Pat’s Pizza

Only giving this two stars because of the service, the food was absolutely terrible. It made me want to cry to be seated next to the side street café where the wait was too long so we had to resort to this hound pit.

The food here is average. We had pizza, and a cheesesteak. Nothing worth four stars. I would have given an average 3 stars, but this place didn’t measure up to average. The ambiance teeters toward «dive» and the food does not help tip the scales favorably. As for service, it was the worst of all other service we experienced in Bar Harbor. That’s not a good thing because every eatery we’ve been to in Bar Harbor has given pretty poor service. At Pats Pizza, the waitress made a mistake with the checks, and her first response was to blame the customer. The food is okay. The service, not so much.

Worth stopping and trying! Toppings were fresh and the pizza was great. Service was good and they serve moxie soda! Price isn’t bad. If you’re looking for an easy lunch definitely eat here.

Come and be treated rudely by our poorly trained staff! Never made it past the hostile waitress at the front. We left after being glared at for about ten minutes, as did all the other people waiting — at least 10 people walked out. If the owner is reading, this is why your restaurant was empty for lunch on August 19. Side Street Café next door was packed — no surprise for tasty food and professional service.

Service was snail-​like but we had no where to be. other than that the pizza was great, beer selection was good and out-​of-​the way location was quaint and afforded plenty of people-​watching from the front porch. Nice little bar inside was quiet at lunch time.

The vegetarian super veggie pizza was stacked with Veggies! The flavor was good.
I wish they had a larger pizza size especially since the classic pizzas only come in thin crust.
The service was kinda lame… unfortunately.

Very good pizza! Our server recommended the breadsticks with cheese and we loved them. Reasonably priced and no wait time during peak hours. Great spot to chill, drink a beer, and enjoy a low key dinner.

After a VERY long day of hiking and mountain biking in Acadia, the last thing we wanted to do was go out to eat, so we did take out. (We stopped in Bar Harbor for a few days before heading to Nova Scotia for vaca.) The hubby and I went, sat at the bar and had a beer, ordered a pizza and cornbread to go. Got everything back to the motel and it was time to eat! Pizza was great, very fresh ingredients, and the cornbread was perfect for the next mornings drive to Halifax. Highly recommend!!!

Not bad pizza and not nearly as crowded as other places. If you want a quieter, quicker and satisfying meal. Stop in here and try Pat’s.

I hadn’t been to oats pizza in a long time so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the pizza was good and so were the wings. The service was great and Stagg super friendly.

Great pizza for take out. We were looking for a local pizza parlor to take back to our hotel room and we were not disappointed. Fresh toppings and lots of cheese and flavor. We will definitely keep this on our list when we return next time.

Pizza is not bad. Tasty and crispy with interesting toppings. The price is right and service is friendly. A quick and easy alternative for dinner.

When I walked in to the restaurant with my family my son ran to get a lollipop for him and his cousins. The lady at the stand started yelling at him for taking more than one.
We had a fairly large group and they couldn’t seat us because they didn’t have enough wait staff. It makes no sense to not have enought waiters in the middle of summer in a tourist town. The same lady that was rude to my son was also rude to me and the rest of my family.

Decent and cheap. We stopped in for pizza and got the chicken, bacon, ranch and a lobster pizza. The toppings were good, low priced chicken but loaded with cheese other toppings. The crust however was low flavor and bland. Not the best pizza but not the worst… I wouldn’t go back.

Pizza was decent. There is a nice patio and service is good. Large sized salads with a few options of beer on tap

I am from chicago and I have to say the pizza was outstanding, not as good as chicago but nothing is as good as chicago pizza. Super friendly service and pizza was ready when promised. I did a carry out, will definitely order from them again.

Stayed open after closing to accommodate all the guests of a wedding I went to. Super friendly and nice and made pretty good pizza. They close at 10:00, but we were there until 1:00am!

The best pizza in taste and value in Bar Harbor. Sauce has a nice bite to it and
the mushrooms are big and plenty. I would
recommend asking the server to make the
crust a bit crustier. Clean atmosphere and friendly staff add to a good dining experience.

I happen to be exploring the city of Bar Harbor and there was plenty of options to eat, but this place seemed to fit my appetite.
I went in and was greeted by a nice waitress who showed me to my table and asked me for my drink order. The place seemed pretty chill and there was a few families eating there. The waitress was very sweet and helpful during my visit.
I checked the menu and after reading a few reviews I decided to go with the thin crust 9″ pizza with peppers and ham (my favorite pizza combination). I waited for about 10 – 15 mins and my pizza arrived. It looked delicious so I went straight to work and honestly I thought it was amazing! The cheese, sauce, toppings, and crust was the perfect ratio and it tasted really good because I ate every bite there was no leftovers. I have zero complains about the pizza it was so good I visited another location to have more the next day.
I also checked out the bathroom and they were out of soap so I told the waitress and the bathroom had soap right after that because she took care of it right away.
Overall a great experience and I will recommend this place to anyone in the area.
