If there was an option for zero I would give it to Best Buy. The employees here are condescending and rude if you can get one to help you at all. This Geek Squad is a waste of time and money. I took my tablet to them because it was getting error messages that wouldn’t stop. They said they could fix it so I paid them to do so and when I got it home the next day the error messages were still coming. I took it back and they basically said «too bad for you.» When I complained they said «take it up with Google.» I will go to the ends of the earth for what I need before I would go back to this Best Buy.

we bought a washer dryer for $ 1,400. the salesperson told us we would get a $ 30 giftcard. Filled out paperwork, paid cash for the $ 1400. They sent a card, 0 balance on rewards. I called the store, they referred me to the points dept. We have been going round and round for 2 years. I call every once in a while to see if they are still mailing a new $ 30 card. Yep, it’s in the mail. To me they are crooks.
I was in the store recently. There were 3 managers standing around. I excused myself and told them that I would like my $ 30.00. «That is not their problem». Rude and not polite at all. No wonder!

If your looking for information or store stock on a item on the phone, do not call this store!!! I was on hold for 12 minutes and I only had I caller in front of me!!!
You call this service, yes BAD service!!!
Go somewhere else for products & services!!!

Very helpful associate named Ashley was knowledgeable and polite over the phone today. Their specific store location discontinued the item I was looking for but she was very helpful in clearly explaining my alternate options for getting the product as soon as possible. It’s great when you call a store and actually get someone intelligent on the phone that knows what they’re talking about and has a positive and helpful attitude.

This store has a really bad and poor customer service. And also rude. I will definitely report this to corporate. I was in for a replacement of wireless ear buds which I bought insurance for. I have been here almost an hour while scheme after scheme for them not to replace my headset. They even made me go back home for an irrelevant little wire. Really petty.

Cell phone area only:
Went in to find out the prices on cell phone contracts and to ask about my contract with sprint. And the workers are as dumb as a brick! 3 diff people said 3 diff things! Then when said well so and so said something else they would go get someone else that would say something totally diff! I don’t think they are trained to know all the details about the contracts or deals, even the small details about the phones. Would recommend you to just go into the Sprint or Verizon’s store itself. The final lady that helped us said and I quote «You’re better off just going down the street to sprint and ask them» lmao! Wth wish she woulda said that in the beginning woulda saved us time and oxygen. Won’t ever go back inquiring about cell phones.

Tawny is the best team leader ever!!! Matt is extremely helpful and attentive It was an amazing experience for my husband and I. caring and knowledgeable. Christmas will be a good day indeed

Good friendly knowledgeable customer service. Selection decent for the usual and not so common items like fans n appliances. convenient location off the fwy and near other shops… their android section of fones is huge. Will be back to get another fone soon!

Don’t think about trading your phone or service with these people. My husband and I noticed our continually climbing bill through AT&T… After being faithfully customers for years we decided to do the «cut your bill in half» through Best Buy in Beaumont. They told us ALL lies. Suckered us into what appeared to be a sweet deal… But when the bill came… I knew it was too good to be true… But the sales guys insisted that what they were telling us was the deal we were getting. We had to pay $ 500 to AT&T for the remaining cost of my husband’s phone. They also told us pretty little lies like «no activation fee we will wave it» «military discount» «shoppers discount» Our first months bill was higher with Sprint… Ok I paid it thinking the deal would be applied the following month… NOPE. We called the actual sprint store… And they said they lied to us. We didn’t have to pay $ 500, they would refund us that. They didn’t apply military or wave the activation fees…
If your going to trade your phone it’s best to go to your cell carrier… The guys at best buy working In the phone department are BS … To think we left the store so thankful of such a great deal… But wait for that first bill… Promise you it won’t be what they told you it would be. ALL LIES!

Where else are you gonna find toys like this, eBay?
Walmart?! Those places don’t give out sweet open box deals. I just scored a Samsung 46″ LED TV for $ 320. Geek squad is great by the way. I highly recommend Fred.

