I can’t tell enough about this place. I had reall fun. Also. The services. Excellent. The hosts. Mo and his employees. Are amazing. I do go every week. And sometimes. I go twice. Get good Hoka. Good drink. Nice people. There is. Save parking lot. Can’t wait to go there.

I’m giving this place a great review bc our experience with Noor, one of the employees, was remarkable. My friends and I came in pretty late, near 2 am and he was kind enough to make sure our needs were met graciously. The hookah was great as well. He was very patient with us, even staying later than close just so we could enjoy our time there and made sure we got back safe and sound. Very kind person. Thanks again!

The setting is really nice and open, but because of the service I will not return it was not busy when I went and the bartender who was the only one there was so rude! I’m sorry she was having a ruff night but that’s not a pass to be rude to your customers.

Hookah Ambiance
Outdoors, on a rooftop, this hookah bar brings hookah to a new level in Austin, both literally and figuratively. Went there on a Sunday evening, and were the first people in the door, literally. Sat down and relaxed, they brought the hookah, and soaked in the ambiance, with string lighting and the sea of cars streaming down I-​35, it was actually a soothing spot. Really wish that they werent building a giant condo around the whole place, but oh well, we will see what happens. They had music and a DJ and what I take, some random dance class while we were smoking, but being on a roof top, the sound just floats away and you can actually have a conversation with people.
The hookah, great. They seem to use Starbuzz tobacco, which is as good as one can expect. They also use coconut coals, which are infinitely better than instant lights which most Austin-​ite hookah lounges use. Obviously best would be natural chunk charcoal, but its OK that they use coconut. They also use disposable hoses which prevent ghosting in flavors. Also, fruit bowls, awesome.
The loss of a star is the moderately slow service, and difficulty finding a coal guy when necessary. Also, they seem to not have a non-​alcoholic drink menu.

this place rocks, they have great service and very nice, caring staff including the owners who cate very much about the service and their customers. I’m new to austin but have been to a few other hookah shops, and this place makes the absolute best hookahs. I’ve been smoking hookah for 10years so i know the different between a great and ok hookah (i know what I’m talking about ;) believe me). i would never go anywhere else to smoke hookah.

I absolutely love this place! I love how you can pick so many different options for your hookah! We got watermelon as the base and mixed the flavors with mint and blueberry grape! That was one delicious mix. I have to say I love the outdoor vibe of this place and how everyone is relaxed and friendly. I have met some cool people from night to night here. I love just sitting outside with friends and enjoying our time. This has become one of my regular spots to hang out and just relax. I would defiantly recommend this place to others for sure!

Super chill place to hang around with friends to drink and smoke hookah. It’s on a roof top that’s super nice especially during the night. I would definitely come back if I was staying longer in Austin, but it’s definitely great, music not too loud and great quality.
The hookah did take some time, but I read the reviews before so I was kind of prepared. I think they might just take a while because they really do care about the quality. Most of the bowls are fruit heads which is really nice and fresh but because of my particular interest in shisha I prefer just a regular bowl because I just like plain mint. The hookah we ordered was spearmint and hit perfectly, very smooth, they gave us coconut coals which most hookah bars give the regular black coals. It was very well packed and pulled really well!
The service was very friendly, the bartender was sweet and would go out of her from the bar to people’s seats to give water or deliver drinks instead of people approaching her. One of the guys who worked there changing out the coals was super cool and down to earth, he was really easy to talk too and made our experience pleasant!

Super chill place to smoke hookah and drink with friends. Music is kind of loud for conversation, and you end up pretty much yelling at each other over it, but the bartenders and staff are friendly and quick. The hookah isn’t as good as some other places like Phara’s or Yahala, but the late hours and full bar make up for it. Taking off a star for the inappropriate pics in the men’s bathroom (uh, where’s our hot guys with chocolate abs and swimmer’s V’s in the girl’s bathroom??) which make it sort of uncomfortable to take a date/​boyfriend to this place. But other than that it’s a pretty nice spot.

In all honesty, I was really excited to try out this place. When we first got there the place looked nice and had a very chill relaxing vibe however although the staff is pretty friendly, the customer service absolutely sucks. One, the Justin Bieber looking bouncer should have spent more time doing his job then going around to tables trying to find a chick he can bring home for the night. Two, it took almost 25 minutes for them to bring our hookah out to us. The flavors were good but the coals burnt harsh. Also, the whole time we were there they never once checked on our hookah. We left 20 minutes after we finally got our hookah because the service was so disappointing. This place has potential but they really do need to educate their employees on appropriate customer service. My friends and I will be exploring other places next time but this place was worth a try.

