Starbucks

I love this Starbucks, because it’s been there for me whenever I’ve stopped by here for coffee en route to Vegas. NYE, Christmas day, Labor Day, or any holiday I happen to find myself traveling to the city of sin, I have stopped by here and received stellar service.
My hat goes off to the staff who works here during NYE, and they are here long enough to miss the countdown. I appreciate your hard work and sacrifice, peeps!
The place is clean, and efficiently run. The line gets long as many transients stop by here too. But the wait is never unreasonably long. So give this place a try when you are going to, or coming from, Vegas.

Great location for a Starbucks.
I was driving down to Vegas and really needed a boost of energy. We walked in here around 9:00 am on a Thursday and the store was decent. There was a few bits of trash here and there but I am sure it was left behind by the group that just left.
The workers here was really nice and they had a big smile to their faces. I can definitely tell that the associate that helped us was very new though, because her enthusiasm was just off the chart!
Otherwise, my Venti Green Tea Soy Latte tasted like my normal Venti Green Tea Soy Latte.

Great service, great food and really good coffee. The staff is always friendly and provides quick service to the hungry, or thirsty traveler. Just off the 15 freeway in Barstow.

It’s understandable that they are very busy this season. They ran out of almost all holiday drinks except 2. I ordered caramel macchiato and it was straight up milk with a pump of caramel sauce.

Nothing special. Normal Starbucks coffee. Normal Starbucks service. Normal Starbucks.

Waited in a long line to get the most disgusting Starbucks coffee I’ve ever drank. Mine was supposed to be a Carmel frap but instead it was something else. I think she put two different types of flavored in or something. This is literally the only drink I ever get. Disgusting.

We visited here on our way home from Vegas. We arrived at 6:45pm on a Tuesday. They were quick & efficient in making my drink order. Big downside for me was how disgusting the bathroom was. It looked like it had not been cleaned all day!

Stopped by as a pit stop before catching the Needles interstate freeway, at first sight it looked like a nice Starbucks, but once you walk in the layout was kind of odd. Immediately after walking in you’re in line and the cleanliness wasn’t so good. Now that wasn’t the bad part. The employees were rude, didn’t even greet my family. The coffee wasn’t to Starbucks’ full potential. I’m not sure about my family’s coffee but mine was horrible. I decided to order a caramel frapuccino with extra caramel for a boost of flavor. Immediately after receiving it, I knew this coffee was going to taste bad. To begin with they didn’t even put my extra caramel, it looked average to me. Now the taste was bad too. It literally tasted like milk and ice. Starbucks, I love you, but you have failed me at this location.

I simple notified her there’s no toilet paper nor hand towels in the men’s only to get a rude response with we’ll take care when we can.

This Starbucks was a weird layout when you walk in you are immediately standing in the line for the ordering.
They had two different people taking orders and the line went rather fast and our barista was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered Carmel macchiato one hot and one iced. My friend ordered her drinks before me and I received mine first. Guess my guy was faster!
The store was a little messy and the condiment table was dirty. They could do a little better keeping it up. IMHO

So needed a Starbucks and there was the sign. Scared my b/​f to death making the last second decision to exit the freeway… lol. It’s not where the sign you see from the freeway is; it is on the other side of the street AND don’t turn into the first driveway that looks like it is where the Starbucks is, you can’t get there and you can’t go left — urgh! Well I drudged across the rock laden truck parking lot between where I was and where the Starbucks was; in 5″ heels it was a challenge. Anyway, it wasn’t too crowded, they were efficient and coffee was great. They have this new red pepper hummus with flaxseed crackers and 3 tiny slices of wrap. It was AWESOME. So, good and just enough.
Now, after stopping here and getting back on the highway, I found that just up the road a few miles is another exit with another Starbucks. Next time I’ll give that one a try, especially if it is summer and crowded.

