I used Big Tex to put in a new AC unit for a quarter of the cost everyone wanted to charge me. The workers did the work and installation, and then the manager showed up to inspect everything. I never had any problems. I would highly recommend this company, and I am surprised they have any bad ratings at all.

Here I am still trying to have my AC repaired! For the second time I have water dripping from my ceiling. Big tex told me they replaced the coil because it had a leak. 3 months later ceiling is dripping with water again! Called different ac repair service and come to find out my coil has never been replaced! This is a lazy and shady company! They just don’t have any clue to what they are doing. I really can’t believe they are still in business.
