I have to give it one star to do the review. This place is ghetto! The bathrooms we not clean. The fries were under cooked. The dinning area was filthy. Tables chairs and walk all need to be wiped down. There was no trash out but you could see all the surfaces needed I good wipe down. The amount of smudge prints and finger prints on the glass was disgusting. The missing ceiling tile where you could see water damage was an eye sore. There were two soda fountains but only one worked. Just a disgusting restraunt to eat at. I’m shocked that a cooperate chain like Burger King would allow this location to look like this. District manager should stop in once in a while and see this.

Food was what you expect from bk and fast. However that is why they get more than 1 star. The girl who took our order was clearly high idk how any manager worth their salt could allow them to be employed there. Homeless man outside blowing snot outside the door onto the pavement was disgusting. But the man who approached me and my father as we entered our car to leave begged for money which when he assumed we wouldn’t give it to him as my dad was going to put his cup down to grab his wallet he began cursing and screaming I hate you I f-ing hate you and he walked away repeating it. My father is in treatment for depression this was immediately after his group therapy. I am furious but I did not confront the man because I didn’t want to aggravate my dads anxiety or get assaulted. We will never return to this area especially Burger King.

Disgusting. Tables were grimy, bathrooms were disgusting. I’d be afraid to eat food here. Left without ordering. Shame on you Burger King. Health department needs a heads up.

Horrible service, very dirty and transients walking in and out made me very uncomfortable. The workers did not look professional I was very uncomfortable with their hair not pulled back and working with food. One girl must have just clocked out and then stood on the other side of the register cutting in front of two guests to order a salad. Then the worker behind the counter could not help the people waiting because she was loudly explaining how the person in the kitchen puts blue cheese and she doesn’t like blue cheese. This place was just a mess the floors were so sticky my shoes made a noise with every step. Then they allowed transients to come in and out to get free water and then one of them plugged his computer or phone into a jack in the play place. Not good! Will not be back!

Went here last weekend with family. We used two coupons that come in the«junk mail» each week. One lady at the counter seemed annoyed at us. At first I thought it was because we were using coupons. But then I noticed that she was unhappy with the people who were before us also. They had asked for several types of dips and sauces for the chicken nuggets purchased for their kids. Anyhow the lady I am refering to just stared and or glared at us and the other family as we ate. My son locked eyes and stared back, after a bit she retreated into the restroom. My luck lately with customer service has been bad. The food was fresh, not too long a wait, so the cooks and kitchen was doing well last Sunday. But this one lady was maybe having a bad day or something, so they only get two stars from this experience.

It was super late when we went usually a lot of places stop serving ice cream but this one has had ice cream every time I have gone in the past. My kids love the toy they have inside, and go straight to it as soon as we get there, it has always been a clean toy no rips or complains from my kids, they usually are the only kids there when we go at any time of day. The service has been great every time I have gone in the past so far no complaints 5stars love this Burger King makes me want to go to Camalot next to play :)

Service excellent, I think the cooks were not in a good mood. Disappointed trying the new fries mixed with old fries and onion rings. Either way nothing tasted fresh