Overall this seems like a decent place. It’s not actually on Rainey Street, but East Street, which is a feeder street from the highway. The view from the rooftop overlooks the highway and on the other side they are building an apartment complex (which is a stone’s throw away from the rooftop). The service was good and the hookah flavors were good as well. No complaints with the drinks or staff, overall this is a chill spot.

This place has some amazing potential!
I went a week ago for a friends birthday, which also was a #Blackout event. I hate paying cover, I truly do. This is Austin! We don’t have covers after we hit 21– but, fine, we paid. It was $ 10 for everyone, but if you were a woman, and you were dressed in black, it was free. Thankfully for me, all my attire is black, lol But, my gf’s cover was $ 5 since it was her birthday. We did see people turn away tho. which is pretty stupid considering the parking around here SUCKS, and they likely paid $ 7 – 10 for a spot. Anywho…
I LOVE places like THIS! Its very swanky, but in a down home way. Its outdoor, patio, rooftop! They’ve got quite a few black leather couches, and sectionals that seemed to be half open and half reserved, but yet, they’re there. Quite a few bistro style tables and also some regular patio style tables and chairs. They’ve got huge fans running to keep it comfortable, and its decked out with some fun lighting. Its not bright, nor is it dark! I love it!
Hookahs. sadly, I didn’t indulge this time. But Ill be back for that.
Drinks. ON POINT. Bar was a little slow, but the drinks were strong!
Music was bumpin all night, played by DJ.
All in all, its very much worth checkin out!

The best drink mix by far, the hookahs are great and the atmosphere is on a different level… i love this place, the staff is super friendly.

This place seemed cool when judging by the atmosphere and choice of music but when I arrived with my boyfriend and his friend they tried to charge me a $ 5 cover. If this is not a strip club they shouldn’t be charging women to come in. They could’ve redeemed themselves with the drinks but no, my vodka soda was mostly ice water and I had to ask the bartender twice for a lime. This place could be great but they have alot of room for improvement when it comes to customer service.

I consider myself a hookah connoisseur so it was nice to find a decent affordable hookah lounge.
First, the good. Very friendly staff. Good music awesome outdoor seating. Parking on site. Full bar.
Now the not so good. Very poorly lit and hard to find in the dark. If you don’t know where it is, you drive beyond parking and end up parking 2 blocks away. Flavor selection is good not great. Hookahs burn a little harsh. Tacky soft porn posters in restroom.

A group of friends and I decided to go here to relax before going to bars (around 9pm). Not to sound like a Grandma but the music was way too loud (1) for being that early in the night and (2) for the amount of people that were actually there (there were about 5 other tables filled). It also took almost 20 minutes to receive the hookah we ordered… Like I said, only 5 other tables were filled. Might try again but I’ll most likely explore other places. Worth a try though?

So quite an adventure with this place. Me and my friend Sandy found this place during our stay in Austin for SXSW. We were looking for a place to relax but to say we got off on a rough patch would be putting it lightly. We called and were spoken to with very poor manners. When we got there we were sat at a couch on their breathtaking rooftop lounge. Our server, Olivia, made our experience 10x better after we were feeling very degraded. We explained our experience and she was more than understanding and attentive. We ordered the Rose shisha mixed with pomegranate in a pineapple and it was incredible, perfect treat for a hard day of work. When we refilled it the same man from the phone asked us if we really liked what we ordered and he didn’t like it (later found out he was a co owner as well.) We were a little put off and my friend Sandy expressed her concerns and the co owner, Muhammad, immediately accommodated us and handled the situation with class & suggested his own personal favorite called Moonlight, which now a favorite of ours. Overall, our main concern was with customer service for it being a new venue, although they did make it up for it. The hookah was amazing quality and I would 100% recommend for a great relaxing night out. We had an amazing experience and plan on coming back! Make sure to ask for Muhammad & Olivia when you go.

Simply amazing. The owners of this place know how to craft a perfect hookah. Good drinks. I enjoy rose shisha at this place. Chill patio and close to rainy street.
