I have never given a Unilocal review that made me wish I could give 0 stars. While I don’t see why it should take almost 2 hours to get a single large pizza, I understood that it was during an NFL playoff game so I cut them slack. But still that’s ridiculous. I wanted it before work and barely got it in time. But what really pissed me off was how freaking cold it was when it arrived! Like seriously not even lukewarm but cold and stale! No flavor! Soooo gross! We returned it for a refund because I started feeling sick about an hour later and the manager had a disgusting attitude like she was absolutely appalled we’d never want to come back for nasty food. No thanks. I’ll take my money and run.

Worst franchise ever. I live right near the store still takes over an hour for a delivery. Now on a weekend i get that but middle of the early evening on a Tuesday? For less than a mile? Not cool.
Speaking of cool that’s the temp of the pizza EVERY TIME. It never feels fresh and hot always cold and stale. The sauce is awful and overpowering

I ordered online. I live close to the location but I’m lazy so order delivery. It was 30 min late I could have ordered pickup walked there and back and gotten it sooner. It was cold. I posted a pic pretty disappointing can’t believe they charge a delivery fee.

My experience:
1. Friendly over the phone service.
2. Pizza came within 25 minutes.
3. My order was correct and hot.
The only complaint is that the deliver person asked if I wanted my change. When I said yes, he looked bothered. Other than that, I’d order here again.

Every time I order pizza from this location my pizza takes over an hour and a half to get here and it’s cold when I finally do receive the pizza. Tried putting the pizza in the microwave and it just gets soggy. Not the same. Call to complain and I’m on hold for 20 minuets now I’m starving. I wouldn’t be as upset if this was just one time but it’s happened every time I order from them. This time the manager told me i had to give them back the pizza they delivered and that it is going to be at least another 45 minuets for my next pizza. Ok…

Ordered via on-​line, great time frame. Delivered @the time they stated. Ordered the Primo pizza and the cheese bites per pepperoni pizza. Primo pizza was disgusting. It was undercooked, Soggy and doughy. I called to tell them about my pizza. Was put on hold by an employee. Someone else answered the phone, it was the manager, I believe. I informed her what was going on and she tells me that there is no way it’s not cooked all the way through, I told her very comely I’m looking at the pizza right now and it’s not cooked. Told me there was nothing she can do… worst customer service and I will NEVER BE GOING THERE AGAIN… and if I had a choice I would give them any stars

Where do I start with this place! They have the best customer service I have ever experienced with pizza! The gentleman on the phone was so helpful and patient. Plus the pizza is delicious and has so many different things you can do. Highly recommended!

I placed an order via their online website. The site said delivery would take place within 60 minutes. An hour and twenty minutes later we still did not have our pizza. I called to find out what the delay was and the first employee was friendly. She put me on hold then another employee came on the line, identifying herself as «Joy». She was extremely loud and confrontational and yelled at me saying I should have answered my phone because it is their policy to call new customers. I told her I did not have any missed calls. She said she left two voice mails. I don’t even have a voice mailbox set up. I had my phone right next to me the whole time I was waiting for our pizza. I told her i had been nice when I called and she did not handle the call well. I asked her not to be so confrontational and aggressive and asked who the manager or owner of that location is. She refused to tell me, which is against corporate policy, and hung up on me.
I have not been treated this rudely or antagonistically in a very long time. I will be writing directly to the Pizza Hut corporation and filing an official complaint against Joy for her unprofessionalism and complete lack of customer service skills. I am only giving a star because Unilocal will not post the review without a choice.

If I could give it a 0, I absolutely would. Now I understand why I never order from Pizza Hut anymore. I ordered delivery and the absolute WORST experience I have ever had in customer service.
Speaking with the manager Ben was like speaking to a 3^rd grader.
I will never be giving my business to Pizza Hut ever again and I will make sure nobody else in this town that knows me does either.

We had a poor experience first time ordering from Pizza hut but not even close of what was coming next, Total disappointment!!.
After 1 hour of waiting for delivery, they called to let us know they run out of medium pizza trying to charge extra for large, 45 minutes later they called again to ask if we still wanted our order, we said yes and waited 40 more minutes to get two cold pizzas at 4.9 miles away!
A ruined movie night, we started eating at 11:00 pm, when we placed our order at 8:00 pm!!!

I ordered my cheese stuffed crust pizza at 9pm on a Monday evening (this evening.) my pizza was delivered by 10:38pm. I was told it would be a 40 minute wait. It was actually an hour and 38 minutes. My pizza arrived almost cold and the cinnamon sticks were cold. I called the establishment and spoke with Ben. He apologized and fixed the order fresh.
I had to drive to the establishment because I wanted to make sure it would be fresh as possible. I wouldn’t recommend delivery. If you want fresh, drive to Pizza Hut and do carry out. This is the only way to ensure a fresh hot pizza, especially with the stuff crust. The cheeses must be hot and melting for it to even taste as it is designed to taste. I gave it 4 stars because he was willing to remedy the situation and did so promptly and with a good nature attitude. Thanks. Ben.

