Hands-down the very best latte you can find in Austin. The interior is very nice and roomy and not crowded on weekdays(I haven’t gone on the weekend so I don’t know about the weekends.) The outdoor seating in the back is really nice too. There are plenty of tables to sit at and it is surrounded by trees so there are shaded areas if the sun gets to be too much. I highly recommend this place. Don’t leave Austin without coming here at least once!

Patika pretty much fits the bill when it comes to what I look for in a coffee shop. The interior is clean, spacious, and plentiful in natural light(big windows and a skylight). There are plenty of tables inside, and it has an overall quiet and relaxed vibe, making it conducive to studying/reading. There’s also a parking lot in the back, so there’s no hassle with street parking! On to the drinks: the vanilla latte is awesome, and I also really like their cappuccino. I’m not much of a coffee aficionado, but I think they both tasted great! The baristas are friendly and make the atmosphere cozy and inviting. A con, if anything, is that it gets kind of dark if you’re here when the sun starts to go down. The actual lights in this place aren’t very bright, so if you’re coming to study, I suggest coming during the day and soak up the natural light when you can, haha.

Was in town for a concert so the morning we were heading back home, we decided to get coffee. This place had super awesome ratings so it was a no brainer to go here! The two ladies who took our order were very nice. I’m a sucker for a good latte so I ordered an almond milk latte. I wasn’t too impressed. It tasted sour and bitter. I couldn’t even finish it! Granted, this was the only thing I’ve tried here, so maybe everything else is phenomenal. But my experience was mediocre at best.

really great iced soy lattes, even my young niece ordered one after trying mine, and she usually loves overtly sweet coffee concoctions. great modern space and vibe too, I could definitely study/hang out here for a while as the shop is spacious. I definitely will be back!

Good coffee with a lot of emphasis on style and taste, except for the fact that they serve it LUKE warm. I don’t expect burnt Starbucks coffee when I pay $ 6 for my latte but I do expect it to be warmish hot. Apparently if you want it hot, you need to ask for it «extra hot» I was told.

Such sweet people working here. Really helped me decide on what to order based on my needs! Coffee shop was a little hard to find off the street but I sound it! Very trendy, quiet and calm. Good place to do work and study!!!

This place was fine. Nothing special. I needed to do some work one morning and thought I’d find a new coffee shop. I was here for 3 or 4 hours, went up to the counter several times and was very politely greeted as if it were my first time every time. I realize that is hardly the end of the world, and it actually didn’t affect my rating at all, but it was a blow to my self-confidence. Am I really so forgettable? They had a few pastries, but not a large breakfast selection. It’s a coffee shop, so I should probably be focusing my review there. Good coffee. They drew a leaf in my latte. Very friendly and helpful employees. Ample parking. A solid 3 stars.

The five stars is for the iced latte, which is basically the best I’ve had. Worth going back for over and over. I had to add a bit of half and half and splenda, but I do to all my coffee drinks. With a bit of half of half it was heavenly. I also had the hot chai latte, but do not recommend it. The chai latte is not as good as Panera’s or Bottega Louie’s in LA. The café has decent wifi(a bit slow) and is REALLY clean. They also put long pillows on the wooden benches, which was a fantastic touch. There wasn’t enough parking right next to the café, but you can find additional parking one shop over on the unpaved back lot.

Great coffee shop with a modern, cozy atmosphere. I came here a few times while in town. Iced coffee is delicious and refreshing. This place is pretty mellow so never had to wait in line for a long time and coffee came promptly. Service was friendly.

It’s hard to stand out as a coffee shop, especially in a coffee shop filled city like Austin but Patika manages to do it. The coffeeshop is welcoming and the baristas are passionate. They made my latte perfectly sweet and they do amazing latte art. There’s a few seats inside and outside, and their patio is dog friendly. When I went there was a good handful of people, but it wasn’t packed with college students like you’d find at Epoch and Bennu. If you’re in the area looking for a pick-me-up be sure to stop by.

The space is beautiful, the paint, the natural light, the benches with pillows, etc. I love the playlist it’s dynamic but still fills the atmosphere appropriately. A little smooth salsa, nondescript yet pleasant French, an Italian serenade. I enjoyed the blood orange herbal tea, the music, the air conditioning, and the environment I was in. My experience, however, was marred by a group having an open discussion at the communal table. The space, though stylish, is small and sound travels well. That being said I was a bit bothered by the noise. Since I liked the music I didn’t want to put earphones in but in order to focus, I had to. I’m not at all opposed to people chatting, but this was more of a back and forth debate of ideas happening at the table which I believe the whole café could hear distinctly. Also if you’re here to study or searching for some quiet time I recommend to check their live music schedule. My experience wasn’t the direct fault of the business and so I will be back and hope people use their inside voices. A plus is you can get wine & beer!

