a long road trip the boy calls me and says order some food I’m tired and hungry. So I call up the good people of panda 2 go. They’re always super nice, took my order, and told me it would be about 40 minutes because they were backed up. No biggie. When our food arrived the order was incomplete. Missing side dishes and my veggie Lo mein didn’t have a single veggie in it. What the hell? It was a big box of noodles. The food is good, don’t get me wrong but when your veggie lo mein is lacking veggies, something’s wrong. Prove yourself panda. I want to love you like I used to.

Read the reviews and thought would get a tastey dish. When I received my food it was very hot, we were off to a good start. I ordered the egg rolls(good) orange chicken(ok) and the broccoli chicken(terrible) pale, no flavor and unattractive. Go to Panda Express!!!

We have ordered from here several times, and always say we will give it one more try because maybe it was just«this time», but we finally are done. We ordered delivery and were told it would be 45 – 60 minutes. I called after an hour to be told, «it should be on the way». No let me find out or it will be there in 10 minutes, just it should be on the way. I agree, it should have been on the way a while ago. Anyway, we get the food and are ready to give it a try. My husband got the sesame chicken, I got the happy family. His was over cooked and dry as a bone, mine was soupy. We ended up throwing most of each of them out. I will say the egg drop soup was good though. We finished off the meal with stale fortune cookies. Like I said, this was the last time.

I waited until I gave Panda 2 Go a second try before writing my review. It’s pretty much my only option for Chinese delivery off of Slaughter. General Tso’s was way over cooked. The«House Fried Rice» has salad shrimp in it. Shrimp that aren’t deveined sorta freak me out. I also ordered the«Crispy Calamari», and«Salt and Black Pepper Chicken». Both were ok, but with delivery, crispy went by the way side. Maybe I’m just ordering the wrong items. I did get plenty of soy sauce, etc… It is what it is, but if you live on the West side of IH35, give a call to «One Wok» and see if they deliver to your location.

Horrible. Literally just had this place for the first time 10 minutes ago, figured we would try it out considering we haven’t had ANY good Chinese after trying many here in south Austin. Delivery was quick, but makes sense when they are selling sub– par food. EXTREMELY small serving sizes. Pretty ridiculous when the«dinner» portion is 8 dollars. And the crab rangoons or «puffs»? Omg. Burnt, and there was literally NO filling. Seriously, they were bad. Fried rice was flavorless and undercooked. The only reason I gave them more than one star is because the sauce was okay on the orange chicken. The chicken pieces were large and well cooked, but there were none of those little crispy ones mixed in that are usually my favorite. So I would say the orange chicken was average. Also, I’m jealous of the guy who said he got a whopping 2 soy sauce packets with his meal, because we got one, and no napkins or fortune cookies. Lol, never giving this place my money again!
