So I am a bit confused about this store, I stopped in several months ago and it caught my attention, needless to say I should have just passed on by. The inside itself is large, with used items for sale downstairs and apparently newer or close out items upstairs, however I will admit that after browsing downstairs I was not impressed enough to venture upstairs. Prices seemed reasonable for what it was, however the store was not even comparable to places like The Scholar Shop, which also offers slightly used clothing. Overall I will pass, and consider this a one time visit.

As long as you have time to kill, this is a great place to shop. Be aware that a lot of the stuff IS damaged, but there are some real diamonds in the rough… namely, pay attention to zippers and seams, as those are usually the most damaged places. Be sure to also sign up for their e-mail list to know when new product is getting put out and they will oftentimes send out very good coupons, such as 20% off entire purchase. Lots of designer stuff at great prices or pieces that can be converted to something else for scrap or costume pieces!

This store is not for everyone but great deals can be found if you are s scavenger and also if you can do minor sewing repsirs. Not everything is damaged but all items should be inspected thoroughly before purchase. Electronics can be returned within a few days if they don’t work properly. Items are discounted below the ½ of ½ price as time goes on. If you are interested you should definitely give it a try. I have been shopping there for years at other towns and love to check it out on Wednesdays for their new shipments.

Located on Manchester in the same Plaza with Ashley Furniture, Big River Running Co. and The Pasta House is a new discount store to the metro area. The basis of this store is that, true there are lots of other discount stores but instead of just low quality items that weren’t good enough to go to a national store; here you can receive items that were high quality items they were just returned. Upon first entrance, I was unaware that they sold returns and nothing clearly defining that was on display. Straight away, we saw lots of boxes that had been horribly ripped and lots of shoes with scuff marks and actual dirt on the soles as if they’ve been well worn. A lot of things here were very badly damaged. It is noted on their website that they know that lots of things or damaged but they’re hoping that getting the items at a «good price» will help people see beyond the condition the items are in and they’ll be thankful for receiving a bargain. Please note, this isn’t mild damage that wouldn’t be noticeable. The items were in fact discounted anywhere from 50% and 60% below normal price but the thing is that they were damaged and they weren’t free. It’s one thing to go get a pair shoes and know that somebody else has tried them on; yet to know that they’ve probably been worn to a party or someone walked from the car to their work building and may not have had on clean socks, is just a total turnoff. I didn’t even want to look any further or go to the second level but the person I was with noticed that there were filters for a Nespresso machine maker and I own one. The filter wasn’t damaged it was just a part of an original Nespresso kit that they were piecemeal selling. They have weekly deliveries and a new sale starts every Wednesday. They tout having such items as Fossil, Coach, Jessica Simpson and Nine West. To be honest I don’t know how well this store is going in this area. I found an item and got out fast but I suppose it is worth a look to form your own conclusion and you may see better items then I did.
