Great staff hard working got some food at fatburger today it was amazing i mean everything was on key clean tables bathrooms clean hard workers as i noticed all the workers working together to get the tasks down thank you all for a great experience at fatburger today i will be coming back… also the wings are amazing as well as the burgers. So juicy yummm :)

5 stars for honest management. While we were waiting for our order an employee came over and tried to give me change for my order, I told him it wasn’t mine cause i had paid by credit card. He went back to his manager and then came back and explained that the manager had accidentally charged me for an extra drink and this was the refund. It wasn’t much $ and I would probably have never noticed but I am really impressed he did that. No more In-​n-​Out for me… Fatburger all the way. Thank you!
P. S. And as a bonus the burger was delish!

The wings are horrible! I should have gotten a burger. The only good thing was the chili fries, and even that, so so. Go to InNOut

Worst service ever… The gal taking orders was fine, doing her best dealing with a clearly dysfunctional line… First off very empty while we were there, no line to order, hardly anyone in dining area and no one in drive through… 32 minutes from the time our order printed until we got our food (3 hamburgers and 3 fries) then my sons was wrong… Apparently a cheeseburger with only ketchup is hard to do. It was rock hard and tasted burnt. Our burgers tasted horrible (long time Fatburger fans! The one in Vegas is amazing) and our fries were cold… Probably the 32 minute wait time to blame on that… We watched the entire disaster of our meal being made. Perhaps if the cook staff and manager had been more concerned with actually getting orders out instead of yelling at each other about how to assemble a kids burger, walking around yelling holding cheese over their heads, telling each other to «smoke a bowl» and telling the other mad customers the orders were taking so long because they were short staffed (6 OF THEM ON A VERY SMALL BURGER LINE) then MAYBE they could have produced a meal on time that wasn’t crappy. Fatburger this location is giving you a bad reputation!!! We left and tried to eat our food because we had been driving all day and were just tired and hungry… We ended up throwing the $ 30 crapburgers away… So frustrating!
** just went and read other reviews… Sounds like this is not an isolated incident. Hey corporate… You may want to look into this, this staff is ruining the Fatburger name!!!

Stopped here on our way to Vegas three days ago. I have to admit Service was amazing and they also had the best wings ever. I am a HUGE wing guy and they teamed up with Buffalos Café out of Georgia and they are amazing. The fresh blue cheese and ranch are awesome. I’m not a huge fat burger guy but now with Burgers and Wings I’m in and great service we will see you every trip to Vegas. Thanks again.

Sadly, the guy who was helping us was super cool and very helpful. He wasn’t too informative, but he was quick to get the answers we requested.
THEN! Their registers must have went down because we tried to run 3 different cards for our meal, which took about 5 minutes to order after waiting in line for 15 minutes, and it was «denied.» His words, not mine. He then asked someone for help over his walkie talkie, and they told him they were only accepting cash. No «sorry,» no «here is something for your trouble,» just, «we’re now only accepting cash.» This would have been a great review about some good food and a man who was willing to do what he could to help, but now it’s an angry review because of one little incident.

I stopped here on my way back to San Diego from Vegas. I was with my mom and 2 ½ year old son. We had 2 (small) chicken sandwiches, a kids meal, and 12 (scrawny) chicken wings with 2 waters for over $ 30. That is outrageous for a fast food place with average food. The food wasn’t terrible but it’s safe to say that I probably won’t be back to any of their establishments.

Assholes doesn’t even begin to describe these people here. First making snarky remarks and then joking yelling out triple burgers and large fries. Haha? I’m confused. After we walked away from the counter she said good luck with that challenge. Challenge? What? Then we asked for our money back and the manager was a dick too. Saying well of course you have the right but that’s really unethical of you to ask for your money back. Excuse me? It’s unethical of you to be an asshole to your customers too. Thanks, we will be at in-​n-​out. Where the dining room is always clean, workers are always clean, friendly, and smiling.

On our way home from our vacation my family and I stopped by Fatburger for lunch. Now don’t get me wrong Fatburger is always good but this was exceptional. Raymond took care of my family and I and was absolutely awesome. The entire staff as a whole looked happy and you could tell Raymond was passionate about the food he makes. We were treated pleasantly and they went above and beyond to ensure that every customers needs were met. Of all of the locations I’ve had the pleasure of dining at I feel that this location is the best. I will return 100%. No better option avalible.

