I have learned that this shop has very good service, will take the time to explain things clearly, and has never tried to confuse me into overbuying, unlike some Verizon places.

I went to this store because it was highly rated for their customer service but there is a point when this becomes too much and you’re not actually helping me with my needs anymore. I came in to look for a specific iPhone case. The representative approached me in a friendly way and tried his best to help me and showed their selections of cases but what threw me off is that he kept saying that they don’t carry the case that I’m looking for but he never asked me what kind of case or brand I was looking for. I asked him, «do you even know what case I’m looking for?» He says «no but we don’t have that in stock» (smh). Then he just kept up selling me and became too aggressive and pushy.

What a great experience! Fast service; staff could not be friendlier; honest in assessing the plan I already had and telling me it’s to my benefit to stay with it; they handled some issues that they could have charged for but didn’t; great pricing on accessories; so very helpful without being pushy.
This store is easy to miss if you are not looking for it. And don’t make the mistake of parking in the Dunkin donuts parking lot because you can get towed. They have their own parking lot behind their building. The entrance is on Springfield Blvd.
I’m recommending this to everyone I know! Made my day!

Do you want great service? Do you want to ask questions about your device or your wireless plan? Then this is the right store for you!
The store is a little hard to see but I found this store while I was roaming around the area. I was due for an upgrade and I wanted to Samsung S5 so I went in and got it done right away! The staff were so friendly. Service was also great. They put on a screen protector on my phone for free! On top of that they gave me a great discount of the case. I’m definitely coming back again in two years to do an upgrade in this store again. And definitely recommending this place to all my friends and family.

Came here for an upgrade from an iphone to samsung. I pretty much have no idea what’s what with phones but the staff (especially Eugene) was great and very patient with me. They carefully explained things to me, numerous times (haha) and downloaded all my pics and info into new phone. They followed up with a courtesy call a couple of weeks later to see how I’m liking the phone and if I had any questions. Phenomenal service and staff! My husband is due for an upgrade next and I’m sending him to Eugene :)
