I had an extremely urgent deadline with a quick turnaround time, and not only were they able to process my order quickly, but the entire team helped me stuff the tri-​fold menus we needed to promote our new business. I’ve been using them to get business cards printed for my husband’s new company and they’ve been great so far! They are very quick to respond through e-​mail which is my preferred method of communication. Also, they slightly messed up on one of our orders and they fixed it immediately without hesitation.
Supposedly I’m supposed to add a bleed and have the file in a PDF version, but I had no idea how to do that and they did it for me free of charge. They told me they would charge me a set-​up fee next time though. WOMP WOMP.

This review is for their Bee Caves location. Not sure why they do not have a Unilocal page, maybe its because they have awful customer service.
I emailed them with a simple order. I needed 600 flyers for an event and they came 4 flyers to a page. So, I needed 150 prints. They quoted me $ 15 for the job. Apparently this was a problem at quick print as when I picked up my order, they had only printed 150 flyers. They told me they must have misheard my request (not sure how they missed that since I was very clear in my email) and they told me they would print the rest but it would be an extra $ 15. Ummm, no. I am not going to pay for your mistake.
In a nutshell, they did not have the rest of the order done in time and I was forced to go to another printing company for the rest of my prints and spend an extra $ 30 out of the nonprofit account for the event.
Bottom line, go to a printing company that can do simple math.

I have worked with Jon and his staff for a few years now and they are great! They are quick to respond and always do an amazing job for an excellent price. I highly recommend giving them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
