Great sandwiches! Great service! Made fast in right in front of you! 5 stars for Which Which!

Convenient, fresh & just the way you want it. Gluten-free options with salads & lettuce wraps. And they support our local high school!

Poor location. Very little parking. Slow service. When you finally make it to the counter to place your order they’ll tell you they can’t make your sandwich because they are out of the ingredients(This was on a Friday during lunch hour). Diet Coke dispenser was spitting out carbonated water only… No syrup Not worth the effort.

Love which which but not this location which is disappointing since I live so close. The 3 times I’ve gone in have been at off times with maybe one other person or no one in front of me and yet it takes them a Long time to make the order. Beyond slow. I was hoping it was just bad service once but after the third time, who has that long to wait for a sandwich. I’ll go do a sit down meal for that amount of time. I hope they can get some training or more staff to help make the time more reasonable so I can go back. The people working when I’ve been just don’t seem to care.

I wanted to post an update. I did end up calling the store and spoke with Kim. She was the manager on duty. She was very apologetic and was able to refund my money back. At least I was able to get my money back… but I was still hungry. She did offer to make a new sandwich but my lunch break was already over. :( I’m giving an below average rating due to the last few experiences that I have had here. I use LOVE coming to this place. Staff didn’t acknowledged as I came in the door. No greeting when the staff member was ringing up my order and when I asked for my drink the girl seemed irritated. «You didn’t ask for the combo.» was her reply to me. In my mind I was thinking well you didn’t even ask. You just rang me up told me total and ask for me to sign. No interaction. Seemed busy but no reason to take it out on your customers. My sandwich made pretty quickly but was HIGHLYDISAPPOINTED. I had BURNT bacon on my sandwich. Horrible experience and don’t plan on ever coming back. Talk about an $ 11 sandwich full of disappointment. Gee… thanks.

Slowest sandwich making on the planet. Yes, it was lunch time on a Saturday, so it was a bit busy(maybe 10 people ahead of me) but they moved like sloths. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Waited for 25 min for a lettuce wrapped sandwich(didn’t even have to be cooked) and had to get a refund so it wouldn’t make me late for work. The man even went to see if the sandwich was close to being done and they hadn’t even started it yet. I’ll still give them another try but I’ll never go to this location again.

Good vegetarian options. It’s like every other sandwich shop… the staff was excellent! See you soon!

I love Which Wich, but hate this location. I always order the Turkeywich(coleslaw/thousand island). The last four visits have been a bust. The first time they didn’t have coleslaw. The second, third, and LAST time they did not put coleslaw/thousand island on the sandwich. I clearly marked TURKEYWICH on all my orders, which every time the people at the counter acknowledge that it was their mistake. Then they procees to open up the sandwich and slop a ton of the coleslaw mixture on it. I love the idea of writing EXACTLY what you want on the baggie, you think it would be foolproof. My husband and I will never go back.

This was my first visit to this location. Immediately my family was greeted and explained how to order our sandwiches. The new owner(AJ) introduced himself to us and guaranteed that we would like our meal. The store was clean and had a positive feeling to it. The employees seemed happy and excited to serve us. We will definitely come back to this location!

I have been coming here for their lettucewich’s. I am normally a fan of Subway, but I have been wanting to stay off the bread. When someone told me that they had lettucewich’s, I decided to give them a try. The service is good, and I really liked my sandwich. It’s a solid A.

This place is painfully slow. I could literally go into a fill sit down restaurant and get a full meal in less time than they can make a sandwich. With 0 people in front of you expect at least a 15 minute wait on a single sandwich. The people they have working here are the most disorganized mess of individuals I’ve ever seen. That and the training of the employees seems non existent. Sandwiches are good but be ready for a painfully long and unnecessary wait. Be warned you are here for more time than you thought you would be.

5 stars for our new fave sandwich shop! I’ve gotten the Caprese twice and love it. What I like is they have the option to make your sandwich«skinny» by pulling out the middle of the bread and slashing 100 calories. They have a pretty neat system, too. You walk in and grab a brown paper bag and check off the type of sandwich you want, along with specifications. I absolutely hate repeating my order to a stoned college kid working the counter, so this is a huge bonus :) The service is so terrible I had to edit the review and take away a star.

NEWMANAGEMENT! New owner, new standards, new life for this WhichWich! We’ve ordered box lunches for meetings and events at our coworking space, and they were just PERFECT! Great service, great sandwiches. SO happy to have an easy solution nearby for bringing in lunch for big groups. :)

One of my favorite sandwiches is the grinder at Which Wich. The toasted white bread is delicious and I love the variety of ingredients. I have been to this location 15 – 20 times, most recently yesterday, and I have always had my sandwich prepared exactly how I requested. If you love rice crispy treats, try one from here. They are delicious.

Standardized corporate chain. I would take my kids to eat here if nothing else was open and we were hungry, but it wouldn’t be a destination otherwise.

I love how I order my sandwich by marking every ingredient on the bag provided. This is a picky eaters dream! I no longer feel guilty when I order an item and give 5 edits to how that establishment makes the sandwich since the bag takes care of that for me! Thank you Which Wich. My favorite so far is the turkey sandwich with stuffing. My one wish is that cream cheese would be added to the menu.

The boy and I stopped in here on our weekend trip to Austin, and being that I had never tried a Which Wich… I was a little excited! I like the concept of ordering right on your bag… then they can’t get it wrong! They have multiple options, with an amazing array of additional toppings(suck that Subway!). I settled on a vegetarian caprese combo and added avocado and bacon(healthy with a twist). My sammy was toasted and then up for me to pick up at the other end of the counter. My evaluation… better than Subway, more fresh tasting than Quizno’s and the price a little steep. I mean… it is just a sandwich.

This place used to be high on my list… But, for a place that has you clearly list our what you do and do not want directly on the order form, they sure do get things VERY wrong more often than not. So much so that I was inspired to write this review. I have a soft spot in my heart for their Tomato and Avocado sandwich. Wheat bun. 7″. Toasted. Few simple add ons… nothing crazy. But alas, the last two times I have been there, things have been seriously wrong when I got home and unwrapped my wich. *Note: I always order the same thing. Vegetarian Tomato + Avocado wich. 1. First mess-up: NOAVOCADO on my wich. I mean, come on… it’s in the title of the wich. How can you look at the wich and say«Yup, we’re good!» No. No, you can’t. 2. Next visit, second mess-up: COMPLETELYWRONG sandwich. First half: Meats/cheeses/bread was someone elses entirely. Veggies and whatnot(except avocado…) were there. But, for a vegetarian sandwich with provolone cheese to turn into a turkey/ham with cheddar cheese… Like they say on ESPN, «Come on mannnnnnnn». Two strikes mean these kiddos get one more chance… But… it’s not looking good.