Came in and ordered a strawberry shake around 3:15pm today. This girl took my order and proceeded to make my shake a few mins later.
She gave me my shake and it was ¾ of the way full from the top of the cup (not the rounded lid). I saw her pouring the remaining batch of my shake, into a different cup and closed it w a lid but didn’t give it to me. I asked her to fill my shake to the top because I’m not getting what I paid for. She said the shake is very thick so when it melts, it will overflow. WTF. Total BULLSHIT!
I told her that I’ve had this same shake at other locations and I’ve never had this issue. She then tells me that this is always the case. I then leave my shake there anyway to make it as she should. She then tells me that I can have the cup w the remaining batch from my original shake. I’m pretty sure this shady chick was going to drink it for herself.
I know this place is in the middle of no where but someone from corporate needs to do a surprise visit and shape it up. Trash can outside was overflowing and there was only 2 other parties in the restaurant. No one in the drive thru. I saw 3 people on shift.

Reviews make it sound like there are two different places. We got very friendly service, a couple well-​made Fatburgers delivered quickly and as ordered. Onion rings were also made fresh.
Leaving feeling like this was a great choice for a fast, good lunch on the way to Vegas.

Amazon burger and it was fast! First time to a fatburger seems like good homemade.
Burger itself was good my only fault was the bread was crumbling, very dry:/

Waited and hour for two burgers and an order of fries!!! This is ridiculous my grandmother can run this place better. Slow really slow service.

I do enjoy Fat Burger (but) I find their prices to be on the high side. My favorite is still The Habit Burger.
This location seemed to be unclean when I visited during off hours when the location did not have a rush of customers. I really think they need to focus on keeping a clean restaurant.

Just left fat burgers and it was my first time trying it out. I order the XXL fat burger with a egg, seasoned curly friesand and vanilla shake. The burger cost 15 buck and was just ok, I expected more for a $ 15 burger, it look big but the patty was falling apart inside the bun, I just end up eating it with a fork. The season curly fries where just ok. The shake was pretty good but but most shakes are good every where. If I had a chance to do it over I would have went across the street to get a burger and animal fries for a lot cheaper and a lot better.

Just like someone else noted 5-​days-​ago, this place is FILTHY! Fatburger has an awesome product, but this place was so nasty I had to leave. I was so grossed out… trash everywhere, no every where!

I don’t know what I expected, having never been to a fat burger before, but I write this review feeling stuffed to the point of being sick! In a fit of ego I ordered two XXL burgers with fat fries. I made it through one burger, BARELY. For fast food though, it was damn tasty! Definitely can’t say they skimped on the meat!
Fries were good, needed ketchup, but they didn’t have sealed packets (got mine to go) but decent flavor.
Service was top rate, they tried to warn me a out my order, but I figure I have leftovers for tomorrow. Guy that took my order was super nice, gave me a first timers discount.

This is the best burger your going to get. Period. Can you say juicy.
Pass on the usual burger joints, Carl’s In n Out, Burger King McDonald’s.
Enjoyed this location. The staff shares a good relationship with customers.

This Fatburger is near the Barstow outlets and sort of mid-​way point between Las Vegas and Los Angeles for those who take that road trip.
The area itself has a lot of fast food options both drive through /​take out and sit down as well as counter service style.
I had the Banana Maui Shake, for $ 4 as well as a Bacon & Egg Sandwich for $ 3.50 and added the «Fat» (Thick Steak Cut) Fries for $ 2.75, so a complete meal for around $ 11, if it were a Hamburger instead ‘tho, then it would be about $ 15 in total.
The only thing I don’t like about Fatburger in general is that they don’t /​can’t cook the hamburgers to order, meaning they’re all prepared Well Done. I prefer ‘em Medium Rare. I know In N Out can do it Medium Rare and some other chains do, but also many don’t (including Smash Burger).
The french fries are previously frozen (as opposed to fresh cut) which is fine for that category. Similar to Red Robin’s fries.
This Fatburger shares space /​menu /​register with a «Wing» restaurant so there’s a chicken option to order here as well.
This place is clean with a self service (free refills) soda fountain.
The service was friendly and accommodating.
Parking is easy to get to on/​off the freeway, and it’s sort of away from most of the typically congested areas, it’s near the IHOP and a Japanese restaurant.
