Absolutely loved this place! My husband bought me a mani pedi for my birthday and I am so happy he chose this place. I never do things like this for myself and I felt very special and cared for the moment I walked in the door. All the ladies were very sweet and kind. Olga was my technician and she did a beautiful job on my nails. I’m also extremely ticklish when it comes to pedicures and she made me very relaxed. Oh and the polish is enrichment ally friendly and smells of calming essential oils. I will definitely come back!!!

The only reason I am giving two stars is because the staff was so nice and welcoming. I got a French gel mani here the other day. The girl was nice and listened. But the shop is so dark! I couldn’t see the cracks in the gel in my thumb and pointer. I couldn’t see the bubbles that had formed or the edges that were showing the whole of my nails. It was a horrible mani! I ended up taking them off and going somewhere else. I was very disappointed. Waste of $ 40.

I loved the hip and relaxing atmosphere at Triage, and everyone on staff seemed really nice. Jordana had the Herculean task of dealing with my ticklish feet and chewed-up fingernails. Throughout it all, she was sweet, funny, and kind. Most importantly, my fingers and toes are much happier now!

This review is long overdue! I actually first discovered Triage through Unilocal :) I live on Rainey street and there aren’t many great nail salons close by so I decided to try Triage because of its proximity… I’ve been back every 4 weeks for a pedi and have also had eyebrow waxes, eyebrow tints, and blow outs. This salon is fabulous. It’s affordable while still being modern, and upscale. The women who work her are personable and warm. They aren’t overly chatty filing your relax time with stupid filler conversation. If you are talking you are actually having a conversation of substance. Every single stylist or manicurist I’ve had has been great. The owner is usually in house and is extremely welcoming. Top notch!

Cute nail spot and they carry Smith & Cult for an additional $ 5. Wine, champagne, tea and water are included in service. Service is super sweet but the color application leaves a lot to be desired — thick and is already lifting 24 hours later.

I was attending a wedding last weekend and I had no idea what to do with my hair because it was so humid. Andrea was my stylist and I chatted with her and we both agreed to an up do with a braid and soft curls chignon on the side. I was scared I was either going to look like a grandma or a pageant contestant(this is Texas) but Andrea knows what she’s doing! She gave me a loose braid with soft curls pinned on the side. I was beyond pleased with my look that I wish I could take her home to boston with me so she could do my hair for my wedding! I received so many compliments on my up do AND it stayed in tact till 3am despite the humidity and dancing! I highly recommend Andrea at triage! She’s the best!

I’m always impressed with everyone on the Triage staff and their atmosphere is so inviting each and every time I return. I am always welcomed with smiles and coffee and/or wine, which who can complain about that? I am in love with my nails every single time I leave and that’s a huge deal for me because I am soooo picky! I have been going to Cindy for my nails(who I’ve decided has officially given me the best manicure I’ve ever had in my life) and Jasmine does my toes, they both are amazing and I can honestly say I’ve found my new salon home. Thanks Triage for being so amazing!

I got my an up-do here last Sunday for an Indian wedding I was attending later in the afternoon. First of all I loved the space. Very modern, lots of light and there was a little coffee bar in the entrance. There was a bit of a mix up with my appointment but they were able to accommodate me and I didn’t wait long. Marina did my up-do and she did a fabulous job. She promised me it would last all day and it did it stayed perfect all night. Marina also worked very fast. I would definitely come back here. A great find in the Austin area.

Everyone was so fun and lovely! My best friend and i had mani/pedis at the same time and the four of us laughed through the whole things. The hot water bowls are so great with the lemongrass oils! We really liked Henry the Spa Dog too! Highly recommend!

My friend and I checked out a number of salons before choosing Triage. We called and they were able to get us in on a Saturday afternoon for two side-by-side mani-pedis immediately for only $ 55/each. The staff were warm and friendly. They refilled our mimosas without us even having to ask. The spa room was beautiful. Nice wooden furniture and a great glass wall with a sunny southern exposure. They did not rush our mani-pedis. They were busy, but they had a lot of people on staff to accommodate. The foot and hand massages were great!

Best place on earth. I’m so happy, everything is fabulous, the attention, the service the ambiance… Everything is lovely. Truly nice place and staff. They validate parking so no need to fight for a spot on the street. I love it!

This place is awesome! I’ve had many manicures/pedicures, and can assure you that this place is by far the best. It’s very clean, and the nail techs are thorough. Everyone here genuinely cares about each and every client. We came here for our girls weekend, and the owner was extremely accommodating. All of the women working on our nails were just so nice and friendly. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be going back.

I love that there’s a fun nail and blow dry bar on the east side. Almost all employees have been super kind and their products are great. I do blow outs VERY rarely and got lots of compliments both times I’ve done that. Pedicures have been just ok. The latest time I went, Jasmine didn’t do a great job. But it might have been an off day.

I came here for a gel manicure and nail art, very last minute. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating — I felt like I’d walked into a room full of my friends. The ambience is very boho chic. Pearl did my nails and the art. She is so wonderfully patient and a creative genius with her nail art. Also, just an all around great person who inspired me! And the price was great. When I’m back in Austin, I’ll come here :)

I received a gift card for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I booked a manicure as well. I went at 9 am on a Sat morning. I pretty much had the place to myself for awhile until the customers started to stroll in after an hour. It was nice having it to myself while it lasted. I started with the pedicure and that just relaxed me. Melinda was so attentive and meticulous. She took her time and made sure I had the best mani/pedi ever! I LOVE the color… it spoke to me and I answered! I didn’t want it to end. Then I had my very first eyebrow wax. Elise was very sweet and she had a calming demeanor. I will come back to get my brows tinted because she didn’t push it and because I trusted her. The Urban décor was simple and edgy. It made it feel welcoming all on its own, without all the foo fooness some salon’s feel they need to make it look welcoming. @TriageATX #mani/pedi

I received a blowout and makeover at Triage. Also my first time ever going for a service like this. The best part was seeing that the ladies there were passionate and knowledgable about what they do, so I trusted their skills and let them guide me from my normal styles. Along the way they served me mimosas and taught me a few things I can do at home for my next big night out. Lindsay, the owner, was a delight to talk with as I was getting all«done up».

Honestly I was a little skeptical of Triage because I find high-end places often suck for nails. I usually go for cheap in a random strip mall. Triage proved me wrong! Pearl did my nails and they look fab. I also got a wax from Hannah, also top quality. Super friendly vibe, I’ll be back.

Triage is incredibly hip with a beautiful blend of industrial and natural materials. It instantly creates a sense of calm when you walk through the doors. All the products are the best quality with smith and co. and vinylux. Had a great experience getting a pedicure with a girlfriend, having a nice glass of vino and relaxing. Getting to pick what organic lotion scent I wanted for the foot rub was an added bonus. My technician did a great job and was super friendly. So happy there is finally a place for mani/pedis, waxing and blow-outs on the east side! Looking forward to going back.

This place will, most likely, find its stride in the coming month. It has all the ingredients to be a good spot. I came here before my company’s holiday party for a shelac manicure with a friend. The experience was expensive and not what we had been hoping for. To start with the good — the place is really cute, with décor striking a balance and a mix between milk&honey and east austin hip. The products are top of the line. Unfortunately, the nail techs were pretty novice(mine forgot to clean under my cuticles, put on lotion, no massage) while my friend’s shellac manicure needed to be completely taken off, as it was gloppy. It’s been under a week and my shellac is already peeling.
