Just ate here at noon on Saturday and let me tell you! Food was awesome and not sure why so many reviews said bad things about the customer service, every person here was super friendly and nice !!!

Surprisingly good sandwich and the service was really good and quick. The cookies are delicious if you decide to indulge.

Penn Station subs are the best, unfortunately the management at this location leaves a lot to be desired. I had 10 minutes to pick up carry out today on the way back to work. After 10 minutes I was still five people back in line to get my food and check out. I left hungry.

Ok, to start off, I should confirm a couple of things that others have complained about. Yes, parking can be a pain in the butt, but that’s mostly because this small strip has a small parking lot, and contains a Starbucks. And yes, it can be difficult to get a seat here if you arrive after noon. But that should tell you something. It’s a popular place because the food is GOOD. And the staff is super friendly. It’s hard to go wrong stopping by for a sub at this place.

Great little place I stop in frequently when I find myself in Dayton. You must get the artichoke sub– I’ve never seen anything like it on a sub menu. At least not back in Baltimore! They are slower than subway but the food is so much better. Fries are delicious too. Not a lot of seating inside, and it can fill up and overflow around lunch time. As a plus, if you can bear to even think about food when you are finished, the cupcake place right next door is phenomenal.

I went here for a quick bite to eat, expecting an average sub place with some specialties, but I was very disappointed. The atmosphere is nice enough, with a big push on their lemonade and fries, which I didn’t try, as I didn’t want to spend a lot. I got the sausage sub, which was fairly tasty, but the bread left a lot to be desired. The food didn’t jump out at me as being spectacular though. The service was absolutely terrible. The cashier, Sean, never gave me my receipt or my change! I stood there waiting for it, but he just ignored me and went over to work the drive through and pretended I wasn’t there. Eventually another employee asked if I was all set and he gave me my receipt and change. I work in retail and am an understanding person, but not finishing a transaction is totally unacceptable. I will not be returning to this place again to eat.

Horrible service the employees messed up my order because their own conversation was more important than the people in the store. I went with two other friends and their orders were messed up as well. One came out with the wrong order completely and my friend asked for it to be fixed… We spent more time waiting on the staff to do their job than eating.

Best subs ever. I get lunch here almost every day. Great fresh bread and meat. Love the grilled turkey sub

I really like the Pizza sub. It’s true there’s normally a line at lunch, it’s a pain to park, and it’s awkward that there’s really nowhere to wait for your food to be made, but the end result is worth it. I know because I keep going back. The service is fine to me, and there’s always a bunch of cute girls working there, if that’s your thing.

I am shocked by the previous comments, so I need to tell my own story. The place is a typical grinder shop… for those not familiar with grinders, sandwich, or subs. Anyway, I have been here several times and the SERVICE is fantastic and overly courteous. The FOOD has been great. The Chicken Cheesesteak is my favorite. As for the fries, always fresh, hot and never soggy… And if they were not I would SEND them BACK. This is on my short list of places to go to!

This used to be a good place to grab a sub, but no more. Based on the other reviews, looks like there have been changes since my last visit and not for the better. I stopped in for lunch today for a Reuben. The bread was great, but the meat quality is WAY off from what it used to be and I needed a magnifying glass to find the corned beef. If I wanted a sauerkraut and cheese sub I would have ordered that, although it’s not on the menu… fries were very greasy and the amount was less than in the past. Probably my last visit to this location. Oh, and the lot was a nightmare as usual.

The service was horrible. I don’t think anyone behind the counter knows how to smile. As I was looking at the menu they were staring at me impatiently, it made me uncomfortable. I ordered the philly cheesesteak and it was just ok. The fries were soggy. I was not impressed. Especially after hearing so many good things about this place. I would give this place another shot if it wasn’t for the rudeness of the employees.

I just expected better. I had watched my co-workers eat their subs all summer, so finally I went. It just wasn’t worth the money. Not saying the food was terrible just not worth the money

Gross gross gross!!! Went here today for some dinner. We were so looking forward to our Philly Cheesesteak subs until this girl grabbed our bread and started manhandling it after cleaning tables with a dirty rag. No hand washing beforehand… no putting on gloves. One of the dudes on the serving line wiped his nose with the back of his ungloved hand and continued to prepare our subs. Needless to say we left and we are never coming back. Do people even understand how food poisoning happens? Disgusting.

Subs are very delicious, especially the Philly Cheese Steak! That one is a restaurant quality 5 star bomb. Chicken Teriyaki didn’t taste like teriyaki, but more like Korean BBQ. I was quite surprised because it’s not what most people think of «teriyaki» in flavor. This one was tasty, but a way, wayyyyyy too salty. Lemonade was awesome! Cool, clean, just the right amount of sugar. Fries were definitely not a go. Don’t order the fries. They are soggy and limp. I think it’s because they probably just cut the fries freshly from the potato and immediately put them in the oil without removing the starch with water(adding to the sogginess). Or, the oil was not hot enough. Other than that, the sandwiches are fantastic! ! The best thing about the sandwiches is that it’s piping hot, and the bread is very fattening taste, like deep fried oily foccacia bread(a lot of oil on the bread).

Great subs, fast friendly clean. Fries are hit and miss. When you get fresh cook ones they are fantastic, couple times got some that were not so fresh, eatable, but not near as good ad the frsh ones. Great place with great subs, way better then subway.

Clean, good-tasting, fast, and service with a smile… each and every time. Can’t get much better than that! Favorite sub = artichoke + mushroom. Sometimes there is no need for meat. As mentioned before, the parking can be congested… so if planning on a take-out order remember that they have a car service drive-through!

3 ½ stars for Pann Station Beavercreek! I visited there on Sep 3rd, grabbing sandwiches for my fiancé & my anniversary surprise picnic. The place was very clean & neat, all seating area & ordering table looked completely new & modern. The girl who took my order was sweet & very professional, I gave her an old receipt with Andrew’s order, trying to get her to repeat it, she got it without me needing to explain & put it in the computer. Very pleasant & polite! The problem I had was with the cashier girl, who was not as bright, I had to ask her twice if there’s a way to wrap the sandwiches in a foil so they wont get cold, she did not understand what I want the first time, while telling me that they come wrapped in a paper on the 2nd time which I already knew… lol. Anyway, food is great! Worth driving 40 hours from the west coast! I’m defiantly a fan! Yalla Bye!

Freshly made and DELICIOUS sandwiches!!! They come in three sizes: 6″, 10″ and 14″! I was hungry as hell so I got the 10″ and it was huge, I was barely able to finish it! There was a ton of chicken in there too, which is always nice. I recommend the chicken parmesan or chicken teriyaki sandwich with onions and mushrooms. Their fresh squeezed lemonade is really refreshing too, and if you eat in, then you get free refills on the lemonade too, and they bring your food to you, which is rare in sandwich places like this one.