I pre-​ordered online for superbowl sunday and the food arrived 10 minutes before it was due. It was still hot, fresh and pretty tasty. I’m really digging the free flavor crusts. My husband likes the pretzel crust while I like the the asiago cheese crust. Our fat asses ate one whole large pizza each. Kind of like a his and hers you could say. Also, when you order online, they call you back to confirm your order as well as an email confirmation. Oh yeah, they dont have blue cheese, bummer.

Manager GABRIEL is extremely rude and uncaring. My order was placed online and my total to be charged was $ 24.69. My card account activity notified me that $ 34.37 was charged to my card. When I contacted the manager named GABRIEL, he cancelled the order and refused to remedy the issue and claimed he did not have the phone number to the corporate office. Now I have no money (7 – 10 business days for refund to post to account) and no pizza. When I have paid with cash in the past, the pizza was always late, cold, the wrong order, forgot some of my order, and the cheese was always skimpy enough to leave bald spots on the pizza. DO NOT order from this location. The employees, quality of food, and customer service level are a joke for the food service industry! Unfortunately, they are the only location that delivers in my area. I am now choosing a different pizza establishment to frequent!

I would give them a zero star if I could.
I ordered my pizzas online, arrived about 5 minutes after the scheduled carryout time. Pizzas weren’t even made yet. Watched the girl make one and throw it in the oven, make the second and just let it sit there. After the first pizza came out, they realized the second pizza hadn’t even gone in yet. So once I got my pizzas one was cold and the second one was hot (but pizza was made wrong).
I like Pizza Hut, I like the new menu, but this one location is crap! Thankfully there are other locations in Bakersfield.
Oh, and for Pete’s sake, wipe that pizza cutter off before you cut my cheese pizza. No one wants little specks of other toppings on the sides of their pizza.

Second time they messed up my order. I asked for sweet wings they gave me spicy and then wouldnt admit it.

Horrible Delivery Service!
Never have I ordered delivery to this place, usually i order pick up. However, today i had an essay due and i wanted to save some time.
A lot of times they are late with my pick up order and i have to wait.
Now, I deliver and they are HORRIBLE too. I ordered at 9pm, it said it be ready at 10pm. i called at 10:20 and they said ow you are next out. Meaning my pizza is getting cold and hasnt even left yet!
Now it is 10:30 and my pizza aint here yet either.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DELIVERY.
I CANT BELIEVE THEY ASK FOR A DELIVERY CHARGE AND THEN EXPECT YOU TO TIP THE DRIVER AFTER HORRIBLE SERVICE.
I still tip the driver cause it aint his or her fault. Though Pizza Hut has the worst delivery. Ill stick to other mom and pops pizza places. $ 20 for a medium veggie pizza is EXTREMLY EXPESIVE ANYWAYS.

My husband and I have visited this location quite a few times, and honestly the only thing that keeps bringing us back is it’s conveniently close to our home. The food also always tastes great, but literally every time we have gone to this location, they get our order wrong! Just yesterday we went to pick up 1 large pizza with pepperoni and pineapple… but instead they had made us a large with olives and jalapeños. This always happens, I don’t know why it’s so easy for them to mess up. And on top of it, they refuse to offer any refunds or discounts whenever they mess up. Needless to say, we’re tired of having to wait an extra 20min each time for them to fix our simple orders, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

You seriously have to be a rocket scientist to run a crew here. horrible service and timing! Twice I’ve ordered carryout and twice it got screwed up and waited 2 hrs this LAST time around

Placed an order online that said it would be ready at 2:15. I decided to pad it a little and showed up at 2:20. They told me to wait 10 more minutes because they were «backed up» however I didn’t get my order finished until 2:55 (btw, NO ONE came in to pick up anything while I was waiting).
On top of that, one of the pizzas weren’t even given to me until I reminded them and it was cold and hard. And it the warm food wasn’t even that good. The sauce was only put on half of the wings.
Never going here again.

After years of avoiding this location because of the slow service for carryout AND delivery, I decided to give it a try once more. That was an awful mistake.
We arrived 10 minutes before it was quoted to be ready. «It’s in the oven» said the associate. Once our wait hit 10 minutes after the quoted time, we asked the other associate if our order was ready. She didn’t say anything, went to the back and asked the other associate about cheese sticks — Presumably about our order. There were mumbles about forgetting to put them in. She never came back to say anything, and, instead proceeded to ignore us.
At 17 minutes past the quoted time, we asked if it was ready. Head down, no eye contact — «It’ll be a few more minutes.» This will be the last time we will come here for anything.
The employees leave a LOT to be desired. This location seems to have a tendency to hire people who are simply here for a paycheck, not because they want to help anyone… But themselves.
