Run, don’t walk from this place! Upon first sitting down I noticed that the dessert menu had sticky stuff all over it. The waitress did not know the price of a large beer, she would have to «go check on it». 15 minutes later I noticed it had been sitting at the bar; foam gone. I Had waited for 40 minutes for a lunch special that consisted of ½ a prime rib sandwich and a salad. Seriously. I got up to pay for the beer, scrapping the lunch and noticed that the whole front of the bar had stacks and stacks of dirty dishes piled on top of it. Glad I left without eating, I would probably have gotten sick…

I haven’t been to Longhorn in probably a year and decided to stop by on the 1st day of 2016. The line was pretty long and i decided to take a seat at the bar and ordered me a Samuel Adams Winter Lager. The beer was cold and freshing. It tasted just right for a lager. I can’t remember the 2 bartenders that served me but they were really nice and attentive to my needs. I started off with the corn nuggets, ribeye(med rare) with loaded baked potato and a side cesar salad. This was alot of food just for myself but i wanted to try it out. First off: corn nuggets: They were good but i think the batter could be a little lighter and fried a little crispier. Cesar salad: The salad was what a cesar salad should be; Romaine crisp lettuce, grated and shaved parmesan cheese, dressing and croutons to top it off. It was delish! Ribeye and Baked Potato: My ribeye was cooked to a med-rare perfection! When i sliced up a piece it was heaven/juicyness with all the flavor in my mouth. The loaded baked potatoes was cooked just right with the added cheese, butter and bacon(minus sour crème and chives) which topped off what a loaded baked potato should be. My meal was scrumptious and i was only able to finish half of everything. I doggy bagged the rest for another meal the next day. The restaurant has a nice ambience and my 2 servers at the bar were very pleasant. I’ll be back for sure!

This steak house is in my opinion the BEST place to kill your desire toward steak. The restaurant was clean from to booth to booth. Staff professional trained with excellent service. Most important, the food; always one at every cut and bite. Overall the atmosphere and food was great Just a little long wait that is all.

There are very few times you can have amazingly friendly servers, all of them, and still have pretty good food, too. They have a pretty good New York Strip, and they are one of the only places that can cook a sirloin right, following chillis, and Applebee’s. If you want a steak and great bacon cheese fries, oh and good tasting bread, you should probably come on down to Longhorns, and have yourself a time, friendly servers everywhere, humble customers without complaining. Four stars. It is a very good place. Amazing food. Great waiters and waitresses.

The place is decorated nice, the staff are good. The filet we had was cooked to our liking, the baked potato was good. This is our choice of steakhouse because the prices arent over inflated.

Longhorns service was great! Our waitress was helpful and very detailed. The drinks and appetizer came out hot and fresh. The entrée of sirloin was flavorful and tender. The dessert was delicious! ! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Me and my family was going to do Father’s Day early Saturday night at Long Horn Steak house. We know how busy this place is so we made a reservation at 7:30 got there at 7:15. Check in with them and they said it would be an hour before we get seated!!! What? An hour? Wow! Meanwhile I was waiting there. The host told the walk in people 30 min. WTF. I made a reservation and still have to wait an hour and people walking in 30 min. I will never go back to this place. Besides it smells bad in there.

Best steak in town! The calamari is to die for! We have tried every steak house in our area(not the higher priced ones — I’m looking at you Ruth Chris) and this is the only one my wife doesn’t say«Yours is better.» Our steaks are almost always spot on. If not, we’ve had no problems getting another. The filets are juicy and delicious but if you’re really hungry order the outlaw ribeye. It’s a 20 oz bone in ribeye seasoned«outlaw style». And you’ll be chewing on the bone before you know it. I highly recommend this place.

The GF and i go to this longhorn about 99% of the times we go to longhorn. we’ve had 1 problem in the 5 years we’ve been going there and that time was a fluke accident. the food is always right, the servers are pretty on top of things. the take out website for longhorn is almost unreal its so good. theres also a dude working there with the dopest haircut on earth. its so amazing it almost makes me cry im so jealous. the one in collierville is pretty ok too, but the one in bartlett is the business.

