This spa store will NEVER get my business for spa supplies and if I ever buy a new spa, I won’t buy it from them. I went in to get shocker for my hot tub. I read the instructions on the package and was questioning the instructions because it was different than what came with my hot tub. I had only taken up 5 minutes of Jim’s time(and there was no one else there) when I decided to hold off and go home and go through the manual and make sure the product was ok to use in my hot tub. I even stated, out loud, that I was unsure since the instructions on the bottle differed from the spa instructions that came with my spa. I said, «O.k. Let me go home and read through the manual again before I buy it.» I think he was a smidge perturbed I didn’t just purchase $ 80 worth of spa product at that moment. He grabbed the bottles angrily from the counter and said, «Well, maybe you should get online and figure out how to really take care of a spa». It was said in such a condescending and rude tone that it shocked me. I just left. I only went there because it was closer to work. So, next time, I’ll drive out of my way to Oregon Hot Tub who sold us the hot tub in the first place. Marquis isn’t worth the«convenience» because of their employees with shitty and rude attitudes. Please, forgive me for wanting to do the right thing and not ruin a $ 8000 piece of equipment.

I have a 15 year old Marquis Reward hot tub in a home a just purchased. Ryan came out and performed an error assessment of an error code and replaced the circuit board. Even though it was an expensive part($ 680) plus a service charge($ 150), Ryan was very courteous, prompt and trustworthy in diagnosing the problem.

After extensive testing of different spa brands, I settled on Marquis because their tubs are great therapy spas, filled with jets strategically placed to provide an overall body massage. An hour in the tub at night takes away all of my daily aches and makes a significant difference in the quality of my sleep. I bought my first Marquis spa in 2007 and a second in 2014, so I’ve been dealing with the Marquis crew for eight years now. They are a friendly bunch of people, committed to good customer service, and have promptly resolved any problems I’ve had. I highly recommend Marquis!

Marquiss has been a great business to work with the past 18 months since purchasing our new spa in August of 2013. My initial tub selection was delivered and installed as promised. I knew almost immediately I had made a wrong choice on tub style. It just didn’t look right on our newly renovated patio and I was hugely disappointed. After a few agonizing days I went back to the store to talk about an upgrade to a different style. I was truly sick to my stomach to be in this position. Marquiss stood by their satisfaction guaranteed promise and made me feel ok about the situation. The process was easy. They picked up the old spa and delivered the new one within a week. I was super pleased with the new tub. The staff at the Cascade Plaza store is always pleasant and very helpful. The showroom is beautiful and offers a great display of their product line. My family loves our spa and I love the service we have received. And… these spas are made in Oregon! This is definitely the place to shop for all you spa needs.

After extensive research we chose to purchase a Marquis Spa. It was important to find a spa with a local dealership, with Marquis we found that and it is an Oregon company, Yay! The spa we purchased is a 375 gallon 6 person spa and it works like a charm. The local staff are always friendly and helpful, especially in the early days when balancing the chemicals was so difficult. I don’t regret my decision and still love soaking in our own private oasis.

We picked uop a spa here after checking out the showroom. I was impressed that they are made here in Oregon and that they are high quality tubs that are well reviewed online. The sales guy was a bit like Gil from the Simpsons but we got through the process and we love our new tub. It was worth the price(this being my fist non used tub, I usually cheap out and get used ones).

Let me start off by saying that I don’t use the hot tub that much, but my wife is in it every night. However, it’s my job to take care of the spa. Purchased from Marquis approximately 2 years ago. Can’t say enough about the great service we’ve received. Any time I have a question, these guys are on top of it. Having owned several brands of hot tubs, the Marquis is the easiest to take care of and the best on the power bill. We’ve recommended several friends to buy a spa from Marquis, and they give you $ 100 store credit for every referral. Overall, very satisfied with the product and service, and it’s an Oregon company.
