Absolute worst Starbucks in town drive thru time is through the roof and the drinks are never correct.

Great drinks but the drive though took a long time. The drive thru wasn’t busy either. Only two cars ahead of us. When we finally got to the window we noticed almost no one on the floor and the ones that were on the floor were serving the inside customers.
Thumbs up for well made drinks but thumbs down for a horribly long and non-​existent attention to the drive thru.

Love the location of this Starbucks! I is on 7^th Standard by the 99.
It’s a great stop if I need a little pick me up before heading into work, or a great stop if I had a long day at work.
I’ve never had a problem with this location, and they don’t take as long as other locations that I’ve been. I’ve always been in and out no more than 10 minutes; depending on the size of my order.
The staff is very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Always welcoming me with a «hello», «good morning», or «have a nice day». Great customer service will always have me coming back, no matter how long I have to wait.

Never had a problem with this Starbucks. I usually get iced coffee, and I appreciate the fact they don’t put all ice in the cup.

Never have I been to a Starbucks where there are so many employees standing around and no one manning the cash register. Employees seemed to need direction. To matters worse: had to spit out coffee grounds when I got to the end of my coffee. Not up to the great customer service standards of a typical Starbuck’s.

Not impressed by this place. Took forever to get out drinks and then when we did they were not portioned properly, as in missing oz we paid for. Don’t go here!

This isn’t the best Starbucks in town, but it’s also not the worst. The service is usually pretty quick and the employees are friendly. The drinks, on the other hand, are inconsistent. Each employee seems to interpret an order differently — not slightly different, but drastically different.

Slower of the Starbucks. Have had several cold (almost frozen) in the center sausage breakfast sandwiches from this location

This is my favorite Starbucks in bakersfield always clean staff is always friendly and helpful even when is super busy. The drive thru is pretty fast most times it’s a long line of cars but they u thru at decent time.

The place is clean and they always get my order correct but I begin work at 11 pm down the road as do many of my coworkers. It is often that I will stop at this starbucks before my night shift begins and they have closed early. I get there at about 1030 and many times the door has been locked on me. The drive through is open sometimes still but I like to go in and get something to eat as well because everything around my job will be closed by midnight. I think 1030 is too early to close the doors

Its been real Starbucks Bakersfield!

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to in CA or elsewhere. It’s very new and conveniently located off my exit at Hwy 99 and 7^th Standard.
They have the friendliest and fastest drive thru service. Sometimes I drive there just to start my morning off right because they are so pleasant.
It’s a Starbucks so it’s mostly the same as all the others, but they make their drinks well and customer service is excellent.

It’s Starbucks. So of course it’s good. I usually go through the drive-​thru. I get nervous when the line is super long thinking it will be a long wait. It usually goes pretty quick. Oh and last time I went I forgot to order my daughters croissant at the speaker. So it was a last minute addition when I got to the window and they didn’t give me an attitude.

Great location. This place has good friendly staff and it’s always clean, and they also have a drive thru window.

Been to thousands of Starbucks all around the globe. Never had a latte while surrounded by the scent of manure.

This Starbucks, on the Southwest corner of Seventh Standard and State Hwy 65 is the most convenient location to the Bakersfield Airport. If you need a little caffeinated pick-​me-​up on the way to or from the airport then this is where you need to be.
Outside there is a tiny little patio area with three wrought iron tables that seat two people each shaded by two of the trademark Starbucks green umbrellas.
The inside is tiny as well. This may be the smallest Starbucks I’ve ever seen (other than the two drive-​through-​only locations) with only six tables that seat two people each and one table that seats four. Two upholstered chairs that look like leather with brass studs complete the cramped little ensemble.
The dark tile fades into medium brown wood that travels up the walls fading into gray paint walls and then darken back to an olive gray painted ceiling. It’s actually a pretty cool effect. A large stylized mural of a Starbuck storefront spans one wall and soft Celtic sounding music plays throughout.
It serves the same yummy expresso based drinks that I’ve become addicted to at all the other Starbucks. On this visit I ordered a hot venti gingerbread latte that came with whipped crème and a molasses drizzle. Mmm… I do so love the holiday drinks.
And, as always, there’s the free wi-​fi to take into consideration.
The only reason I wouldn’t frequent this particular location is that it isn’t really on your way to anything except the airport, and maybe the Pegasus Road post office location. It would make a great road trip Starbucks for all points North reached by the 99 Fwy.

Best Starbucks in town! Fun staff great drinks, clean store! Always accommodating, cleanest bathrooms! I love this store and won’t go anywhere else!

Coffee was good, but the main reason for this review is that the bathrooms were VERY clean. I travel down the 99 freeway and stop at random spots and this place had some very clean facilities.

Went there on my way to an early eye doctor appointment, long drive thru line, which is to be expected. I always order a venti iced latte sweetened, well when I finally get to the window, actually 10 minutes from ordering. I tell the gal in the window that the drink was not what I ordered I could tell by looking at it. Not only did she but another employee yelled at me that it was correct!!! So I took my drink because I was so mad and it had burnt shots to top it off… I have had bad service at this location before all the reason to drive to another store even though it would be out of the way!!!

Recently moving to work off of Pegasus, this has been the closest ‘bucks for my coffee needs.
I go there daily, and I have to say, the staff is always quick and so pleasant.
There isn’t a whole lot around in this area, so it’s nice to see clean, friendly and quick service when Im sure it would be easier to ‘slack’ on a lesser visited location.