Well it appears that everyone driving between Las Vegas and So Cal has decided to stop at this one Starbucks!!! We almost left but needed the caffeine. To our pleasant surprise they cleared the line quickly! The lattes we ordered tasted great. Given the place was packed it was rather clean. Small line to use the bathroom that was in fact clean. I prefer Starbucks with a drive-​thru but it felt good to get out and stretch my legs. Good job staff at this busy little coffee shop!

I don’t usually review Starbucks locations, I usually just checking here. But this location begged for me to let you know how bad it was.
I stopped in just like everybody else does on their way to Las Vegas. I didn’t think too much about it. It’s a Starbucks. How bad could it get? Well, I should have known this wouldn’t be a great experience by the trash all over the parking lot. but that’s not the reason for the bad review. As I was walking in, a homeless man was in the breezeway because that was a ledge or a table there. He was scooping out the leftovers of other people’s food right there in front of the Starbucks customers. Now I’m all for feeding the homeless and treating them well, however, the employees of Starbucks should have found him a better place to do that than where the customers enter their establishment.
But that’s actually not the worst part. When I did get in to order my drink, the employees were chatting with each other behind the counter and took a while to acknowledge me before taking my order. I ordered a Venti black tea, and they were out, so I had to amend my choice. I hope that this was a one-​time bad experience and that they were just having a bad night. Otherwise, this location needs a little work.

This is a good spot to take a break when going to and from Vegas. It can get crowded, and the restrooms aren’t super clean, but clean enough. There’s a lot of traffic that goes through here, which makes this location pretty crowded at times. In my local area, I see people reading or studying — but here, people are here for a coffee break and /​or to use the restroom. That’s about all it’s here for.

If I could give this Starbucks less than 1 star I would! We stopped by on Friday night around 9, there were a few customers with drinks but we were the only 3 ordering.
It took 5 minutes to be acknowledged and get our orders taken. The staff was busy chatting about their lives and needed to wait for a break in the action to help us, the customers.
Our orders were correct so maybe the one star was warranted. However, the store was FILTHY!!! I have never been in a dirty Starbucks but this was B rating material dirty.
The trash cans were over flowing, the cream bar was covered in sticky sugar, coffee and cream. There was 1 large straw and about 10 small ones. The cinnamon etc was all low and the shakers dirty looking. The tables had trash on them, YUCK!
I would not return here, if it wasn’t 9pm and us in need of caffeine, we would have left before they realized we were in the store. I am just thankful we didnt get sick!
Corporate should go investigate this sorry excuse for a Starbucks!

Joanna, terrible customer service. She is rude and inconsiderate. Brought a issue up to her attention and she said there is nothing that she can do. We purchased a Starbucks tumbler cup, that was damaged and there is NOTHING SHE CAN DO WITH NO RECEIPT. We have the receipt on our phone like millions of other we paid with our Starbucks app. «But I can’t keep your phone»
How ridiculous is she??? That’s not what I mean!!! She made no effort to even care about our situation. Then to top it off she did not even give us receipts for todays purchase??? RIDICULOUS! Thank you Joanna.

Service was pretty bad. They all looked like the wanted to leave and did not want to help anyone.
Dispite the bad service it is a decent place to stop for a pit stop and get coffee.

Holy crap! This place is crowded but at least the AC is full blast and there is plenty of seats to chill at if you wish (or to sit at while waiting forever to use the restroom). Seems like this location is mainly used for to go orders and for restroom breaks. Customer service was sweet and surprisingly well put together on top of their orders. The barista that took my order was smiling and patient. The place itself was surprisingly cleaned as well and the drinks came out in speedy minutes. There was also more than enough baked goodies available if you were hungry. Sadly though the restroom line did not get short enough for me to use. I decided I didn’t need to go THAT bad. With that being said, great spot for great service and coffee drinks. just don’t expect to be able to run into the bathroom if you need to go.

The ladies were so sweet & kind. This was my first time here & probably last because I was passing through town. If I had a choice I would go back because of the service that I received.
Parking: There was lots of parking! But of course that would be the case on the day after Christmas in 30 degree weather.
Service: They were really fast, courteous, funny & interacted well with customers. You could tell that these ladies have fun at their job & love it.
