How do I start? I called them, having no previous experience with them, and was assured that I would be fairly serviced., Great phone experience!!.
I arrived the next day, (with apparently no notice, a clerical error) and was greeted by «Mac*, the owner, who was at first skeptical, but assured me that I would be taken care of, as long as I dropped off my bike…
I explained that I had no facility to do so, and he immediately made a change in plan (had me return in an hour) to accommodate me and took care of my tire change, after they (Mac & Billy) had had their lunch…
Well… Upon returning, (less than 2 hours later), My new tires were installed, PERFECTLY, and balanced exceptionally well.
Meticulous service! (I watched a lot of it) Attention to detail! Care for their customers! You just don’t find this kind of service in this day and age… Especially for a FAIR price!
Cycle-​Tec will do all of my work (that I don’t) from now on! Rock on, Mac!

I brought my bike to cycle tek to have some things done and I found them to be the biggest hacks around the kid told me he had to buy a bracket from Harley for my floor boards and it cost $ 140.00. I come to find the same bracket on eBay for $ 27.50. What a rip off artist. They also did a oil change and i come find there is still dirty oil in the res so I took to a certified mechanic and he said they did not warm the bike up before doing the oil change so there for a quart of dirty oil remained in the bike when they did the oil change. And also they put a inspection sticker on the bike when it had no working brake lights and a messed up horn that didn’t work properly and brake pads that were down to medal. And that is my experience with cycle. I would never recommend or use them for anything. The hacks!!!
Its preety cut and dry Jon A. you do a inspection on a bike and you check for all the lights to work and that to be sure the bike is safe and road worthy… mmmmm… gee maybe they didnt check them? now theres a thought. MORON!!! Just the people i want to trust my life with.

Cycletec is a no nonsense get er done type of place! They can service or repair almost anything with a motor. Also real tight on custom work, inner faring painting, custom paint work, and powder coating to name a few. Give Mac A call if you need something done. Motorcycles, scooters, go carts, snow mobiles, dirt bikes… etc…

I used cycletec for installation of new tires on my bike. After an awful experience with Bikeworkx, Maynard MA, Cycle-​Tec was a welcome change. Mac, Mike and the gang are easy to deal with and honest. They went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. Even though they closed at 5 they took the time to meet me at the shop and get my bike in at 8:30PM on a Friday eve. They had quoted 2 hours and said the bike would be ready the next day and it was ready on time exactly as they said. There were no surprises. I took the commuter train Forge Park, Franklin, MA and was going to walk the 1.5 miles to the store. Mike from the store was kind enough to come pick me up. Mac, Mike and the gang have an excellent attitude and has been a pleasure working with people like this. I recommend cycle-​tec highly and even suggest spending the hour to get there.
