such a nice atmosphere. the store is very clean and they have a very organized café. everything’s nicely stocked and wiped down. baristas were all friendly, smiling, and made me feel welcome. my drink and sandwich were both done within minutes.

Wow off all the Starbucks I go. This is the best place hand down. I love the fact that it so centralized and has plenty of chairs available to do your work or relax. It misses some big relaxing chair but that is overcome by the exceptionally well behaviors of all the staff members. I am not the only regular here. There are many like me who loves this place and the people. I am actually very productive here and have finished majority of my computer training here.

New location that I love. It’s clean, quiet, quick, and friendly. The staff know what they are doing but are definitely a bit crammed together.

Very nice, quiet, clean, very quick. Don’t have to wait very long for drinks. I took my 13 year old in here; she didn’t know what to get so I suggested the crème brûlée. The barista told her that if she didn’t like it he would make her something else. My daughter says he(the barista, not the coffee) was hot. My daughter said the coffee was good. The parking sucks. You can’t park in the very front or you’ll have a hard time getting your ass out. I’ve already been back there twice. The second time I went we got Starbucks and it was busy in there. There were two guys working and at least five people in line and we didn’t have to wait more than five minutes to get our drinks. Whereas some other places you’re waiting all day to get them. There is outdoor seating but it’s too cold sit outside in December. I would recommend this place.

No Starbucks barista let alone a «Starbucks Supervisor» has given me so much trouble in my life. I go to Starbucks very often, almost daily for studies but I’ve never been so aggravated in my life. A supervisor that has been here for over«3 years» tells me I’m wrong and lying about a specific drink policy. He makes me use my own phone, my own time, my own data to prove to him something he should ALREADY know. Even with that, it wasn’t enough. Even after furiously looking for the policy on Starbucks Website, it still wasn’t enough for him. At this point I would have broke, but I kept my patients and demanded he call a manager at another location. After realizing that he created a huge scene, a huge mistake, and even taking up the time of 5 others in line, he profoundly apologized to me and provided me with my drink. This isn’t right. No customer should ever experience something like this, and hopefully, non will after my experience.

Hi frequent the Starbucks here very often. They have wonderfully friendly service. The store is always clean. My favorite is the coldbrewed coffee but they not really making enough an attempt to run out at the end of the day because they can’t brew it on demand. So if you want it better make it in before 5 otherwise very happy with the establishment

I come to this Starbucks often. And it’s a hit or miss with a nice barista a lot of the girls have really bad attitudes and talk to me as if I’m bothering them seem to really be annoyed.(Aren’t you getting paid?) All of the male baristas have great attitudes tho. However there is something funky about the drinks at this certain location. I try every time to bring a different friend with me each time I come in to be a judge and they all say the same. The caramel mach has a very off taste. A tad bit soapy.

Cheerful staff but Starbucks did them no favors designing this location. The baristas are crammed together with a counter the size of an iPad. There’s plenty of room to rectify the situation if they wished. Two nits. A Dopio Espresso Machiato is two shots of espresso and some foam. If you add milk, it becomes a tiny latte which is terrible. Second, the floor was filthy.

Love their coffee. I wish they were a bit faster, I am usually in a rush in the morning… Need to grab my coffee and run. No huge complaints, don’t really find the employees here too friendly like in other locations. The parking lot is kind of tight and cramp. A few patio tables outside. Small inside, not really good for a big group of friends to hang. No drive-thru :(

I was in Bako on business and looking for a pre-work fix. I went to this location because it was the closest to my work. It’s a storefront in a strip mall. It’s in a pretty busy shopping center, so parking could get kind of dicey. However, I was there about 7:30 and there were not a lot of folks around. No drive-thru, so you must go in. I went in expecting a crazy line, and found that I was the only one ordering. I ordered a venti Americano and an oatmeal. It was a typical Starbucks espresso drink… not the greatest, but perfectly ordinary. The service was super fast, and I was able to get out and on my way. For that, I am grateful.

Always great service as well as quick service. No complaints and been coming here over a year. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is no drive thru!

This is a nice little Starbucks on the Northwest Corner of Stockdale and California right on the street next to the Jack in the Box. There are six tall café style tables with stools along the California Ave side, and several low tables near the entrance but no big comfy upholstered chairs as I thought I had remembered. It’s a Starbucks, so there is music playing, acoustic songs that I remember from my childhood) and the long skinny space is decorated in Earth tones so it is perfect for bringing your computer(or a newspaper) and relaxing. I brought my computer and the gentleman at the next table brought a newspaper so between us we’ve covered the bases. Starbucks is known for its fru-fru espresso drinks, lattes, mochas, and capuccinos, which come hot or iced. They are also known for their fru-fru frozen sugary Frappuccinos, and I love then all. Today, possible doing penance for an overindulgence of Christmas goodies, I’ve chosen to drink a grande cup of Christmas Blend brewed coffee. No dairy, no syrups, no sweetener, no holiday guilt. And, while it’s not the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had, it is tastes far better than I remembered real coffee could and hits the spot. This morning, I’m enjoying drinking my coffee and drinking in the atmosphere as well. The baristas keep up a cheerful banter with the customers and with each other whenever the line clears. There are only a couple of us diehards hanging out here: me, the gentleman catching up on current events with his newspaper, a mother and her son(it’s a school holiday), and two women having a business meeting. Everyone else dutifully stands in line, waits for their drink, and then heads back into the outside world to get things done. As a classroom teacher, I have to be back at work on Monday so this is my last day of living a life of leisure before Winter Break ends and I’m enjoying it to the fullest while using Starbucks’ fee wifi courtesy of Google. There is an ebb and flow to this little Starbucks community. The coffee house fills with people with a corresponding increase in noise level; I can’t hear the music but I become a momentary eavesdropper catching fragments of people’s conversations almost as if I’m an auditory peeping Tom and we are momentary comrades. Then it empties out and becomes quiet once again in an ever-repeating cycle. I stay long enough to get my free refill of coffee(Gold level status on my Starbucks Gold Card — yes, I’m a coffee addict don’t judge me) and the only constants are me and the two women having the business meeting. Yes, I am privy to the entire conversation but with a confidentiality equal to the attorney-client privilege I won’t divulge their secrets. Don’t forget to register a Starbucks card to earn stars toward free drinks. They add up quickly, at least the way I drink coffee. See you at Starbucks.

Good Starbucks like most others in the LA /OC area. The only thing I didn’t like was how far it was from the freeway on my way back home. Anyway, got my coffee so I was happy.
