Great staff, even though the place is always packed they manage to deliver your order fast! They’re really kind and professional, by far the best Subway in town! Looks like the new management is doing their job!

I made a Unilocal account solely for the purpose of writing this review. The customer service is just sad and pathetic. Tonight, I walked into subway and there was not a person in there, which was fine. I figured if I waited a minute, someone would come out. I then tapped on the bell and waited a while longer, tapped the bell again and decided after waiting to take a peek in the back to see no employee. Tapped the bell again and just decided it wasn’t worth my time. I walked out to my car and a guy walks out and doesn’t say«sorry, can I still make you a sandwich?» But starts dancing… DANCING. Wtf!!! This isn’t the first time I’ve had a weird experience with the employees at this location, but this time I was definitely pushed of the edge.

I honestly didn’t think customer service could be this bad. If I could go negative 10 stars I would. If they practically didn’t give you the sandwich at subway it wouldn’t even be worth the painful experience. Words can’t even describe how inadequate it is here. Save some cash and go next door to Randal’s and get a can of alpo.

The service was PAINFULLY slow. Literally nothing was speedy about the process. There were two people behind the counter and the shop was not busy. Why they struggled to handle my boyfriends and my order is beyond me. The two staff members seemed very inexperienced. I can understand one being new and in-training, but to have them BOTH stumbling through the order like lost puppies is unacceptable. My sandwich veggies were piled all on the middle, nothing on the edges of the sandwich. She was very frugal with the servings as well. Despite me asking for extra. The checkout was very slow and the lady kept pressing wrong buttons, ending up in strange totals. Really disappointed with our experience. We wont be going back.

Come well before you get hungry. One person working lunch rush. Averaging one sandwich every 6 minutes.

I like this Subway. Why? Because they carry the Veggie Patty option. Not all Subways do, and for those of us that don’t eat meat, there aren’t a lot of other options on the menu. So thank you Subway at Brodie/Slaughter. I and my fellow vegetarians appreciate it.

This place is real hit or miss. I’ve had one correct order where I did not have to repeat myself several times to achieve my desired result. When someone asks for two handfuls of black olives, you give the man two handfuls not half of one.

This is the WORST Subway I’ve ever been to! I have been to this Subway a few times, and each time I kick myself in the butt for not driving the extra 5 minutes to go to the one further north on Brodie. They are ALWAYS out of veggie patties, they rarely have flatbread, or any bread late at night, for that matter. Last time I went in there, they were busy, and the cashier overcharged me for my sandwich,(after being flustered for a few minutes on the computer ended up ringing in a sandwich that was $ 1.50 extra!?), once I actually ate my sandwich, my flatbread was so hard, I could literally pull it off the sandwich and hit it on the table: rock hard. I threw away my sandwich, and left. My advice to anyone, drive up Brodie next time, even if it’s out of your way– this place is horrible! p. s. they scratched off the last two digits of the«comments and concerns» number on the door– so I couldn’t even call anyone to say how bad this subway was! Ghetto!!!

We stopped at Subway on our trek north on Sunday. My daughter and I were both hungry and it seemed healthier than fried food. We both had turkey sandwiches on wheat — mine was 6 inch, hers was«mini.» They were pretty good. I was sad that they didn’t have fresh spinach as a choice, and I guess the guy could have had a bit more personality. But it was subway, and the food was fresh.
