Blown away by the bad service. I ordered triple artichoke heart pizza they charge me for Triple they sent me single and couldn’t even fix the problem. The person on the phone had one response. And that response was I’m sorry were really busy. Well if you’re too busy to make it right the first time and you can’t make it right the second time since you’re too busy to make it right then I guess we can’t do business and that’s a shame because I liked your food.

So the owner of this so called pizza place. more like cardboard factory… I guess did not enjoy my last Unilocal Review.
He actually tried to start a fight with me in his packing lot while wearing his little pizza boy outfit… Very profession…

First time trying Tommy Guns and we really liked it. We took ours to go and followed the baking instructions. Really good pizza and the cost was excellent. Worth a try. I will admit I was a little confused with take and bake but it was easy. Everything is put together when you order it. For a small additional cost they will bake it there for you. I will be back.

This pizza is good and fresh but average. The price is reasonable but there have been times that I have called to order and the ovens are down or they are out of toppings. I once asked for ranch dressing on the side and they gave me what I think may have been ceaser. Overall I come here once in a while and generally have a good experience.

Very soggy in the middle. The juice was running down my arms. They have to drain the pineapple juice. My family didn’t like it.

I love this place. Their pizza is really tasty. They put plenty of cheese and toppings and there isn’t a bunch of thick crust at the edges of the pizza! The customer service is good, and the employees have a really cute uniform! It is a take and bake pizza place, but I’ve always just had them bake it for an extra fee. It would be cool if this place had a spot where you could sit and eat. The only downside is that I don’t live anywhere near this place, so I have to drive there and bring it back home, or when the weather’s nice, go eat it at a nearby park.

It was our first time to try this place out and loved it! Seriously, the best pizza I have had in a LONG time.
Staff was friendly enough and the shop space was open and clean. No line up.
This is not the type of place where you can walk in and buy a slice. You choose from a nice selection of pies on the menu including personal pizzas for $ 6.99 or so. The odd part that I never have encountered before was the 75 cent up charge (goes up in price depending on pizza size) for cooking the pizza for me? How would giving a traveler from out of town, a pizza to go, uncooked, serve any purpose when I obviously do not have a kitchen to cook it in?!
Pizza is the business they are in — cook the pizza, and serve it happily to your customers with the listed menu price, no? I do not understand this concept of charging for cooking it AND the tip option when paying, for me having to pay extra for a cooked pizza. Ya, no.
Anyways, TASTE — the dough was very fresh, the toppings were plentiful, the cheese was of superior quality and the pizzas were cooked to perfection.
Love the little boxes they come in, I love personal pizzas.
I asked for extra sauce too for on top of the pies, no extra charge or that.
TIP — Grab some packets of red chili flakes and parm cheese on your way out. Makes a perfect pizza even better!

Came here once and won’t ever be back. Ordered a pizza in store and paid extra to have them cook it. It was just gross. I’ve had better and cheaper pizza from Little Caesars, and I’m not a fan of that place either. The crust was crunchy like a cracker.

Generous & tasty toppings BUT lousy dough & mediocre service! Won’t be back.

I had not heard of Tommy Guns until I received an email from Spotted Fox. So we gave it a try last night, we ordered two large combo’s and had it delivered. Thought it would take at least 45 min. or longer but they were here in 25 min. Besides the super friendly girl that took my order and the sweet girl that delivered it, the pizza was probably the BEST I’ve ever had. And the price was fantastic as well!!! I will definitely be ordering my pizza from there from now on! I recommend giving it a try. You won’t be disappointed …

Not sure how I feel about a charge to have my pizza baked on-​site…

Good pizza I had them bake it for me and I really liked it worth a try!!! Nice surprise hidden little gem.

This joint is a competitor to a take ‘n bake pizza joint (such as Papa Murphy’s), however, they have the option to fast cook the pizza for you if you are tight on time. The prices are not too bad and the pizza is good. Personally, I prefer Papa Murphy’s due to the fact that it is cheaper (especially when you use coupons from online or the mail), but Tommy Gun’s is a good option as well.

I needed a fast option for pizza and was simply tired of Papa Murphy’s greasy fare. I suggested to my husband we give the place near my gym a try & was not let down. I walked right in, was greeted by the friendly guy at the counter promptly and placed my order right away.
It was only 3:30 in the afternoon, granted, but it was empty and I was happy for that. I went to Rite Aid for beverages and returned as my pizza was being finished, in less than 10 minutes. Not to mention that we were especially excited that the pizza was half as greasy as Papa Murphy’s! NO JOKE!!! Plus, the kids loooved it as well! Less heartburn is ALWAYS a good thing! :-) Thanks, Tommy Gun’s! We’ll be back soon!!!
