Sonic Drive-In

We ordered a butterfingers blast, dr pepper blended float and tater tots. Everything came out in less than 5 mins and the order was perfect.

This location is terrible! I wanted to order some food but the crew could not get my order right. I had to repeat my order four times with two different people before I drove off. I will stick with sonic in California or Vegas.

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I saw a vehicle moving from one space to another. I just thought it was weird until I pulled into a spot only to find that the button you push to order was missing. So, I too backed up, pulled into another spot only to find out that this one was broken as well. It took me 4 different tries before I finally found one that worked.
I had gotten a text message from Sonic saying that today you could get 2 corn dogs for 99 cents. As soon as the voice welcomed me to Sonic, I asked to make sure that the corn dogs were basically 2 for a dollar. He said they were so I ordered 4. He told me my total was 4 dollars and some change. I told him that didn’t add up. He then told me that the total was 2 dollars and change.
10 minute wait and the carhop brings me my order. She starts off with 2 cheeseburgers and I stop her there. Not my order I say. She looks at the number on the pole and walks off.
5 minutes later my order arrives. 6 corn dogs she says. I sigh. I asked her to make sure. She looks in the bag and counts 1−2−3−4. You only have 4 corn dogs? Yep, that’s all I ordered.
Hands me the bag and walks off. Oh well, the corn dogs were good, so no complaints there.

Now, I get that this is Sonic and not some great dining experience. But sometimes you just need a half priced milkshake.
Our order was taken incorrectly, but I’m lead to believe it’s because the speakers are trash. The wait was about 20 minutes. For two medium millshakes. Then the poor guy tried to give our milkshakes to another car. They also forgot our discount and kind of acted like they had no idea what was happening with the promotion. Then, surprise, the credit card machine didn’t work. Great.
Lastly, I found a nice eyelash in my milkshake. Added bonus!
Never again.

Very bad customer service. Drove up on Friday night at around 11:40 pm after looking online & seeing that they didn’t close until midnight. All the inside & outside lights were still on and there were still 2 or 3 other cars there so obviously we didn’t think twice about pulling in. So, we’re looking at the menu about to press the button to order and a girl runs out & yells: «Were closed !» So we yelled back «Well then turn the lights off then !» So we pulled out & headed towards Taco Bell which is right down the road. On the way I looked at my watch & realized that it was only 11:44. That’s why they didn’t have the lights off because they weren’t closed, she just didn’t feel like making our food. WTF !? Bad customer service.

I really hate to write a bad review but if it is management at fault then I will gladly because it is not fair they make three times as much as hourly employees just to be a dumbass. Step up be a leader and get the job done. We waited for 10 minutes trying not 1 not 2 but 3 different stations and no one answered. Obviously if the store doesn’t want to make business then we will grant their wish and not give it to them. Obviously management needs to be at an entry level position if they think it is ok to not even acknowledge a paying customer. The time before that was a 30 minute wait for 2 shakes. Pathetic!

Waitresses are clueless and wait is too long. Every other menu either has a credit card part that doesn’t work or the button you press to order doesn’t work. Needs a major upgrade.

I work across the street and eat here very often. The food is always hot and fresh, the staff rocks, they never mess up my order and they make everything the right way the first time. All my coworkers eat here too. It’s the epitomy of what sonic is supposed to be!