Disorganized inventory, indifferent staff. Mediocre selections for laptops, desktops. Wouldn’t trust this group on anything you can’t google for a second opinion

We bought a few items from here and each time been treated with the utmost of care. Christian and Hugo are the main along with Robert. But the entire staff was wonderful. We bought our fridge, big screen, and washer /​dryer set along with other accessories, and I couldn’t be happier. I will forever be grateful for these guys and gals.

If you want great sound in your vehicle, this is the place to get it and get it done. Jaime & Joe are experts and their installations are excellent.

I could not believe after calling the store twice first time the machine said I had one customer in front of me so after 7 ½ minutes I had to hang up the second time I called back the machine also said I had one customer in front of me so after eight minutes I had to hang up I was trying to find information about upgrading my iPhone 5s to an iPhone 56 very disappointed never have made it to a human being at the store, it would seem like the store is lacking the staffing that’s required for answering telephone calls

VERY good Best Buy, nice staff, clean, a bit small but friendly people and clean. Not a large selection of each department but they will help you look up items on their website for site to store.

Hello! Was impressed by your cashier Cindy R. Went in knowing what I was going to buy right away went to get rung up and was given exemplary service by Cindy! She explained all my questions regarding opening a credit card and helped me to open one up with ease!

Had a lovely visit here last night whilst returning from the land of Palm Springs. Thank goodness there was a Best Buy in the lost sands of no civilization.
Upon walking in, the loss prevention employee was friendly and said hello to us. We walked around for a short bit and stopped at the video games. During our time there, I had my phone out and was on the Best Buy app looking for he weekly ad, as my friend said the PS4 games were on a huge sale.
Very quickly 2 employees came up on us. They asked if we needed any help. This was an obvious attempt to see if we were stealing. They were still friendly but observant. I didn’t even have a game in my hand yet. Either way, when I started asking questions and legitimately was here for a good reason, one of them took off to handle his real job.
My favorite person of the night was our cashier (in better terms, «the cashier» as she was alone). Wendi was sweet and super cool. Turns out, even though she lives in the desert, we are from the same hood. Good buddies I tell ya.

I would really like to give them less than one star I stood there for 15 minute walk to guys bipedal wait for me had a conversation about their computer game no one ever offered to help me even though they can see that I was looking at more than one package trying to figure out something never an offer of help worst experience ever if you want something from Best Buy go somewhere else

I came to this store to purchase a specific TV that I had already done plenty of research on. It was on sale on Best Buy’s website for $ 639. When I got there, I saw it on display for $ 749 for the «open box» deal. I showed the guy that was helping me the online deal on my iPhone. At first he didn’t hesitate to honor the online deal.
Then, his manager came and they tried playing me. After going to their computer they said the online deal was $ 699, when clearly i just showed them it was $ 639. They then tried selling me the «open box» set for $ 639 when I clearly did NOT WANT the «open box»! He then told me that this was the last model in any Best Buy store! He said no one has them and that they aren’t shipping them anymore! When I could have just bought it online brand new right in front of him on my phone! How stupid and naïve did they think I was! Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this store.
In the end, I literally went home and bought it online (BRAND NEW!) for $ 639! I would rather deal with a truthful computer than these sleazy salesmen!

This location is tiny, walked around for about 15 minutes looking for an iPod. The sign above says iPods & MP3’s but the aisle was carrying headphones? I was getting pretty frustrated, finally found an employee and she directed me towards the back, didn’t even make any sense where they had them.
So finally when she realized that I’m serious about buying something, all of a sudden 2 more employees swooped in trying to make the sale, dang, just calm down people! Then here comes the «extra protection» bit, yeah yeah yeah in the event that I drop it, kick it or throw it in the toilet blah blah blah. To tell you the truth, I bought the year plan for my Beats awhile back and I really take care of my stuff, so the year went by and I didn’t have to use it at all and really wasted $ 60 for nothing, and I know I’m going to take care of my iPod as well, so I just don’t want to buy it. I probably said no about 5 – 6 times, she just kept badgering me, really about to piss me off and say nevermind, I’m not going to buy it from you, I’ll go to another store! NO means NO lady, just stop with your snake oil salesman bit, really pathetic.
Probably drive a little further to the Menifee location next time, they are more chill.
