Everyone knows what to expect from a Whataburger. We came to this location after Texas’ Thanksgiving Day game vs Tech. With most places in the city closed you can bet this fast food burger joint was packed. The staff worked hard to move customers through the line, which was impressive for a chain. Meanwhile, the quality of food falls far below the belt. In fact, the chicken tenders were terrible. So bad, they shouldn’t be served. Literally, McDonald’s bad. The burgers, even though they are a Texas favorite, aren’t much better. On the other hand, the food is affordable, which is plus, right?

Just moved to Texas and this Whataburger is walking distance from us. It’s where we had our first Whataburger experience and we are now true fans! The burgers, somehow, are packed with flavor despite very simple ingredients. The staff have always been friendly and our order has never been wrong. Minus one star for about a 50⁄50 chance of getting slightly cold or non fresh fries and a usually slow drive-thru line.

Can’t go wrong with a Texas staple like Whataburger. So many ways to make it how you like it. Everything on the menu you can’t go wrong with. Love getting a side of gravy with whatever I get though.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and they repeatedly skimp on everything and provide horrible service. Such as I ordered a large onion rings, and they only gave me like 5… Weak

This might be weird to write a review of Whataburger, but it was my first experience at Whataburger and it was awesome. The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful, the restaurant was clean and well kept. Honestly, I’m writing this bc the service was amazing and the ladies working the other night would make me come back any time.

I live in the area and occasionally like to grab a late night snack. This is by far the worst servicing Whataburger I’ve ever been to. I saw several«managers» on duty and they didn’t even care to stop what they were doing to hop on a register. The employees lack basis customer service skills. Train your employees Whataburger! Or get better ones.

Worse service I’ve ever had. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and never got any help. No one would pick up to take my order. Went inside to raise hell with the manager and left. Didn’t want anything to do with location. Didn’t want to spend my money at this location after this.

This is the Whataburger closest to where I live, so I come here ALLTHETIME. 11pm– 11am: Honey butter chicken biscuits on a jalapeño cheddar biscuit 11am– 11pm: Junior chophouse cheddar or A-1 Thick & Hearty burgers TIP: They keep their bathrooms locked at this location, so don’t have to go to the bathroom or you’ll have to wait in line then interact w a human about it.

You know, there is something to say about the consistent quality of a fast food place. Whether I would call this good food is a question, but it is my weekly tradition to pick up Whataburger for breakfast. The egg sandwich and taquito are actually quite good, and that they serve simply orange, orange juice, which is a nice touch. It is my favorite fast-food breakfast.

This location surprised me by how completely bad it is in comparison to other Whataburger stores. The employees are so uncaring they look like they want the misery to end. It took 20 minutes to get my food, the chicken strips, and for ten of that I stood there watching the strips sit after they finished cooking them. FIFO only works when you’re expedient, which is likely a concept unknown to every employee of this location, including managers. When other Whataburger locations make good service look so easy, it’s just baffling how nobody here can accomplish that.

I’ve lived in this area for a couple years now always going to this place and for what? My order is never correct, idk how many times I’ve had to call an tell them they forgot something in my meal and when you get there they argue with tough instead of giving you what you paid for! Attitude is basic and they take forever. To sum it all up. Need better staff, for better service. Will not be returning for awhile.

With all these burger joints popping up every where and whataburguer not changing much, they are getting left behind. Came here the other day just because I didn’t feel like sitting in or out to eat somewhere and I handnt been in a while. The burger was salty and I gotta say, their breakfast is far better than the other food they have. Yeah the burgers are big but more is not always better. They should really scale back a bit.

The single slowest drive-thru I’ve ever experienced. Wait time from the time I order until I receive my meal has been at least 10 minutes each of the several times I’ve ordered there. On one occasion it was over 20 minutes. The last time I went, they claimed the shake machine was down, so I ordered a pie instead, which they failed to give me. This in addition to the food having no flavor besides cooking grease and never having encountered a remotely friendly employee. Granted, I only ever go to Whataburger when almost nothing else is open, so perhaps it’s just the overnight staff.

Numerous times I have made an order and had it not only messed up but obviously heard over the intercom and then messed up– as shows on my ticket. I payed extra for services I never receive. I’ve even come home with several things missing from my entire order and when I brought it into the location to get the food I paid for they treated me like I was trying to get free food? and confronted me with ridiculous questions. Today not only did they get my order wrong but they gave it to me extremely cold, I’m not sure it was even just sitting there or if it was not cooked but I had to cook it myself at home. I don’t really want to even face going back into the location to fix it at this point. All in all extremely terrible. Service. Food. ect. not that anyone will ready this because its fast food, but i tried to warn y’all. Good luck and Good eatin’

I ordered the Chop House Cheddar Burger for $ 4.99. The Beef was very good, the Bacon was great and the Cheddar Cheese layer between the Beef was amazing. A power packed Burger from this Drive Thru.

Mmm, grease on a bun with a side of greasy fried brown things. Why did I do this to myself? No, really… I know better. I’ve been trying to eat better, but the hankerin’ for a burger got me to Whataburger. Whatamistake. The bun was oily, the lettuce looked like rejects from a rabbit cage, and the temperature on the fryer must not have been right, because the onion rings were soaked in oil. I probably won’t be back. If I do go back all my Unilocal friends have permission to slap me.