I have been coming here since it opened. I have been a huge fan. It’s small but I have always had somewhere to sit. All of the baristas have been friendly and they have great coffee and tea selection. After hours? Well awesome wine and beer. I am not much of a wine drinker but the beer, they’ve ad some craft selections that I haven’t had before. Pretty good! My choice is coffee and their almond latte(my go to) is on point. They also have an outside patio area so if you need sunlight, do it. They are pretty cool with dogs(outside) so that’s nice.

Patika just makes my heart happy. So if you’ve been in Austin for awhile, you know there aren’t that many coffee shops with that modern, contemporary feel, so when I heard about Patika, I knew I had to visit. Parking: There aren’t many parking in the lot itself, but there are plenty behind Mockingbird Domestic(one building over)! Coffee & Baked Goods: I’ve tried their latte, capcuccino, and iced vanilla latte. My favorite was the iced vanilla latte. Sweet, but not too sweet. They also offer a decent amount of baked goods. I tried the banana chocolate chip muffin, which wasn’t as fresh as I had hoped for it to be, so eh. Okay, let me just skip to my FAVORITE part about this place: the back patio. It’s perfect. There are a good amount of tables and the lights strung across & above just set the mood ya know? It gives like this tucked-away, hidden garden kind of feel. I did take off one star for the slightly-overpriced coffees and the slow Wi-fi, though. :( But will be back often, Patika!

One of my top favorite coffee shops in Austin(#1…#2…gah can’t decide). From their stand to their brick and Mortar, Patika has continually been a go to place for me. Iced Vanilla Latte and Iced Mocha are my top choices. Their cookies continue to be amazing. Check their website in the«Baked Goods» section to see what cookies they’re serving. I always look out when they serve the Corn Cookie. Recently I had the Peanut Butter Sriracha Cookie… soft, moist, and one of a kind. The staff is super humble and are easy to have a conversation with. The atmosphere is great for reading and light conversations. They have an outdoor patio for more chit chat as well.

Patika is excellent — staff is very friendly, and service is great. Pour over coffee is smooth and artisanal and they do potted tea which I love. Get the olive and nut cluster plate for $ 5 — quite a good deal. Only downside is that although they’ve had historically very fast wifi, it’s become slower and jankier in the last month or so.

Austin has a plethora of coffee shops to choose from, so how can you know which one are the best? For me, the most important things are the ambiance, seating, coffee taste, and customer service, and Patika fulfills all of these needs! The coffee shop itself is light and bright inside, making it a good study spot. Some Austin coffee shops can be a bit dim, making studying harder than it already is. As for seating, I’ve always been able to find a spot. There are multiple small tables, one big community table, a bar, and a couch to sit at. They also offer outdoor seating! The coffee itself is so smooth delicious(my personal favorite is the vanilla latte.) The baristas are always super friendly, and one of them even brought my drink to me after I had to wait a while for it. Overall, Patika has become my favorite coffee shop in Austin and I highly recommend it to any coffee lovers out there!

I got hooked on espresso a couple of years ago and now I can’t stand any sort of drip coffee, so I definitely appreciate a good espresso when I can get it. Patika didn’t fail me in that department. And wait. They have beer too! And wine? Coffee and beer and wine? Yep. While I was there, they were playing a bunch of pop music from 2006 – 2011(give or take a few years). Not really what you’d expect from a coffee shop, but hey, I appreciated it. I’d like to go back and try some pastries. They didn’t have many while I was there.

I’ve heard amazing things about the coffee at Patika and when I came by, I was definitely pleased. I’ve come here a few times and I’ve had a cappuccino, regular latte, and a vanilla latte. All three of which were really good. Amazing? I wouldn’t go that far. Although I’ve had better at other coffee shops in Austin, I would still highly recommend this place. Parking used to be pretty limited here, but Patika now has more parking spots available. Yay! The coffee shop itself is really clean and well-kept. There’s also plenty of seating available. The ambience was pretty conducive to studying. I always try to sit in the back since it seems to be more quiet while the front is usually occupied by people socializing with one another. Overall, I’ve had great experiences coming here and I would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.