This is my mom’s favourite place so I usually take her for her birthday. She’s nuts about the Flo’s filet and I’ll be honest, it’s not too bad when I try a bite. I usually get the Redrock grilled shrimp though. It’s pretty good. The service is always fantastic. I don’t come here very often but have never had a bad experience. The interior is nice too, it seems a little more upscale, possibly a tad above Outback but not ridiculously more expensive. It’s also pretty roomy, there’s kind of an intimate feel where you don’t feel like the table next to you is practically in your lap.

Smells bad. Service was not good. Tiny loaded potatoes not cooked all they way. Steak sent back twice bc it wasn’t cooked properly.

The steak was good… but the place was running slowly. We chose to eat at the bar. There were two bartenders running their behinds off. They were working hard in what seemed to be a very disorganized situation. The couple next to us had their entrees before their salads. Another couple chose to sit at the bar and have an appetizer while waiting to be seated, finished their drinks and were called to their table before their appetizer ever came(roughly 20 mins). I had a margarita, which came with a shaker from which I filled my glass nearly 2 more times. It was about 8.75… which was pretty good for a drink that lasted longer than a very long meal spent waiting for our food, to get the check, to sign the check, etc… I am thinking the women on duty were lacking support from the kitchen and or management, as they were clearly constantly moving and seemed to maintain a positive attitude. For a chain steak place, it was fine… but really we just ended up here because we couldn’t find a place to sit at the Flying Saucer and we decided to go here after the parking lot was full at Texas Roadhouse.

Recently, I went to the Collierville location, Indeed, I enjoy coming here because they serve one the best fillets in town.(Flo Fillet). I tried the new Hawaiian style ribeye, but was not too impressed with it :(It had too much fat within the meat for thick ribeye cut. I truly recommend this location because the service has been fantastic and the choices of meat have been great. For a chain restaurant, I love this place!

Not bad. It’s a chain… so my expectations weren’t too high to begin with. There were 7 of us for dinner last night — we met at 6:30 and there wasn’t a wait(Wednesday night). The wait staff was super friendly and mostly efficient(there were some strange lapses in timing from the kitchen). I had the salmon — ordered it as rare as possible — and it was VERY cooked. Oh, well. It was a little too salty… as was the rice that it was served on top of(that was EXTREMELY salty). The sweet potato was very nice — served in the skin already mashed up with some cinnamon sugar and butter. The salad was good — blue cheese on the side was decent. Unsweetened iced tea was good. The big winner? The BREAD. I could have made a meal out of the loaves of warm, light brown bread baskets. Others at the table also had salmon(they ordered theirs well done and it was certainly well done…), filet mignon and tilapia. Feedback on the tilapia was that it was very salty, too. Like I said… it’s a chain… the food was fine. We didn’t have dessert, but I heard that there is some kind of chocolate situation that is fantastic. Next time.

Hubby and I took Mom here last night for a belated Mothers Day dinner. First thing I noticed is that this locations seems fancier than the Collierville one and really made it feel like a higher end steak place. We all got salads with our meals and Mom and I got the balsamic vinaigrette on the side. We were both impressed with how light but flavorful the dressing was. It was not overpowering as it often is at other places. It even tasted good with the bread. Mom and Hubby both got Flo’s Fillet though cooked to different degrees. Hubby got medium well done and his was thin but packed with seasonings and flavor. Mom got medium and hers was thick and tender but had less seasonings. I got the Coconut Chili Mahi Mah. Ok so the example review said it better than I could. The Mahi Mahi was indeed awesome and flaky and the rice mixture that came with was so tasty. I was delightfully surprised.

Okay, I feel cheated Husband and I did not get the good food and good service that was mentioned in other patrons’ reviews. We sat at the bar on a Sunday night, thinking the bartenders would be the most helpful. Apparently not because these girls could not get out of the weeds. While they were trying to catch up, they either dropped glassware, bottles, or else ignored patrons. I ordered the salmon and grits and immediately was sick in the restaurant’s bathroom(which was dirty, BTW– GROSS!!!) Husband’s medium rare steak was left in the ktchen’s window for 45 minutes(!!!) cooked itself to medium well. Finally, the manager comped a little bit of the meal because our outrageous wait for our food. Honestly even if the meal had been free, it would have been too expensive. We will not be back.

Chain? Yes, but i love them and I love this location. I always get above average wait service and my food is always great. Not to mention… watermelon margaritas with SUGAR on the rim!
