Wait time was ok, no one in line.
But — my venti passion tea — sweet wasn’t shaken (mixed). So all the sugar was at the bottom. You can imagine going from tart to sweet in one long draw of the straw — ok, ok, it does sound funny — but below par for Starbucks. Also no long straws, so you can imagine the fun of someone having to tweeze out the straw of a grande frappé drink that was lost in whip cream. Actually, it is funny to watch, but you get the idea. The place was unkept & dirty like that just survived a mass influx of people.

We ordered 5 espresso drinks and the two white mocha lattes were only ¾ full and lukewarm. The bathroom was littered with bits of toilet paper all over the floor and it smelled badly. Now, I do not know where the toilet paper came from; It did not come from the toilet stalls because two of the three stalls had zero toilet paper in them. One of the soap dispensers was empty (how do the employees wash their hands after using a toilet with no paper?). Like all those poor souls on the road home from Las Vegas to California, we eagerly drove away, only to discover our partially full, lukewarm cups of disappointment were actually full of LIES!

Wow, what a dirty Starbucks, the floors are gross, all the tables were dirty and there were lots of flies in the pastry display. We placed our order quickly, but it took about 15 minutes to get 2 drinks. I’ll never stop here again!

Worst Starbucks ever!!! Ordered 3 drinks inside waited almost 30 min never again!!! Drive thru was more efficient than inside. Flies in the case. Bathrooms were disgusting. Floors behind the counter were filthy. I have Never seen a Starbucks so unorganized and gross. It was repulsive. I’m a gold member patron I visit Starbucks daily. Very disappointed!

So DISGUSTING, NASTY, DIRTY, FILTHY do not waste your money here. No toilet paper, trash all over the floors everywhere. Even spills all over the restaurant. Don’t know how this place stays in business. Horrible store 8106.

One star only because I couldn’t leave zero…
One of the dirtiest Starbucks locations I have ever been to. There are flies and trash laying about on the tables. Also, lots of visible dust.
Three people who ordered after me were served before me and so I had to ask the girl at the register if my drink had been possibly lost.
I ordered a peach green tea… it came with something floating in it… the barista told me they make their hibiscus tea in the same cup… and it must have been in there from the drink before, so I’m guessing they didn’t rinse it out between beverages… but they gladly made me a fresh drink…
Definitely don’t recommend this store. It’s a shame because it’s in a convenient location to the freeway.

We stop here often after visiting our son and his family in Las Vegas. On our last visit, a couple of people were allowed to jump in front of us in the line. I am certain the clerks saw this and did nothing.
On our most recent visit, my wife waited in line for about 15 minutes to place her order. She waited another 15 minutes to receive her beverage. I cannot understand why the service is so slow.

Long waits here. This is a busy stop from people at the gas station next door on the way to Las Vegas. There are comfortable chairs but from the times I’ve been — its a regular stop for me — its always busy. One would think extra help during the busy hours could be found. Its such that I would rather buy my coffee from McDonalds across the street. but if it is an odd hour and I’m at the gas station next door I wouldn’t hesitate to go in if the visual check ahead of time shows a smaller line. Once you do get your coffee… I’ve had smoothies and plain coffee here only — its perfect. It is worth the wait if you are a die hard fan of Starbucks.

Great starbucks and fast service. But what you need to know is that their dining area closes at 11pm and their drive through closes at midnight. Everyone mistakes this so please read and make sure.

I choosing to rate favorably I have been to this location many times and of course being on the drive to Vegas their largest issue is the steady flow of traffic that comes through this place. That being said it is not as easy for them to build the regular clientele and I think it is unfair to rate them so poorly. My issues that I had before with this place seemed to change since the recent redevelopment April 2016. A general issue was cleanliness which seems to have been fixed and everything looks good. They also reexamined their inside space and put a lot more chairs and removed the lounge chairs as their used to be no place to sit. Still an issue though is the speed. People stand forever at the end waiting for their drink inside while they rush thru the drive thru line outside:/ 14 min later I am still waiting for my drink. As nice as it looks now inside Drive thru this place

Gotta go with the majority on this one.
Overflowing trash cans, bathroom was a disaster and had no toilet paper, and the baristas seemed stressed out. Place was really dirty.
Hopefully, with the new renovation going on, changes will also be made on how this Starbucks is managed.

Starbucks is one of those places where the menu items are generally consistent everywhere you go; my grande triple shot soy latte was exactly what I expected. The bathroom was OK.
They are a little slower than most Starbucks I am used to, so if you can, mobile order before you get here (NOT while driving!) so it is ready when you arrive.

The drinks are as good as any other Starbucks, but the environment is not enjoyable.
This place needs better management and staffing. It’s clear that the staff don’t get around to cleaning very often, because everything from the bathroom to the main area with tables is in a state of messiness/​disarray. There were empty contact lens cases littering the sinks when I went in.
The baristas that were there that day did not seem to care about quality. As I was waiting, I saw a barista trip on something and spill part of a customer’s drink on herself. While I appreciate that she had a good sense of humor about it, she spent too much time laughing while everyone else was bustling around her. I don’t think the person’s drink was remade, I’m pretty sure they poured more milk and ice in the same cup and gave it to them.
It seems clumsiness is common, because my drink came out sticky all over both the cup and lid.

I understand that this location is one of the busier ones due to the fact that it’s right off the I-​15 and many people would want a pit stop during their road trips. However, I rate this place two stars for the following reasons: For one, my order included three drinks, and the first two drinks came out on time. The last drink, however, did not come out until I forced myself to ask an employee after waiting 25 minutes. It turned out that my drink was actually sitting in the drive thru and was melting as I stood there waiting for my drink. This shows a lack of organization in that my order was somehow split up between the in-​store drinks and the drive thru drinks.
On a side note, I did notice one of the baristas complaining about the overload of orders to be made. I understand it can be overwhelming, but, from a customer’s standpoint, it’s unprofessional.

One star for convenience; another for simply having coffee. That’s it. The service was friendly, but not worth the 20 minute wait for a latte, and not an absurdly customized latte, just straight up. Why? The service area had only half and half, no seasonings or napkins, and was messy. The bathroom wasn’t the best either.
It’s sad that the employees clearly work hard but just can’t seem to keep up with the rush. If you need coffee, then stop. But maybe try the Dunkin donuts across the street.

Came to this Starbucks for several reasons.
1) I want to grab a drink
2) instead of using the bathroom in the gas station we rather come here, since they are connected
3) just need to get out of the car
So came here and have to say the bathroom was ok. Not too bad. You might have a few people waiting in line. But not like too crazy.
It is one of those busy Starbucks because most people who come here are actually on a road trip to somewhere else.
Drink wise its the same as any other Starbucks

From the previous reviews I was expecting this Starbucks to be downright atrocious! I mean half a dozen whiney «If Unilocal would let me give zero stars I would…» reviews dot this page.
Part of the reason I stopped was the expectation of a Starbucks shit-​show. Unfortunately, what I got was a pretty typical Starbucks experience. That’s right: typical.
No crappy drinks.
No overflowing trash.
No slow drive-​thru service.
No scary bitchy Starbucks baristas.
Too bad I received great service, great drinks, and all under five minutes. Oh yeah, it was a Sunday too. A day when I’m sure they see a ton of returning Vegas folks.
So, what do I say about a Starbucks that is purportedly the worst in the State? Four stars! And if I could give all you ungrateful Starbucks patrons zero stars I would…
