When I started with Nate, I had a lot of back and hip pain and on pain meds. .I was not able to use the foam roller without going through a lot of pain, I have been working with Nate over a month now and I don’t have as much pain in my back and hip anymore and I don’t have to take pain meds anymore. He showed me several excersices to do daily and have been training with him three times a week .Not only I am strenghtening my back and hip, I have also been loosing weight and building muscels .He has helped me and continues to help build my confidence and teach me a lot about my body .I never thought that I would be able to lift the weights that I am lifting now. He is always upbeat and I have enjoed training with him and hope to continue training with him for a while

Strength, flexibility and balance are my goals. When I first met Nate, I had lost quite a bit of weight but needed to work on my core and firm up all over! He took the time to first understand my goals and then patiently, expertly guided me through my workout sessions. He is so knowledgeable and didn’t mind all my questions! Not only was I gaining the strength I needed, I also became more knowledgeable about my body mechanics. Nate also knows about nutrition and what it takes before and after the workout to meet your body’s needs to stay strong. He’s extremely careful with form too! There’s nothing like an injury to set you back, so prevention rules! He watches from every angle and provides on-​going feedback through each rep. I made progress with each session. With Nate, you will too!

Nathan Stowe has been designing my workouts over the last several months. Since following Stowe Training Systems, I have seen more tangible results than after years of working out intensely on my own and, at times, with other trainers. It has been a truly empowering experience. I can now knock out 10 pull-​ups like a Marine and lift twice my body weight. His unique training system goes above and beyond. I could not recommend anyone with more passion, dedication, or knowledge than Nathan.

Nate is an excellent trainer, he listens if you have some limitations or issues you’d like to improve. Since I started training with Nate I definitely have improved my strength and energy level, plus I’m loosing inches. He has designed a specialized training plan for me and I have seen some positive results. Nate is very polite and easy to talk to, I highly recommend him, he will make a big difference in your life if you stay with his personalized plan just for you.

I have been working with Nate for several years as a personal trainer. With his help and coaching I went from 315 lbs to 200 lbs and know I am on my way to getting down to to an even low r weight, through getting fit and meal planning. He has the knowledge and ablity to work with the elite athlete to the morbidly obese to help them find their inner fitness place.
