We weren’t overly impressed. The ordering was rushed & not well explained. Food service was slow. We found most of the tables were dirty & the seating worn & torn. The portions for a half sandwich were surprising meager for the price. On the bright side, sandwich plates offered chips or a healthier option of pre-packaged carrots. Oh well, I still have Panera to look up to.

Noon on a Saturday, figured it would be a good place to stop for a quick bite to eat. Not exactly. Place was packed, not a huge line, but a line. But, it’s still a really good sandwich. This is another example of a place that you should go to, and skip Panera, Subway, skip those big name chain places. This is so much better, and it’s a nice and comfy dining area also. Perfect for reading, studying, relaxing with the family or friends.

Mostly good food at moderate prices. Così seems like it could best be summed up as «Panera’s best competition». My wife and I sampled the steak rice bowl and the steak gorganzola sandwich. While it appeared the same steak was in each, the sandwich was outstanding, the rice bowl was forgettable. We also tried the mac and cheese with buffalo chicken. This ended up being cold and flavorless. We finished with their tableside s’mores dessert. This is worth it just for the experience. The ingredients are all name brand and the fire is real and got fairly large. Although I would not make the 35 minute drive to this location again, if one were to be nearby, I would certainly stop again.

Great place to go for a quick bite. The broccoli-cheddar, tomato, kale, and lentil soups are all gluten-free, as are most of their salads. The staff is always super friendly and service is pretty quick. Definitely not gourmet, but reliable, tasty food at a decent price. I wish they would bring smoothies back though – I liked having a heartier drink option that wasn’t water/lemonade/tea.

Great salads, love the signature salad with Feta Cheese. Yummy. Would love to see gluten-free items added to the menu especially for those affected by gluten allergies.

Cosi is the perfect place for lunch, or for the night you don’t have time to make dinner and don’t want to drop 50 plus for a 2 person meal. While they aren’t making every single thing fresh on the premises, their soups, salads, and bowls all taste delicious. I’ve been to this location plenty of times and have always gotten great friendly service and my food has always been fresh and tasty.

Look, I’ll be real: I didnt think Cosi could do much better than a 3. Holy mother, I was wrong. Stopped in today around noon for a quick lunch to take home with me. I was just grumpy, not feeling well and wanted some good comfort food to eat so I could take my medicine-induced nappage. I ordered the whole Steak Gorgonzola melt. Stayed away from the soups this time(soups just aren’t your thing Cosi and I get it). This melt is heaven. The bread was perfectly crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy in the center. Filled with a plentiful amount of meat and red onions. The blue cheese crumbles are just so divine and melt in your mouth. I walked right up to the register and ordered. No waiting. There were several people waiting for food but I was surprised how quickly the orders were coming out. Including mine, I waited about 3 minutes tops. Everyone is so friendly here. It’s very clean and bright, always smells delish. For what Cosi is, I have to give it 5 stars. Way better than Panera. Yeah, I did pay $ 9 for a sandwich but for what it was — I would happily pay that price again for a more«upscale» type of sandwich. Lots of substance and I got my money’s worth. Stop in if you are in the area. I just love the atmosphere here…

Cosi is our go to take out dinner place. The signature salad is my favorite and we’ve never been disappointed!

Came to cosis in avon and was waiting in line for a few minutes. When asked by the employee at the register if we were ready to order we were cut in line and she didn’t say anything to the people who cut us and just took their order when we had been waiting in line first. When we went up to the counter she completely ignored what happened and didn’t apologize. Service today was really disappointing because I have always had a good experience here up until today :(

Yum!!! I love this Cosi! The employees were very nice and it was a quick and easy lunch. I ordered the buffalo Bleu with carrots and it came out quickly. I love their flatbreads! The food at Cosi is so good! While I only get one thing, my friend enjoyed his TBM. They have nice tables to sit outside when it’s warm weather so I can’t wait to go back!

I stop by a couple times a month(that’s frequently for me!) to get a nice, casual sit-down lunch with friends. The service is always great, and the food is ready only a couple of minutes after we get our drinks and sit down. The menu is great, I tend to stick with the sandwiches and salads, but everything I’ve had has tasted great and I left satisfied. There are only a couple of drawbacks. It costs me just about $ 20 to buy two small sandwiches and a brownie. I will sadly continue paying that much because I truly think it’s worth it, I just think that for the portion of sandwich that you get, it’s a little on the pricy side. Also — I understand its a restaurant, and it’s summer, and the doors are open, but I always seem to get attacked by two or three flies every time I sit down. And a bee! It’s just unfortunate because they often get on my food. I can tell it’s a pretty clean place from what I’ve seen and I understand how hard it is to keep bugs away, but just something to keep in mind! 2 stars for great service and location, another 2 for great food, and one taken off just because of the price. I will continue to go there and hopefully try more things on the menu!

Cosi is one of the better chain restaurants. The staff is friendly, the food is better than it should be, the coffee is better than Starbucks and 75% of the food is low on calories. I especially like the tandoori chicken sandwich and iced mocha.

Good food for its prices. Also their menu shows gluten free options, so there’s no need to ask.

You never know how the service will be… growing up in the area I’ve been coming for years and it’s always been pretty inconsistent service. I must tell you though, the ½ salad ½ sandwich is my favorite. I am obsessed with the cheddar cheese grilled cheese sandwich on white bread and the Greek salad. Maybe it’s nostalgia… but whenever I’m in town, I HAVE to get my cosi fix.

Didn’t go crazy here. I think i had the tomato basil soup and was really happy. it was good. It was just a quick stop for a snack while in service. no complaints out of 4 of us.

Hadn’t been here in a while so I was curious if things had changed since my last so-so experience. It hasn’t. The sandwich bread was hard and not warm and the salad was too bland. And for the price, you could stop by one of the local sandwich shops(Fabiola’s for one) and get something better. Is it better than fast food? Sure. But Panera is a better choice down the street if you’re really craving a fast casual meal. The sandwiches here are uninspired and service is mediocre.

Instead of our usual take-out meal from Cosi, we had a rare dine-in expereince tonight as we looked to grab a quick bite before catching«The Avengers» flick. We had a Chicken TBM(Tomato, basil mozzarella) sandwich, a Bombay Chicken Salad, a Prosciutto Veggie Melt Sandwich, and 2 clam chowders. Service was fine at the register, and the food came out very fast. The clam chowders were both luke warm– I mean not even close to being at an acceptable temperature. The 2 sandwiches and salad were fine. Did it seem worth $ 31? Nope, not really. At least it was fast

I don’t know how anyone can call this place a «step up» from Panera. Sure, maybe décor-wise but certainly not food-wise. Don’t get me wrong, the food was decent, it’s just that Panera does the whole sandwich café thing much better. The soup to go with my sandwich was a little on the small side.
