I have a rental house and my tenants called me late Friday afternoon saying they were having issues with the furnace and I didn’t know who to call. A friend recommended I call Juan Zavalija of TRS (Texas Reliable Services). She said she had used him for issues at her house and he was awesome. So, I called him late Friday afternoon and he said he would come by that evening after finishing a job he was on. He did as he had committed (which speaks volumes to me because most of my experiences with contractors do not keep their word). Anyway, he came to my rental house around 10:00 pm and repaired the furnace. The next morning, my tenant called me and said the hot water heater wasn’t working. Again, I called Juan and he said he would go by and fix it. Again, he did what he committed and sent me a text to let me know it was done. I will continue to use him for issues at my rental house as well as my main residence. Thank you, Juan, for outstanding service!
