I have been here about 5 times since I started working in the area and not once have I received good customer service. The smoothies are good they taste just like they would at any other location but the customer service sucks. I’m just glad they have a text option to send your order in first, then just pick it up.

It’s a smoothie king. not busy at all on a Saturday morning, which is understandable. Smoothie tasted like it always does from other locations. Lady who helped was nice but kind of awkward and quiet, when I ask how much my bill is, don’t whisper it, let me know, «YESSIRTHATWILLBE $ 4.85!!!» I gotta know the cost, ya know?

I wish there was a smoothie king closer to me because I always enjoy popping in here and grabbing a smoothie. I get the cherry picker and it is absolutely amazing. The staff is always very friendly and I have never had a bad tasting smoothie. If you’re looking for something cold and refreshing on a hot day, this is definitely the place to go.

The smoothies here always taste delicious and fresh, even if they are a bit pricey. The only reason I give it four stars is that they only seem to schedule one person at a time and I’ve had moderate waits and rushed service at busy times. Nothing that would stop me dropping by for a delicious smoothie, though!

I have tried a few Smoothies from this place so far, and all of them have been really good. There is a menu with set smoothies, but the staff is very friendly and lets you substitute fruit for fruit and different powders, so don’t be afraid to customize. Best thing about this place is that you can text in your order and pick it up! The store also has energy food if you want something solid along with your smoothie.

I always have great service here. I work next door and these smoothies are great supplement when I can’t go very far to get food. I never have to wait long at all and very friendly staff. Ask for Caitlin C. she always makes the best smoothies.

I went to Smoothie King at The Triangle today for the first time. I had some coupons that came in the mail, so I thought I would check it out. My first thought was that their menu was a bit overwhelming. I was trying to sort through all the options & didn’t want to be late for work, so I decided to explain to the woman behind the counter what I like & see what she could recommend. She suggested the Peach Slice Plus. I glanced at the description on the menu, saw that it said, «Peach, papaya, strawberry & protein» & thought that would work. I ordered a medium, she made our smoothies(my teenage son was with me), we paid & left. I didn’t taste my smoothie until we were back in the car, which was when I noticed how sweet it was. When I got to work I decided to go to their website to check out the nutritional information on their smoothies. I recently had surgery & I am trying to take off some weight that I put on while recovering, so I am pretty consistent about tracking my calories every day. Turns out this smoothie has 600 calories! Why? Because Smoothie King, the«Nutritional Lifestyle Center» feels the need to add sugar & honey to all their smoothies(they don’t call it sugar, they call it turbinado… which is simply raw, unprocessed sugar. sugar is sugar.)! No wonder it was so sweet. And, despite saying it had«protein» in the description, this smoothie only has 6g of protein. Apparently I needed to add an «enhancer» if I wanted more, but their confusing menu didn’t really explain this. It also didn’t explain that I could have ordered it «skinny» & then they would leave out the turbinado(but still use the honey?). This entire experience reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where the«healthy» frozen yogurt turns out to be loaded with fat. How can this place market themselves as being all about nutrition & health when they are very clearly the opposite? I think I’ll stick to my Jamba Juice. I know what I’m getting there & they seem to grasp the concept that the FRUIT is sweet enough. Smoothies don’t need added sweeteners. (I would just give them one star, but I’m being generous & giving 2 due to the fact that the service was friendly & fast & the place was clean. It’s the company & concept that I have a problem with)

The smoothies here are decent, it’s a chain you know what your going to get. They don’t have a hidden menu filled with awesome like Jamba Juice. The reason for the low rating is that the last couple of times I’ve gone into this Establishment which was empty aside from me and my coworker, the girls working seemed put out by the fact that they had to stop reading/texting/doing homework to serve a customer. I’d like to say I won’t be back, but it’s close to work. I don’t see myself going in without a coupon though.

Service was good, smoothie was good. 4 stars because I cannot really complain. I just don’t have much to say about chained franchises. If you’ve been in one you’ve been in them all. But the 2 ladies working at the counter were quick and knowledgeable, and I got a decent overpriced smoothie. There are not too many convenient places to just get a smoothie when you are feeling like one, so you make the sacrifices. I get a first review and Smoothie King gets a good start on Unilocal!Generic review, done.
