I’m from Houston, but I was visiting a friend in Austin and we decided to get our nails done. I was thrilled with my manicure. I kind of kept adding and changing things(I wanted a Halloween themed mani) and my girl just did a wonderful job on my nails. I was so pleased. It was a busy place but we didn’t wait long and I can’t be happier with my results. I guess I have to go to Austin to get my nails done now!

I don’t get my nails done very often, but my mom suggested Pro Nails to me because I wanted to get a mani/pedi for a wedding that I was attending. The salon is really nice and it has nice décor. The staff is very friendly as well. It was actually pretty quiet and peaceful inside which I found to be unusual, but pleasant. I only had to wait for about 5 minutes before I was called back for my pedicure. The employee offered me water too which was nice. One of the first things I noticed when I sat down is that the every pedicure tub is lined with plastic. Cleanliness is so important to me, so this was reassuring. They provided a service menu for me to choose which pedicure I wanted. I can’t remember the names, but I chose one that was in the middle of a basic and deluxe. It was very relaxing. The employee did a nice job with my toes. In fact, I had my pedicure done 3 weeks ago, and the polish is still on my toes. It’s not even shellac so I’m really amazed that it hasn’t started chipping yet. For my manicure, I prefer a natural look. I decided to do a basic manicure. I asked for an American manicure and told the employee twice what I wanted. Unfortunately, he started putting on the white polish that is used for the French manicure. I was in a hurry, so I just told him to go ahead and continue. The manicure looked really nice, but the French manicure makes my nails look like acrylics, so I just prefer the American manicure. That’s really my only complaint. Had I not been in a hurry, I would have had him redo my nails. This place does a really good job, but it is expensive. I believe my basic mani(French) and semi-deluxe pedi was about $ 60. I wasn’t quite expecting to spend that much, but as I said, they are very professional, clean, and do a great job so I feel like the money was well spent.

Jaime is the BEST! She has been taking care of my nails for just about a year. She always does a great job. I usually get fills with an overlay and then Shellac… it is always beautiful. I love the convenience and how friendly everyone is.

I am very particular about my manis(I like ‘em short), pedis — not as picky. I’ve been here twice so far and both times they did an excellent job. I’m a massage therapist and I have to have my nails short, I mean super short. Even after 2 weeks growth, they’re still pretty short! I don’t understand why most nail techs have such difficulties cutting and filing my nails short! It drives me crazy! These guys/gals get it. I get a shellac or gel nail mani, it lasts two weeks, same as the pedi. That’s very convenient, isn’t it?! I can go every two weeks for the whole shebang and that makes me, in short, one happy customer! Keep up the good work! I highly recommend«Honey» and the gals! I’ll be back!

I finally found a nail place in Circle C that I enjoy… Personally, getting my nails done is more of a chore than something I sit back and relax to have done… its not my favorite thing to do but it has to be done. Pro nails,(Henry specifically) is somewhere I can go and its quick AND he listens to me! Its a nice little place that is totally convenient and priced right!
