Yogurt Fantazy

Great froyo, great prices and a large variety of toppings. Much better than TCBY and Peachwave in Simsbury!

No prices, no allergy alerts, no signs on the toppings and a really REALLY bad attitude. PLUS I saw a woman behind the counter using a spoon to eat the toppings from the tray right in front of us.

The yogurt is terrific. The store is brand new and gorgeous. But…
a) The toppings aren’t labeled, so your guess is as good as mine as to what that crushed up stuff was.
b) The maraschino cherries have stems. Its kind of gross to have to pull the stems out of your mouth, or use your fingers and get them full of melty yogurt
c) The price? Who knows? No sign stating price per pound.
d) I’m used to yogurt stores being staffed by half a dozen smiling young guys and gals. This store had one guy with a bit of a personality deficiency. No «welcome» no banter, no chit-​chat. In fact a woman came in and didn’t know how to use the yogurt dispensers. We ended up helping her, the single guy behind the counter didn’t.
Even though the yogurt and toppings were good here, they were no better than the other half a dozen froyo places around town where you get a lot better service at a more convenient location.
