Wow! Now that was some good eatin’! Apparently the folks behind Porky’s have been serving up BBQ at state fairs and festivals since 1983, and let me tell you, they definitely know what they are doing! I had a sampler platter with beef brisket (smoked for 16 hours), leg of lamb, bbq chicken, boneless country style pork ribs, a ginormous pork chop, plus a couple tasty sides (coleslaw, baked beans), ANNNND a mini version of the PULLED PORK PARFAIT! So freakin’ good, boy am I stuffed! They are a new addition to the Bouldin Creek Food Park and I highly recommend you pay them a visit!
