Absolutely delicious pies. I am an avid cook and baker, and Alice’s pies include all the attributes I love in a good pie. Flaky top crust, sort of dense chewy buttery bottom crust, perfectly cooked fillings that are soft yet still have the integrity of the fruit, and a perfect blend of sweet and acidic in a thickened state. Love love love. The peach is amazing, but the strawberry rhubarb with crumble topping is heaven. I need to get down to the farmers market before the end of summer and indulge again.

We took home a chocolate bourbon pecan pie for Christmas Eve. Paired with Acme’s Butter Pecan ice cream it was magical!
