Motel 6

Not worth the money. Rooms are not furnished with any amenities you would want: No hair-​dryer, no coffee machine, no mini-​fridge /​microwave and there were only about 20 channels on the television and a majority of them were repeat channels so there were really only about a dozen available channels to watch and most of them were religion networks.
Ice machine was out of service, vending machines were strangely priced and pretty expensive for a candy bar and they make you pay for the Internet.
Pool was nice and well-​maintained. Easy access from the highway — Almost directly off the exit. But a pretty bare bones motel in general… And an extra charge for everything. Rooms didn’t even have shampoo!
Okay for passing through. Would definitely not recommend for a stay of more than a night.

Before I go into the bad, I will say that the staff at this hotel are all very, very nice. Everyone at the front desk was very personable and cheerful.
Unfortunately, that was the only good thing about the place (unless you count the Walmart within walking distance which we utilized since there’s nothing else too great around). We weren’t looking for nor expecting anything fancy but we had stayed at a decent Motel 6 in Anaheim just a few nights before (for a lower price) and decided to take a chance on this one since we needed to be near LA. The price was very high ($ 90) for what you get. This was by far the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Every room next to us was filled with people either having parties very late into the night or making lots of noise. The whole area smelled like weed and there were unaccompanied children running around as late as midnight.
Despite there being locked gates to enter the hotel area, we didn’t feel safe and it didn’t help that they needed to have a guard on night duty walking around the premises.
Although the room was clean, everything was threadbare. There was no soap and the towels were dirty and ragged. Motel 6’s don’t have carpet so if you’re on the bottom floor, don’t expect decent sleep here. The guests above us checked in at about 1 am and made a whole lot of noise throughout the night. The air conditioner in our room was broken so we couldn’t use that to help with the noise either.
Stay away from this place. If the prices were lower, I could maybe give it a higher rating and conclude it’s an alright place to stay if you just need to crash some place for a few hours, but not for $ 80 – 90 a night.

Pay a couple more dollars and you will get a better hotel some place else, This is not worth $ 60 a night

My husband requested a room near the ice machine. We got a room with no Bible, no phone line working and no directory.

VERY UPSET! My husband and i have been going to this motel when we are in bp for a couple years never had any issues with staff anytime there was something wrong it would get taken care of quickly, well new staff sucks laziest man ever we got woken up all night by the people next to us finally my husband had it and called front desk because some lady kept kicking, knocking at our door and started to scare my son she tried to open our window calling out a mans name and breaking into room instead of the guy at the front desk taking care of it he acted very ignorant and dumb told my husband he has to look at cameras didn’t care very upsetting, management did nothing about it either my husband tried to call all day could not get ahold of a manager finally at 7pm s/​w management my husband told him he wanted a refund the man tried to work all around it to not give a refund even offered husband rooms but was told we could not use the at that facility, my husband cont. to tell them he wanted a refund, finally manager told him he would refund room after all that hassle, THE THING THAT UPSETS ME MOST IS MY SON VERY SCARED AND STUPID FRONT DESK PERSON DIDN’T DO SHIT AND NO SECURITY THAT IS VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Bad customer service… they charge for internet. and i was 20 cents short in cash and they didnt give it to me… lol .near a few stores. So 2 stars

Great Motel very cheap and clean. friendly staff I’d recommend getting a coupon online and getting the additional 10%.

This location is improving. The rooms are being cleaned by a caring and friendly staff — especially Angelica and Rosa — who are very helpful, warm and friendly. Maria and Goldie in the front office try to be professional and concerned. The grounds weren’t clean at all — lots of paper and trash in and around the parking lot. The maintenance crewman isn’t motivated nor concerned about presenting a clean and professional image.
The nicest employee in the whole place is the Manager, Miguel who is always open, welcoming and friendly. Plus, he is very responsive should even a small issue arises. He is a real gentlemen and is very concerned about customers and safety. !

This Motel 6 was one of the worst that I had ever stayed in. Made a reservation to stay there on New Years Eve for a non smoking room, arrived and they gave me a smoking room. Got the song and dance that I made the reservation «on line» instead of calling direct to reserve the room. Didn’t make any sense whether on how I did it, should have got what I wanted. Loud neighbors, thought that there were about to break down the wall. Dog poop right near the office door, with no concern to clean it up. Water sprinkler shooting up to the second level right at the doors of other rooms. The ONLY bright spot of the place was the security guy at the motel was really nice, sad, but that was it. I would stay away at all costs if you can.
