My favorite fast food. Love their grilled chicken sandwich. This coupled with their fresh green salad seasoned with ranch dressing and a glass of tea… yeah baby!!! Staff has always been average. Me thinks their mind is on their education. Their great tasty food is why I keep going back.

I go here often for lunch but recently ive had a bad exp. I went in today and spoke with manager Josie and she helped and comped my meal from previoius day. These people are great here highly reccomend

Always clean, always friendly. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries with chick fil a and Polynesian sauce. Also you have to try the cobb salad with avocado lime ranch dressing. The best.

We don’t have Chick-​fil-​A in Oregon yet, a problem that will be resolved this spring. In the meantime, we make sure to visit a Chick-​fil-​A anytime we travel out-​of-​state. We stopped here for dinner on our way south. I ordered my usual: the basic #1 original chicken sandwich with an order of waffle fries. As always, it was awesome. The service here was good and the restaurant was clean and orderly.

Ordered tortilla soup, nice and hot. Lemonade was delicious and refreshing. Always a favorite when ordering my food. Service is extraordinary @ this location! To specify, continuous concern on how my meal is and if my beverage can be refreshened.

I just had the best customer service here! We were eating dinner not knowing the Manager was behind us with his family. He noticed I changed the baby intolerant clothes due to the storm coming through Bakersfield. The guy attending the floor asked to take our trays since we were busy grabbing all the baby gear (first time parents). While we were done grabbing all our things the store manager and the employee were waiting to take me and baby to the car with their Chic-​fil-​A umbrella. A plus plus great job to the whole team there. That is what quality customer service looks like.

Place is great, very well trained employees, they are always polite and the food Is always fresh and hot 5 star eating.

Great food and for a pretty affordable price. I really enjoy coming here, because unlike some of the other fast food places, here they don’t really have the greasy food, it’s actually good food which had got to be a lot better for you than most restaurants.

Best grilled chicken sandwiches ever! And for you peanut allergies, as long as it isn’t a severe allergies, you are OK th eat their breaded chicken, the peanut oil is so refined that it is really just oil!

My husband and I came here for lunch and ordered:
It was his first time! I’ve had this in New York before!
1) 4 piece Chicken strips — $ 4.95 /​/​this was great if you just want some yummy chicken tenders. It was filling for lunch and just dip in ketchup or hot sauce!
2) Spicy chicken deluxe sandwich meal (comes with medium drink & medium side order) — my husband ordered this and said the chicken & ingredients are fresh, feels healthier than typical fried chicken from KFC or Popeyes. He got the waffle fries as the side & Dr. pepper. There are free re-​fills on the soda, but you must go up to the front counter to ask for refills.
3) Chicken soup (medium) $ 2.89 — husband also ordered this and it was just Ok. Taste thicker than chicken soup from a can, nothing too special though.
4) Waffle fries (large) $ 1.99 — waffle fries are not too greasy! We couldn’t get enough haha
I’ve always liked this restaurant and I think my husband does too, now!

Wow! The quickest and most efficient drive thru ever! I love that there are two employees taking orders during the busy lunch hour, and you can pay with your card right away! They have the best selection of dipping sauces, and their chocolate chip cookie is to die for! They also serve original and vanilla iced coffee for a very descent price :)

I love the chicken sandwich and lemonade! Last few times I’ve gone my fries have been only half full and the buns on my sandwich are always cold. I wish the buns could be warmed before the sandwich is put together. Please give me my full serving of fries thank you.
Just went again and my sandwich looked like a grilled chicken and not a breaded one. Dropping the ball here lately. To bad I always use the drive thru and not dine-​in other wise I would totally be sending the food back. Note to self only dine-​in from now on!!! Just lost another star ;(

My favorite are their nuggets. I’ll never eat nuggets at another fast food chain besides here again! We also love the spicy chicken sandwiches. Mm mmmm mmmm.
My favorite is the chic fil a sauce. Ahh. Awesome.
The employees are super nice and friendly here. Not like any other fast food place I’ve ever been. We really enjoy coming here as a family. There is even a play area for the kids. My girls love it. We take them on a play date here once a month.

Great food with amazing service. Definitely a good Chick-​fil-​a experience. Stopped by for an early lunch on a road trip even though it was a little off our path. The service was prompt, food came out quickly and tasted good, and we were back on the road in no time.

This restaurant from my experience is staffed by very friendly people. The chicken sandwiches are the best in town that I have tried. It is somewhat slow when I have been there, but not so slow as to make me decide to limit my visits. This is a no bullshit review, I have no ax to grind

Keep it simple. #3 combo. Spicy chicken and waffles fries! Yummm! Place was packed for cow appreciation day, everyone loves a freebie. But just passing through town, I was a paying customer today!

My review of this restaurant is devoid of politics & religion. I am not motivated by either of these two subjects by giving them 5 stars. I am just a hard core lover of Chick fil A, namely because they make an awesome product. This location is hands down THE best fast food restaurant in all of Bakersfield in my humble opinion.
Their customer service is great and always friendly which is my number 1 criteria because the first impression is the only impression. Customer service is very important to me and I have never had a bad experience here and we eat here at least once a week.
This establishment is usually very clean and orderly but can get a little overwhelming during peak times (Saturdays, weekday nights, & lunchtime). Same with the drive through. Overall, cleanliness is usually the norm here.
The food is consistent here & usually in most Chick-​fil-​a restaurants. However, I have had fries that have been a little luke warm but it’s very rare.
Today we ordered #1 combo: Original chicken sandwich, LG. Waffle fries, lg. Unsweet tea, medium chicken soup, fruit cup, Spicy Chicken sandwich combo, lg fries/​Coke. The food was ordered through the drive through, drive 5 miles home & was very good quality. Sandwiches and fries still hot and drinks still cold. Soup perfect temperature for a sniffly 6 year old.
I have honestly never had a bad meal here or bad customer service. Consistent customer service & consistent food = 5 stars.

Best spicy chicken sandwich in town. It actually has a kick to it unlike many others that just cannot cut it.
I ordered it without cheese and it came with it anyways. I was able to peel it off, fortunately not of the melt-​y variety. A star is lost on accuracy.
I loved everything else about it. Well cooked, juicy and crispy on the outside.
I had not been in years, so it was good to see they are just as good as before.
You can ask for hot sauces on the side for your meal. Add 15 cents each if you want extra tomato, lettuce or pickle. The wait was reasonable for the drive-​thru. Prices also reasonable for what you get.
I went back the next day to grab another one on the way out of town and found out it is closed on Sundays.

One of my favorite fast-​food places. Great tasting chicken, delicious fries, and wonderful service. Delicious!
